A truly wonderful place! The staff were courteous and helpful answering all my questions. They have a large inventory of rentals of which I used the kayak today. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. Would come here again for my boat rental needs. The harbor is also situated in a serene area

Avoid this marina if you value customer service. I attempted to stay here over the weekend as a transient. Mary was outstanding, took our reservation, everything seemed great. On approach I stopped for fuel at an adjacent marina and the owner of Yacht Harbor began yelling if you dont buy my fuel you cannot stay in my marina. He then began a verbal attack on my wife who was waiting there to help me tie-up. Cursing, horrible insults, the works. I felt absolutely awful that I wasnt there to defend my wife.Absolutely unreal. I immediately booked two nights at an adjacent marina but this experience almost ruined our weekend. If you value customer service please spend your money elsewhere. Unbelievable.

Dan provided me with much needed indoor boat storage for several weeks and without even knowing who I was....just a phone call and Dan said we would deal with the paperwork later....Awesome service.

The new Clubhouse and heated saltwater pool is amazing! The slips are the best kept secret in Sturgeon Bay! Electricity, spotless bathrooms, and WiFi made boat life a breeze! See you in 2017!
