Wouldve been five star if they had circuit breakers. They had everything else and good people working. One was very helpful on my electrical needs. Do recommend the store.

Great store and compares to a Tractor Supply. Great choice of farm supplies, clothes and odds and ends. Little bit of everything you need for farms. The cashiers were very helpful and very nice. They asked several times how they could help. If you need dog food or farm supplies be sure to check these guys out in Sturgis!!!!

I went in to check on the jeans that were on sale in their circular and Sturgis is the only Runnings that doesnt carry them. Should say Except Sturgis in their ad.

Shop Sturgis the sign says. But Sturgis holds shorter hrs than all other locations. Sturgis residents deserve better. Why are other locations open til 9pm? I shouldnt have to Drive to belle or Rapid. Management hereneeds to be changed. Its the same idiots who drove Cambells into the hole.

This Runnings is smaller than others so it doesnt have all the options I am used to seeing. Today I was looking for rabbit food and goodies for them but this store didnt have anything so I picked up some treats for my chickens instead.

Do not go to the Sturgis store! Virtually no service, unfriendly, unwilling to help unless you ask and then it’s like you put them out. Runnings is a great store... go to Belle Fourche... great service there.

I was always told to come and check this store out for various things, that it was a great place.?. That being said, one day I walked in the store after working for 13hrs straight, not only was I getting funny looks like I was going to try and steal something and also was getting asked more then usual if I needed any help or assistance in my shopping, if that wasnt bad enough, right?? Well to there surprise I dropped over $400 that day in the store, one item was a tool box that was I believe $89, I used it not much more then 3 weeks and it broke on me, not to my doing I might mention and thought to take it back and upgrade or something. To my surprise they did not hardly so much as care, nor want to look at it and said that they wouldnt take it back. Id imagine if it were my store that youd think they would not even hesitate. Well not so much and on top of that I was treated like I was some kinda of thief again trying to pull some type of scam.

We dont shop here much because we dont live in the area. Passing thru we have been able to find what we need. The cashiers were helpful with getting a price check quickly on an item I bought that did not have a price tag. Thank you. The parking lot could use a repaving and parking spaces marked. I do like this store

Worst customer service ever. I walk in and no one greats me. Then Im looking around browsingredients to find supplies to build a shed and a lady rudely says to me they are about to close. I said back on Im sorry I geuss Ill be leaving. Its sad that is the way they treat the customers.

I dont go here much but when I do I find just what I need and at a great price. The shelves are stocked well. They are not ot shoved so close you cany get thru them. It is clean and well organized. The cashiers and other staff are very helpful and friendly.

Campbells IS the #1, in Sturgis. Not just a hardware or plumbing store. They have an amazing array of products. They are wheelchair accessible!

I just bought a battery for my car and the sales man was rude. It way more worth the drive to go out of this town. No hospitality in this town anymore.

Air conditioning works, lol staff are always polite and knowledgable, decent prices and very clean.

Dont ever buy a battery from these clowns. If the battery doesnt work they will not refund and you have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. They do NOT stand behind thier products and the level of customer service here is laughable.

Comparable to TSC in price and variety, but a small town hardware store feel.
