Baskin-Robbins isnt at this location anymore.

Ice cream was good, but did not expect (at 3:00 PM or so) to have to eat my purchase while mopping and its associated smell all around us. Recommend moving the mop and bucket away from customers while they are eating.

Horrible, They dont take coupons anymore off their own app and also They make up their own prices last week a hand pak quart was 8.99 this week it was 11.99, when up $3. Only one type of Sundae and no more Banana Splits. Also half of the Ice Cream Display case is marked, the half, you have to Guess the Favor.

They need more variety no rum and raisins or nutty coconut

I’ve want to leave a review for the past 3 years!!! We constantly try to get a 31 Below and either the machine is broke (no soft serve) or they’re out of Reese’s cups. They need a regional manager to come in and rescue this place from hell. If they weren’t attached to Dunkin’ Donuts they’d be shut down.

Ive been there twice and neither times did they have ice cream some how

Many flavor signs not on case.Another customer served first that came after us but were getting donuts,counter are a was sloppy and not to clean.

It was 8pm on a Friday night. I get out of my car and they have a sign saying closed please use the drive through. Literally it took 20 minutes before I got to the window. I asked the employee why the store is closed; he replied the reason why is because they were short staff. I saw three employees. I bet the owner Doesnt even know his employees are closing the store before time.

They have constantly been out of waffle cones and Rocky Road but cones really, I was told they were told not to order any are you closing or something else or take it off your menu.

When is the Baskin-Robbins which is actually part of a local Dunkin donuts had to wait a little while which is understandable because who wants ice cream in warm weather. we were mildly surprised to see that Baskin-Robbins now offered a soft serve ice cream and when we ordered it it wasnt working so needless to say we were a little bit disappointed. Although I would say that the ice cream that we did order was up to Baskin-Robbins standard and was tasty. Im not sure that pairing a Dunkin donuts with a Baskin Robbins is a good idea but thats what they had so thats where we went

If you want ice cream avoid this place. They are always out of something. The Reeses peanut butter sundae is good but I have never had it served the same way. Last time they served it in a coolatta cup because they were out of cups for the sundaes. Time before that they were out of the Reeses peanut butter sauce, ugh.

Not as good as I remember.

Dirty floor & tables. 4:25 in afternoon & one customer in store. 2 employees doing nothing, dirty hand print glass ice cream Cabinet, dried ice cream on cabinet & employee hands me cone w/ her hand in cone -- yuk! (I foolish ly pd. For it & then threw away!).

Poor/worst customer service ON THIS DAY, been here multiple times had little issues in the past but dealt with it. Won’t be back here though seeking new location.

Poor customer service my girlfriend and I went there Sunday before presidents day stood at the counter for 15 minutes while 4 employees wandered aimlessly bind the counter My girlfriend and I left when across the parking lot to twistee treat and were served as soon as we got out of the car will never return to Baskin robins again.
