As a lifelong painter now retired some 20 years I know how hard it must be to deal with old school painters who think they know it all.One of your employees a young man named Aaron Holiday showed extreme patience and understanding when dealing with me.Solved all my problems and left me feeling Great about your stores ability to solve painting problems I was very impressed.I just thought you should know you have some Great employees out there. I have always bought cheaper paint but never again! This paint went on so easily. I didnt have the kind of spatter that I get from other paint and it looks amazing! The guy who helped me at the store was patient and helpful. So happy with my painting experience as it is never one of my favorite projects. It has inspired me to paint the rest of my house so thank you. (I think)

I went to the Sherwin-Williams store, because I know I would get the right product the first time, told the clerk my story, he lead me right to the product I needed the first time. The color of the Santa Sleigh is perfect, cant ask for nothing better than that. Also great prices.

Wasnt expecting to pay as much per gallon but quality of the paint was worth it. One layer is plenty with the primer already in it and does not have an overpowering smell like most paints. Staff was helpful.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The store often has 30 or 40% off sales that help with the price. You definitely pay for quality paint.

I thought I would get some help picking a color or a color that would match together. When I asked for a recommendation all I got was “I don’t make color choices. If you don’t like it I don’t want to be responsible.” That’s not very helpful. Fortunately one of the colors I picked was a good match so I will probably have to buy it.

Selecting a paint color and getting it mixed was relatively quick and easy. The gentleman I worked with was polite and helpful.
