Very delicious! I normally would get Starbucks but Biggby coffee has them beat in my opinion! My first time stopping here, now I wish there was one in MN. And staff are so kind and patient as it was my first time. Definitely will be looking for more along my trip

Its a daily stop thats quick and so worth it

Very slow and inaccurate. Took half an hour to get through the drive through and still got my wifes and my order incorrect.

By far the worst costumer service. This use to be a favorite stop with the friendly employees, the néw staff is rude- and horribly made coffee anymore. I so wish our local coffee shop had a drive through.

Surprisingly not good. Went there at 6:10, supposed to be open but wasnt which was fine. Went back on my way home employees were there lights were on waited,waited and waited altogether probably 20 min and noone could bother to let the multiple people trying to get coffee what was going on.

Best coffee, best experience. There are 3 young ladies who work the morning shift normally. They are fast and extremely accurate at what you order. Me and wife stop in everyday and 9/10 and they remember our orders. We are daily morning customers occasionally afternoon. Might we suggest black bear frozen or hot with 2 extra shots and extra butter scotch.. so good.

A friend got me hooked on the coffee here and now I cant go anywhere else for it. Their mochas are the perfect balance between coffee and sweetness. Staff is always friendly and speedy. Fridays I try not to go in the mornings though because you have to wait half an hour from start to finish and youll be late for work if you get there at the wrong time. I still give 5 stars though because its worth it.

Had to wait 10 minutes at drive in. But love my iced coffee!

Love this place except for the sturgis one never charges me the same price. I order the same thing every single time I go which is almost daily, and do not get charged the same price 2 days in a row! Every day its dif!

They are very slow. Waited 20 minutes in line. Have lots of extra time when going here.

Expensive..... 15.00 for two drinks. 😳 Flavor was ok. Not alot and the drink was more like a thick blended milkshake than a frap. Hard to drink. Not the morning wakeup hoping for.

Good place for coffee and to read a book. Ive never been there and found it crowded. Most of the business comes from drive thru I think.

Normally one of my favorite places to get a coffee, however, today they seemed under staffed as most of the coffee was empty and I had to settle on something I wasnt a fan of... Wish I would have known before purchasing the coffee..

I am beyond satisfied with their coffee! As for the staff, they are very courteous and kind, as well as the environment. Even though the drive-through can be rather slow at times, it is well worth the wait!! Highly recommended:)

Its a humid, cloudy day. And, theres no other customer in the store. Shouldve expected something wasnt right.Our group had 7 people, and other than the black coffee none of the others were even remotely tasty. Seriously though. Almost $6 for 16oz smoothie, that has crushed ice, some flavor and cream on top?Utterly disappointed.

I love the staff, my drinks are always perfect. My complaint is this: I come here probably 3 days a week and they NEVER put the sleeve on my cup when I go through the drive thru. I pay $5 for coffee, so I shouldnt have to ask them to put the sleeve on my hot cup, they should just do it.

Ordered hot apple cider, it was either too old or made to hot that it tasted like vinegar.

This place is much better at making ice coffee then McDonalds where I used to go until bigby started doing 1.99 ice coffee! Yeah!

We LOVE the new Biggby in Sturgis! We live in Lansing and were in the area and stopped in. The staff was friendly and efficient. And the store manager, Angela answered all our questions. And, of course, the coffee was amazing!

Im not a rich person by any means and even if i was Id never spent ocer $10 for 2 coffes! But i went there to get a coffee for my wife snd myself. when th gal said $11.79 i said no unly 2 not 6 and she said it is 2 and i seen the other gal was already making them so i couldnt cancel or i would habe left!
