Ive always loved Walgreens its one of my favorite places to go

Love the drive thru pharmacy but sometimes you wait too long. I wish they had an express window for people without questions or insurance issues. Also, I had an appt recently for the Covid vaccination. When I was checking in at then pharmacy, the employee who registered me was less than polite. She looked like I was an inconvenience. Rolling her eyes. Not one smile or thank you. I was really disappointed with the customer service. However, the employee who adminstered my shot was famtastic, friendly and smiled and said thank you.

Always has what I need for my sinuses and body aches

I, along with a number of other cars, just had to wait almost 10 min in the Drive In lane while the staff dealt with issues in the car in front. Finally.....yes repeat finally the staff told the lady she had to come inside the store to help resolve the issue. Seems to me, if a customer in the Drive In lane cant be helped quickly and easily in the simple pick-up / payment process, the staff should ALWAYS tell the customer to come into the store instead of making a line of 7 or eight other customer wait while they sort out an issue at the Drive In window.

My prescriptions were ready within 30 minutes after being called in.The staff is excellent however the prices are extreme especially the over the counter items.Cough syrup was $16.You would think a popular chain pharmacy would be more competitive. I will get my prescriptions at waWalgree and my over the counter and personal items someplace else.

Is to have a wonderful staff at the pharmacy but but they pretty much have new people now. The good staff and very friendly ones left. So dont go to the Sturgis wall greens Thiers only 3 awesome people left on the pharmacy

Very entertaining staff, Love the help they serve.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Getting prescriptions is quick and easy.

Always great service and helpful people

This review is specific to the pharmacy portion of Walgreens. They only filled one half of the prescription I picked up. Refused to accept the fact that they might have made a mistake. I had to insist on an inventory count which revealed that they had in fact only filled a portion of the prescription.
