Its a thrift store, so the selection changes daily. There is all sorts of stuff to find from toys to jewelry to furniture. They do not have many (if any) clothes, so do not bother to come here for that. I bought some pins and a bow for arrows. The staff are super helpful.

If you are a bargain hunter, this is a great place to shop. The sales people were friendly and great to work with. I found a little stand that would look great refinished and they gave me a fair price on it . They have a lot of inventory and some of the isle ways are tight walking through because it. No restrooms available for the public.

We do our consignments here. Its a great way to clean out your good clutter and make money without doing the selling

We stopped here just exploring sturgeon bay for the first time. Really wish we would have brought a truck and trailer! AMAZING furniture for the best prices ever! Cute decor and fun vintage items. We were truly on an enjoyable adventure the whole hour we spent in the store. I ended up picking some beautiful items and they were flexible with price since we got so much. I appreciated that! We can’t wait to come back again!

Love this place!!! Sooo much stuff/treasures there!!! I was looking for a cabinet of some sort for firewood and they had one perfect for what I needed. Picked up a highback chair. And they have all kinds of dressers etc there as well and other knick knacks things. I will be bck.

Easily my favorite thrift store in Sturgeon Bay. Theyve got tons of cool little trinkets, artwork, dishes and some furniture on the upper floor and the basement is filled with more furniture and hardware. Tons of vintage and unique stuff if youre into it like I am, all at very reasonable prices. Keep in mind though, anything under $10 is only payable in cash.

Bayside Bargains always has unique items of interest that you will never find anywhere else. Mike and his staff are amazing, and keep our Sunday visits enjoyable. If you get a chance, stop in and visit them. I gaurantee you will not be disappointed.

It’s a nice enough store with ample inventory. Sometimes I even find a reasonably price item or two to buy inside the main store area. I’d stop more often when I am in the area if the prices in the warehouse were more affordable. The prices out there are more expensive than they ought to be. But it’s Door County so that explains it. Will be back... but will pass on many items, as usual 😏

Was shopping with a friend who is unable to wear a mask due to his health. My daughter and I had masks on. My friend was asked to leave due to store policy, even after relaying that he had a health condition. You lost our business.

While it has many unique finds, the prices are alil ridiculous especially on furniture, books and a few other types of items. I did find a few bargains, but mostly nothing I could afford on my budget. If your looking for something different youll probably find it there, but itll most likely cost you a pretty penny.

Great place to find something out of the ordinary. I always leave with fairly priced treasures.

I do a walk through every few weeks or so looking for improvements I can add to my money pit house. No pressure from the help whatsoever.

TL/DR - the owner is misogynistic and was extremely aggressive towards a disabled 12 year old girl because she couldnt count out her change. He taunted her in front of several customers.If you care to read on, here is our experience;My 12 year old disabled daughter wanted to make a tie clip for a friend as a gift. We started our hunt at all the usual place in town for a tie clip and we where unsuccessful. So we decided to look at the thrift shops. Our first stop was at Bayside Bargains, it was hands down the worst shopping experience of my life!I dropped her off by the door and let her go in with my debit card while I found a parking spot. She found the perfect one! She was so happy! When she went to pay, the man working the register told her he didnt accept cards on any purchase under $10.00, and it was only $3.10 so he wouldnt do it.In the meantime I found a parking spot. She came back out to the car, with no tie clip and said she needed cash. If your like me in this digital age, you never have cash...just a card...always.So we started our hunt for $3.10 in change. Not enough in the car, so we went home. She emptied her piggy bank of change and we where on our way back to the store. I dropped her off again while I found a parking spot.Out she came again, this time crying and still with her bag of change in hand. I asked what happened and she told me...this time the man at the register asked if it was the correct change. She said she couldnt count it but she thought so. (She only has one hand that works well) He told her looks like you better get counting. (With one working hand and bag of change is a bit difficult to say the least.) So she said I cant do it, but dont you have to count it to put it in the register? (Hoping he would give her a hand)Instead he told her he didnt have time to count her pennies and tore up the sales receipt and crumpled up her bag and pushed it back at her. He yelled at her to leave... I figured there must be a mistake, he was so aggressive, and she is only 12 years old, not to mention disabled...So I figured I would call and find out what was going on. I asked to talk with a manager, the man that answered said he was the owner. I started to say My daughter was just... before I could say another word he started yelling about her and that he didnt have time and it wasnt worth his time to bother with stupid people. Then he hung up on me...I decided to go in, thinking I would give him exact change and everything would be fine.So I went in. I waited in line to talk to him and get the tie clip. As I was in line 2 other female customers were buying a stained glass window. It was marked $175.00 they wanted it for $150.00 so the lady said I have cash and its not pennies! Then they all started laughing and the owner started trash talking my daughter, and making fun of the trash in this town. (In his defense, she looks like an adult, even though she is only 12)So I very calmly said Do you know the girl youre making fun of is a 12 year old disabled child?One of the women said sorry and looked embarrassed, she probably didnt think my daughter was so young, or realize she was disabled.The owner, however, started screaming at me... I couldnt say anything, I couldnt believe how instantly aggressive he was. He just kept yelling about not having time for people like that. Then he told me to leave before he called the police.It was shocking, abusive and offensive. The way he treated a disabled child and made fun of her to other customers was horrible.I know it was only a three dollar item, but she is a human being with tender feelings. She cried for several hours over the aggressive rudeness of this man.Weve spent a lot of money at his store in times past, and have sold many items on consignment through him, but we will not be going back.We teach our children to respect people of all backgrounds and circumstances and to show empathy for others. I only wish his parents had taught him the same.
