As always, from being greeted by Ellens smiling 😷 face today to seeing Jim, it was a great appointment! Jim did a very thorough cleaning of my hearing aids and he replaced not only the earbuds but also all the internal filters! He even did a camera check of my ear canals, no bad wax build up! All in all -- I can hear again!!! 👂 😊 Thank you, HearUSA!!!

If you are making special arrangements such as transportation or translation services for a scheduled fitting appointment be sure to call ahead. They may be out of stock and you will be asked to come back a second time. The staff is very knowledge and nice but keeping stock is an issue for such a large company.

It is a nice park. Could use a little cleaning up.

This experience has changed my life not only as a musician but also a human being. It has brought back the person I’ve always been. I used to rate this branch very high; however, my last visit was well below par ...to say the least . I have changed my rating accordingly. The only bright point is that the lady at the front office is still professional and cordial. I have switched to another Hear USA branch. Like night and day.
