I dont normally write reviews, but as usual Wallace Kia service department came through for us. Was only going to be in town a few days and on my drive down called the service appointment line with a request to get our van in because of a bad wheel sensor. I could not use cruise or any of the safety features on the van for the whole trip. They told me 2 weeks out to get it in. I explained I was only in town a few days. They had me bring the van in first thing the next morning and had the issue diagnosed, part replaced, oil change and tire rotation done in a couple hours. We thought were going to be without a vehicle for at least the whole day and ended up being a few hours. Very happy and impressed. My wife has always dealt with Scott in service since we bought the car from them in 2019. She has always been impressed and this time was no different. Thanks for getting us going again!

No-pressure, didnt feel rushed.Trustworthy. (Manager James Scuderi aka Jimmy, I work with his brother Robert)They listened to me.Quick and painless — the dealership made the process very easy.Quick and clear communication (in-person, James Scuderi can use ASL - American Sign Language), great communication accessibility for Deaf and HOH customers/drivers.No games.***Final price was exactly as not what I hoped for, due to COVID-19 and chip shortages. Nothing to do with this KIA dealership. Ended up getting an Used (53k miles) car and a smaller SUV one, which was NOT what I anticipated for. NEW lease cars prices has now skyrocketed since 2019 (no surprises) - will trade in within 6-12 months (hopefully with James again), with anticipation for a lesser price.***

My family and I haven’t bought new cars anywhere besides Wallace Kia. Beyond that, we never work with anyone other than Captain Mo. Mo is AMAZING and does everything he can to help his clients. I’m addition to the phenomenal experience we have had working with Mo, I also want to point out the amazing experience I’ve had working with the service center. I always work with Bill and every time I am in, he makes sure things are done right and efficiently. I will never go anywhere else for a car!

I can’t believe I have to deal with such a disgusting dealership in the US. I ordered a part for overnight shipping and it took 1 week to be arrived. Someone needs to tell them what’s “overnight shipment”.After I got the part after a week, I realized they sent me the wrong parts. I have attached pictures which you can see they used wrong pictures for these two parts. I called to the part department and after accepting it was his mistake, he told me if I send you the return label, I won’t send you the correct part. However, I ordered the correct part from other dealership.My problem with them just started. When I returned the part, the initiated a partial refund. I tried to call to GM and whoever was responsible but no one was responding my calls. I even sent them emails but haven’t heard anything back.I tried to dispute the difference through PayPal and when I requested for a dispute case, I realized they canceled their partial refund to just play with me. I will get my money back for sure, but if you want to not be played or bother yourself, don’t ever buy anything from them. I will write about this anywhere I can to avoid this happening to someone else.P.S: Jeffery is the guy who told me these:1) when I called to ask him when will the item be here, he aggressively told me if you don’t want it I can cancel it.2) when I called him regarding the wrong part, he aggressively told me I’ll send you the shipping label but we’re done and I won’t send you the correct part.3) when he partially refunded my money and I called him to ask for a full refund, he told me it wasn’t his fault and that’s what it is. I asked him to talk to his manager but he said no.Thank you for your nice comments but you cannot change the fact that your dealership is the worst.

Those old bad reviews do not accurately describe how helpful and amazing the staff are here at Wallace Kia. Marques was wonderful and worked hard to give us the most painless and pleasant experience for a first time car buyer. Even from the first time calling they were very empathetic towards us as we were already spent in this car buying process. Today I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a great price and would absolutely recommend them!

My grandmother and I had the pleasure of financing our new 2020 Kia Rio from this location for myself as a Xmas gift. Upon arriving to the premises, we were promptly greeted by a salesperson by the name of Todd who from the initial start attentively listened to our concerns and without hesitation began to find the best fit vehicle within our means. He wasn’t forceful, in fact, Todd took the initiative to ensure that we received not only a dealer discount, but matched the online special we also inquired about.We made it very clear what our budget was and Todd communicated all areas of opportunity and made the necessary adjustments. Once we settled on our pick, unlike most, we had a peculiar financing situation being that I was an out of state resident. With that being said, that did not detour them from ultimately helping us walk away with a vehicle. Admittedly, we spent some added wait time due to our circumstance, however thanks to the financing manager Alex, who thoroughly researched the best case scenario to get us financed, we were able to figure it out and come to terms on a financing situation we are truly proud of. Alex even provided additional advice in foresight in the case I am looking to refinance in the future.Both gentleman were extremely informative and courteous to both myself and my grandmother as an elder, ensuring that she was comfortable as they gathered the necessary facts to aide the sale. Once financing was complete, Todd helped us through what would have been normally a difficult process securing insurance for the vehicle. Once all was complete, Todd assisted us with our tags and even captured the moment with a picture of the two of us. Great experience overall as we both couldn’t be more satisfied!

Altho we didnt buy a car, we had the pleasure of working with Aaron, he was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely a nice guy no pressure like most sales guys. The only thing we did not like was the car sales was 10k OVER sticker price. NO WAY would we ever pay 10k over sticker, if they want our business I would expect at lease 2k UNDER sticker price. And definitely not paying 899$ for Dealer fee...Im sure it will sell, but not to us!Good Luck Aaron!!!

I purchased my 2022 Kia Carnival from Wallace after a bad experience at a different Kia dealership. The staff is very accommodating. And our salesperson Capt. Mo helped us through multiple visits as I was trying to find my perfect mom car. All of the vehicles were great and had various safety features which made deciding so hard for me that I decided to wait until seeing the Carnival. I love my car, my friends love my car and random strangers stop me to ask about the coolest mom car they’ve seen so far. 10/10 would recommend Wallace no matter which brand of vehicle you’re looking for.

Amazing place to buy a car. Sales manager Brian is an amazing person told him the car I wanted and he made the deal happen without me having to go into the dealership. Richard another sales manager was amazing he is funny and has a great attitude and personality. And then there is finance manager Mark he is the best very upfront about everything. And to beat it all I was there to surprise my wife with a brand new 2021 Kia Soul X-Line and they even put a bow on the car so I could tell her that was her car and she was over the moon excited. Again the best people I have ever bought a car from.

Price changed 3 times.Funny my mechanic got the part for 60 dollars less from Kia that they wanted to charge me for it. Beware you will be scammed! Not one to leave reviews but due to the time wasting nature of my experience I will. It was recommended to me that I speak with Captain Mo at the dealership with regards to my end of lease. A very nice gentleman and from all the signs of monthly success around his cubical a very good car salesman. My bad experience is not about not being able to make a deal on trading in my end of lease for a new one but more the wasting of a clients time. I didn’t need to come back to my old dealership since I have moved over 70 miles away. In going here I was taking time out and it was an inconvenience to me. All the information with regards to what I had, what I wanted and what another dealership had been provided in a previous phone conversation prior to me making a trip. I was assured that it was achievable, they just needed eyes on the car to make it work and that any other dealer quotes could be beaten. This would all appear to be salesman rebuttals to make people come into the showroom. Within 5 mins of walking in I was told they couldn’t get within $100 of the other dealers price and I should take that offer. Again this isn’t about not getting the deal I was after or matching a competing dealerships price it was about wasting peoples time when the answer given could have been provided over the phone on the first phone call and no time wasted.

ANTONE BRADLEY went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful! In fact, he went with us to different Wallace brands to answer any questions we had and show us the difference between Kia, VW, and Volvo. Ultimately we decided to go with the Sorento. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Stone who took the time to help me realize what I was looking for in a vehicle. He showed me two cars that were in top condition. My 84 year old mother was shopping around for a Kia Sportage. When asked to discuss the price they wouldn’t give her one unless she bought the car that day. They even wanted her to sign a piece of paper that guaranteed that she was buying. She is recently widowed and Is on a fixed income. Needless to say we left the dealership without any satisfaction. They will definitely not be seeing us anytime soon! We will find another Kia dealership and buy from them. You have the right to shop around for the best price. Poor customer service. Stay away from them!

The worse dealer to do business, I make a deal with Marquis salesman and his sale manager Jim on a Kia Telluride that was not in the lot was in transit for sticker price we shake hands and they promise me to sale this SUV for the $34K that was on the sticker, wants the SUV arrive they change the price on me and refuse to honor there word. This is a really bad way of doing business. But thanks to this I went West Palm Beach and get a better deal. Dont trust on this people.

I have to say after the horrible service I received at another dealership the day prior, it was great to have someone not put pressure on you. I have no patience for poor service and I told my wife, I’m not sure why we didn’t return here first anyway. Our salesman, Todd, was personable and welcoming. I knew about the two cars I was interested in, but he was knowledgeable and listened to what our wants/needs were. I appreciate his patience with us and our questioning. The GM worked with us some in our trade-in. That showed me that he was willing to negotiate and We decided to put down a good amount. We’re happy with our purchase and look forward to doing business with this dealership in the future.

The most disgusting, shameful, and disappointing experience I have ever had with any business.Went to Wallace Kia and bought a used 2017 Cadenza on January 17 that had been involved in two minor accidents that left multiple dents and scratches, and damage to the bumper. Salesman was unwilling to negotiate the price down but agreed to get the bumper replaced, dents/scratches fixed, front emblem replaced, and to program a secondary fob if we provided one (all explicitly detailed in contract agreement). Drove it off the lot that day, with the intention of bringing it back to get the work done on it. The car itself was great... everything that followed was just downhill from there.We kept in touch with our salesman to stay updated on the situation. Through text, he gave us multiple updates about the bumper being ordered and shipped. After it being supposedly back ordered, we waited a whole month before he told us it arrived. We set up a date to drop off the car at Kia and were under the assumption the work would be done that same day. On February 12, we dropped off the car along with an extra key fob and asked for a loaner, but our salesman said they did not have one available. He proceeded to drop us off at our home after that. What followed was a series of updates that kept taking longer and longer as if the car needed more work and the body shop was not getting stuff done in a timely or efficient manner. All through text. After a week and a half of nonsense and excuses, we decided to check on the car for ourselves.On February 24, we drove to the dealership and found the car in the exact same spot we had left it nearly two weeks prior. Untouched. We realized we had been deceived and lied to the second we bought the car. Immediately spoke to the sales manager and he claimed he knew nothing of the situation and began to get things in order. He told us they had lost both keys to the car. Not even the bumper was ever ordered, meaning we were left without a car or loaner for two weeks for no reason at all. Our salesman supposedly went rogue, and now we had to wait even longer for them to order everything and still get the work done.We had to demand a loaner and at that point we had lost trust in every single person that works at this dealership. Had to visit the dealership and body shop multiple times to make sure something was getting done. Body shop told us it should be a 3-4 day turnaround. By then all they were doing was the bare minimum, blaming the rogue salesman, and not taking responsibility. There were so many instances throughout the last 2 weeks where stuff should have got done but still so many days were being wasted. The general manager offered to pay a single car note and that was it.The car was ready on March 9, so we went to pick it up. Heres the kicker - they still had not done everything that was supposed to be done under contract. One of the dents that was detailed in the contract was still there and the emblem never got replaced. Just absolute ridiculousness. Two weeks to replace a bumper and fix minor dents. Thank god the major stuff is out of the way but, wow. I have to bring it back again on my own time just for them to finish what should have already been done. This was my last semester before graduating too, and those are two months that I will never get back that I was stuck at home and unable to return to college. I still cannot wrap my head around why this happened. We have tried to be patient and understanding, but not ONCE did Kia meet a single deadline, and still failed to own up to the situation. Even after getting past the whole salesman issue, Kia has shown a complete lack of urgency and respect for a situation as crazy as this. We cancelled some of the extra stuff we had purchased (like the maintenance plan and GAP insurance) because I would rather my money go to someone else. All I have to show for this experience is a single car note, two months down the drain, and an unfinished car.I highly recommend anyone that is considering buying from this dealership to reconsider.

Its funny because I was always of the mindset of dont trust the dealership, and the dealership prices will be higher {for repairs,}. That may have held some merit back in the day with old mentalities. But to survive today, you have to deliver a positive experience, and the smart dealerships know this. Dealerships like Wallace KIA in Stuart. Specifically Service Manager, Mike Ceccanti. I cannot express enough how he has completely reshaped my POV on dealerships for the better. For the past year I have had a pro relationship with him, and I have benefited in so many ways. He saw to it I got a new engine after mine was recalled, he never upsells me unless he knows I want him to (prior to long trips) and its not even an upsell, rather, he educates me. I told him I want to take good care of my car to make it last and that buying new is not a priority for me currently. He never pushes me into anything but he lets me know the things that will help accomplish this and always gives me the upper hand in making my choices. He also recently made a discovery that none of my friend mechanics could figure out for an issue Ive had for over a year and we couldnt figure out why. He discovered my alignment issues were a result of someone putting two tires that were two sizes to small on the rear of my vehicle!!!!! LOL. Also, in spite of how slammed they often are, he always takes time to explain things to me, and to observe those nice-to-have practices like pulling the car around for me, and just being super polite and professional, all with a great sense of humor! Thanks Mike for all you do, you are so appreciated!

My car buy experience at Wallace Kia was simply extraordinary. Todd negotiated non stop on my behalf to get me the best deal possible. And Mark is a finance wizard, getting me an extremely low APR on my auto loan. I was in and out in record time for purchasing a vehicle. I thank them greatly for that. There is an “OWE ME” item that has yet to be rectified, so I’ll update this review at that time. All in all a GREAT EXPERIENCE!.......Update to my my review, and still I have nothing but praise for the Wallace Kia staff. There was a slight problem getting a repair done but sales mgr Jimmy Scuderi worked tirelessly to accommodate my needs. He even gave me a loaner when the repair took longer than previously scheduled and kept me in the loop the entire time. Hats off to the Wallace Kia staff.

Test drove a CPO recently. Salesmen was fine, not too pushy but was very upfront in saying that price was non negotiable due to high demand. Fair enough, I purchased elsewhere and was able to negotiate, nothing drastic but fair give and take. Not sure if it’s Wallace policy to make such statements up front but it is very off putting and essentially indicates that you don’t want my business. Also got a follow up call from another employee today. I mentioned what was said and no effort at all to get me back in to the dealership. Final result? Local customer drives 90 miles and buys from someone else.

Had a very disappointing experience here. Came in knowing what we wanted, were told they would get us the car within a few days. Left a deposit. A week later when I called was told the computer system was down nationwide and that they would call me next day. 2 days later called and spoke to the manager and was told the same story. He called me the next day to repeat the story. Both times saying he would call back shortly but did not. Now its been 2 weeks. Long story short they made false promises at best if not flat out lying and wasted a lot of our time. Would not recommend doing business here.

The manager (James), who was very polite and professional escorted me to parts to speak with a lady (who was on the phone)with a We Owe to pick up a set of mats for the new car that I was picking up. She ignored the manager. The manager had to attend to other matters confident that i would get the mats. It was some time before she got off the phone. I told her why I was there. She took the paper into the first office on the right.A man came bursting out of the office clearly agitated and purple with rage. Long story short, he chewed me out and turned to the woman to go get the mats. She told the man that she was too busy looking for a window thingy. He walked about twenty feet down the parts ailse, grabbed the mats off the shelf, came back amd threw them on the counter in front of me. I thanked him anyway to which he continued to mumble inappropriately and went back into the office.The manager was unavailable when I started to leave. The manager earned FIVE STARS.The two characters in the parts department get a MINUS 10!

He researched to make sure we leave with the perfect car and ended up with a beautiful 2018 Kia Sportage. Salesman ED Combs - Pretty straight forward and to the point. Detail Department took WAY to long. Sunset already But, Ed went back there himself and brought the car out to the well lit parking lot. Did the Walk around and linked the Bluetooth to my phone and noticed the drivers side window wasnt clean and brought it BACK to detail himself and windexed it and brought it back out to me ready to go.

They would not honor the price I got thru capital one loan online. Was told it was deals KIA made and that dealerships r separate from that. Really? Isn’t that a KIA sign on your building? Anyway just bs politics so I would never recommend this place ever. I scheduled an appointment this morning for an oil change at 11:30AM using their online scheduler on their website it was extremely easy. I showed up a little early they took my car right in and started working on it right away. I was even asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash after the work was performed.Scott made sure that my needs and questions were met and answered. 3/12/21 i had no intention on buying a car. I went to kia and left with a Mercedes.Marquiz crus is THEE BEST car sale man ever!!! He made sure he put me a car, he was determined for me not to leave with out getting into a car. He even bought my family lunch, just because of how long I’ve been there. Mark in finance same thing they were very determined to put me in car that same day.. 100% recommend anybody to go and visit them when looking for a car.

I have not taken the time to write many reviews on Google, but my incredible experience at Wallace Kia with Drew B. merited that I do so. Drew was courteous, observant and extremely knowledgeable about each and every vehicle we were interested in, up to and including all of the currently available cars on the lot. When I needed to think and was processing different options, he did not say a word to me and stood there patiently. He even offered to buy us lunch while we thought it over. I also want to share that my wife and I determined what was best for our family was to purchase a lightly used car elsewhere. When I called Drew to share this, he was genuinely thrilled for us and thanked us for our time earlier in the day - even though we didnt purchase a new car from them. To me, this was the most impressive part of his and Wallace Kias service and why you should make Wallace Kia your first stop when looking to purchase new or used. Bought a new Kia seltos from a salesman named Anton don’t do it he was the worst salesman everI waited over 4 hours to purchase the car he didn’t know anything not even the address of Kia finance the company he works forThen I called 6 hours ahead and said I’ll pick it up at 1 pm when I arrived he was nowhere to be found needless to say no car took 3 hours to get it he didn’t show me anything about the car or even change the plates I had tofind a screwdriver and so it myselfAs of today 2 days later I don’t have my insurance cardI’m not saying Wallace Kia is bad but find another salesman

Robert Campbell is the BEST!!! I first met Robert back in September when we purchased our 2016 Kia Sorento. Then I happened to be looking to replace my car with a Dodge Caravan when I saw that Wallace Kia had one. So I made an appointment and who happened to be our Salesman? You guessed it Robert (again!). He really makes you feel like you are buying a car from your friend that youve known for years. He is a Marine Veteran which as an Army Veteran I appreciate his honesty and dedication. So now both of my familys cars have been purchased from Robert (Dont they look great together!) I cannot recommend Wallace Kia or Robert enough for your next car buying experience.

Do not ever ever ever I repeat ever buy a product or vehicle from Wallace Kia, I bought a used 2016 Kia Sorrento in 2018 was told I had a five year 50,000 mile warranty from the date of original purchase, vehicle had 36,000 miles on it when I purchased. Had an issue with the vehicle at 48,000 miles. dealership told me I have no warranty coverage also paint is coming off the front left-hand side of the hood from a improper factory paint job they told me that that was not covered as well I repeat do not buy a Kia from Wallace Kia you will be exceptionally sorry for a long period of time.

There isnt enough stars to rate how happy and just amazed I am with the Bev Smith Kia in Stuart! I love this car! It is all thanks to Chris Burgess and Allistar that knew exactly what I wanted in a car. They were so wonderful and had amazing energy! I cant believe I am driving the car of my dreams! Thank you thank you thank you to Allistar and Chris for being just amazing! Simply the best! They asked me what I wanted and I fell in love with the first car I test drove. We were in and out of the dealership in two hours. Very happy!Update: I’m here for the first service on my car and absolutely adore how I am treated here. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are comfortable. When I made the appointment, the lady handling the appointments stepped away from her desk. And she called me back within twenty minutes. Very professional, very pleasant! Jerry was most awesome at reminding me of any benefits I have with the warranty of my car. Simply amazing!
