Use common sense. If your going to insist customers wear a mask how sanitary is that mask you just offered to me with your BARE hands.

My experience was horrible spoke with manager Sara m. And her customer service was in appropriate. She was rude she was on her cell phone arguing and texting. She was short with me and my personal opinion is to not have her work for your company .. I was coming to get a business account for 15 employees... I THINK ILL JUST GO TO VERIZON.. THUMBS DOWN RUDE SARA i did not like her additiude or her at all

Friendly staff but management never has enough staff scheduled and you always have to wait. If they are activating phones its a long wait.

Ive read other reviews but i chose not to go here Green Bay Manager treats you with respect .so bad customer service .
