This company recently fabricated our quartz for our kitchen renovation. We are not impressed. It looks like a rushed job. First of all, the finished product is unsatisfactory. We found a lot of very noticeable deep scratches that we reported to the owner. There are also many blemishes that are very noticeable and look to just be due to a lack of time spent on finishing. Secondly, the crew that came out to do the install, did a terrible job. Our island counter was unevenly placed and we had to have them come back twice to redo the placement. We finally gave up because they obviously cant get it right. IMO, thats just incompetence. Also, the rounded work on all the counters is horrible. Each corner is different and on a different angle. We shared this with the installer the last time he came out and he said he would come back to fix this, but we havent heard anything since and that was a couple of weeks ago. Its very difficult to get a response back from anyone after the work is completed and paid for. For the money that we paid for the services of this company, the quality of work should have been better. I dont recommend this company.
