Excellent service-very timely. I took the car in one day after I drove over a curb with a hole in it. I took it over & Ian lay down on the pavement & checked out the underside for broken plastic parts I found there-no damage. The oil change & tire rotation was fast & they found some loose lug nuts. good work.

This was a routine service visit. As always, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The service was completed in a very acceptable time frame.

Customer service was amazing but Im not happy with Chevy service. My check engine light has come on 10 times in the past year and Ive heard nothing from Chevy. It was basically a new car!

During July of 2016, while staying in Door County, we took our Malibu to Jim Olson Chevrolet for service that included a tire rotation, and everything seemed OK. When our next service was due, a different Chevrolet dealer discovered that all of the lug nuts had been overtightened to the degree that they could not be removed by normal means, and were destroyed in the removal process. The cost of labor and replacement lug nuts totaled $270.63. Jim Olson refused to acknowledge responsibility or offer any compensation for the damage caused by their service department. Chevrolet Owner Assistance made sympathetic noises, but GM apparently exercises little oversight of its dealers, and the Chevrolet sign in front is no guarantee that the work will be done properly. I would never return to Jim Olson or recommend it to anyone else.

The efficiency of the service department at Jim Olson is outstanding. We are in and out quickly and everyone is friendly and so helpful, Scott is very pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable.

Salesman, Mark B. was professional, fair, attentive, helpful, and concerned about getting me a new truck that met my needs and finances. A great buying experience and I am very pleased with the total outcome.
