Would not offer help. Told me to call someone else. I just asked for a wooden closet door that is off its track. Didnt even offer to call me if there was an opening.

John did nice job. Fixed broken rollers in less than an hour. Receptionist helpful with appointment; good communication. Highly recommended.

Responded in record time to a request, and completed the work just as quickly - in this day and age of waiting forever for responses and action from various vendors/contractors, this experience was a breath of fresh air.
