Great customer service 👍 Not over crowded.

A lot of empty spots on shelves. Must be short staffed. Tried to get assistance just to find the fence panels I bought since the only employee out there was currently trying to fit 16 ft panels into a 7 foot bed. Just wanted to know where they were for I could load myself and go. . Was just told someone was already out there and he would help after, was told this by who I assume was the manager. The guy helping ended up walking in and getting the managers help anyway as I waited. At the end they only had one severely damaged panel so I had to go back in and get a refund on the panels that already took the cashier a bit of time to look up. Employees would ask if they could help find something, but just give a general area of the store and send you that way, no follow through or interest in answering anything further. 2nd time Ive had a poor experience. Its a farther drive but I think I will give my money to Farm and Home.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Tractor supply company supplies my chicken food needs and they always have good deals going on.

I find most of the women to go out of their way to assist especially unloading my feed, even if I say I can handle it. Notice I said women.

The employees are friendly. This is the time of year for the ducklings and the little chicks to be on display and for sale. My granddaughter loves to see them. I dont live on a farm but can always find useful merchandise in the store.

They are. a loyal company and the costumer service is beyond exceptional . Will recommend anytime.

They got the best for less on some items. They have seasonal items as well for the formers and the ordinary customers. In and out in a timely manner.

Their name badges are lame. The store smells like chickens. Good clearance prices. Kids enjoy sitting on the lawn tractors.

The store is very clean and organized. The only complaint I have is that I had two employees that were stocking items come stand in front of me to stock items I was trying to look at buying. They completely ignored the fact that I was even there. I ended up just leaving that section and purchasing what I already had. I went elsewhere to buy the other items I needed. Customer service was lacking. The woman at the register was very professional and friendly though.

Good store. Clean, well staffed with courteous knowledgeable people who will ask others if they dont know the answer to your questions.

After being told it was mandatory to wear a face mask by a teenager, who ironically tried to hand me one, Ungloved and completely defeating the purpose, with a line of people NOT wearing masks directly in front of us. Ill not be back.

Love shopping at TSC! My dog always goes with me instead of waiting in the truck. But they are often out of the item I want. This day it was an electric fence tester.

At least as good as any big chain store. Helpful people there, and just about anything one needs for yard, garden or farm, including a pretty good selection of tools, bills and magazines.

Wonderful place to shop for your winter needs, i found a beautiful winter coat and a waterproof pair of boots for my wife at sale prices that were very good!

Great staff, normal prices are a bit high but sale items a good value. They allow your behaved dog to come I into the store as well.
