Took car in for O2 sensor that was covered under warranty (after one of their service advisors who claimed he was 2nd in charge while Manager was gone, told me to crawl under the car& fix it myself; it wont break your warranty. ). Keep in mind this car is certified pre-owned that I just bought in May. When they finally get me in, it takes very little time to correct this issue. I personally spoke to the mechanic who stated everything worked great for me, there are no lights & no issues.Wouldnt you guess it....3 hours down the road my ECS light came on, I had power surges, & when the codes were ran again it was the exact issue they had just corrected.I highly advise if you need your vehicle worked on, you choose someone else in the area or drive to pine bluff or little rock. The only way these guys care about you is if your a rich farmer in the area any other time they are to busy while mechanics huddle around 1 vehicle hiding & joking around
I will not ever take a vehicle here again I ask for the full service and I got it alright sorry all the way around. And to top it off they charged me for a oil change and didnt change it.
Super place to purchase from! Cant go wrong here
Best dealership ever. Bill Hilbert was our salesperson, he is the best very honestly. The price I was quoted over the phone is what I paid when I got to the dealership. The finance manager Kyle was awesome too. I would give this vehicle purchase experience 10 stars but there are only 5.
Fabulous people and service!
They do not carry hi-end tires and they are not connected the chevrolet national service database but they did try to find the tires I needed.
Great friendly folks very helpful and great service.
Awesome place great people willing to work with you and they do what they say they will do.
Such great service! Bill made our buying experience so enjoyable and stress-free!! Everyone else working there was delightful as well!
I give them 1 star if I could set a ZERO as a rating I would because this place is the worst I ever been. The staff very stereotypical.! I’m Mexican and once I went right after work( I was dirty and with work clothing) and got helped by one person and not because he wanted to is because I called him over. Then I went a different day very clean and groomed on my 2017 camaro and everyone offered to help me and almost jumped out and helped me. But that is not the only thing they have going that is bad is just that they offer the worst services I been calling and calling for a price on “spark plugs and coils” on a different camaro (2012) and they always say they call me back and never do, today they did it again never called back. This is the worst place I ever been I hope the higher management see this and do something about it.
I just want to say that if youre in the market to buy a used car you MUST go to Petrus Chevrolet in Stuttgart Arkansas. My reason for saying this is my recent 2014 GMC Sierra SLT 4X4 used truck purchase from them. I searched various websites, dealerships, and even an auction or two to try and find the perfect truck. I was on auto trader one afternoon before work and ran across the listing for the exact truck I was looking for. I live in SC and Petrus is in Arkansas but I was willing to take the flight to get the truck. They picked me up in it from the airport which is an hour away. I drove it 1 hour back to the dealership and made the purchase. I was all set for the ride home. I made it to Memphis and thats when the truck died and I called a tow and the dealership. I had it towed to Jim Keras Chevrolet in Memphis TN. Well come to find out the truck I purchased was not so perfect. I dont fault the dealership for not catching it because I dont think the dealership knew of the problem. I say this because no reputable dealership wants this kind of outcome for their customers 3 hours after they make their purchase. Im in a business where customer service is everything and without the customers you have nothing. I totally understand that with all mechanical things they tend to break sooner or later. Just so happens mine was sooner than expected. The pump in the transmission had gone out on the truck. I was feeling furious and taken advantage of but all of that was about to change. The owner of Petrus Chevrolet, Justin Petrus, called me and was very accommodating and willing to help in any way possible to resolve the issue. He and his dealership went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my problem taken care of. They didnt just replace the broken part, they replaced the whole transmission with a brand new one free of charge. On top of that they drove the new transmission to the dealership it was at for the repair which is 2 hours away. This was so I didnt have to wait on Keras Chevrolet to order the part. Justin Petrus went even as far as to offer me a flight back home if it would not be ready in time. He would call with updates on the progress of the driver in route and the repair that was taking place at Keras Chevrolet. Keras Chevrolet had the truck repaired and back on the road the next day. Their service department has been awesome with making this repair a priority in my opinion. The wait was an inconvenience but there is a lot to see and do in Memphis if you happen to find yourself stuck here so it wasnt all bad. This just goes to show that purchasing from a dealer is a far better choice than an individual. An individual would have said to bad so sad where with a dealership you have customer service and care in place to make a purchase worry free. I FULLY APPRECIATE everything that Petrus and Keras Chevrolet have done to make me happy in this situation. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle I will definitely check with Petrus Chevrolet for my future purchase. It would be worth the trip just for the peace of mind when it comes to buying a vehicle.
Such a disappointment! I drove from Hot Springs to look at Acadia I found on autotrader at a great price. I realize now why, I must replace all 4 tires 2 weeks after signing papers. I noticed shaking when I went over 55 mph. Took it to our local tire guy who informed me all tires were cracking on the tread. And being only 2 years old, this should not be happening. He advised me to call the dealership. I called & spoke with Jason who told me I would need to bring it in so their tire guy could look at it. Made the 2 hr drive on a Friday so the tire guy could look at them for 60 seconds. He decided it was just normal wear, however, they would need to be replaced within the year & to not replace it with the same kind of tires because they arent very good tires. The service manager balanced them & said that should take care of the shaking. So I left & made the 2 hour trip back home with my 5 year old in the car, sick to my stomach & praying the tire didnt separate while going down the interstate, all the while my car is still shaking. Got a call on Monday from the salesman, the owner is not going to do anything. I was so happy when I signed the papers on the car & really enjoyed the small town feel but within 2 weeks, my opinion of this small town dealer is they have about as much integrity as any other snake in the grass. I guess when you let a spoiled kid run a business, this is what happens. Will stick with Everett next time. They actually value their reputation & customer service after the sale.
Super high prices but decent service
Always a great job. The guys are awesome
Great service!
Petrus great service. Very please
Son had his truck in for service took quite a while for them to get started
So I had bought a old work truck and I needed a key made for it because the ignition switch was broken, they told me my truck would be done the next day and it took them 5 days for them to get it done and once it was done my new key didn’t even work for my door 🤦🏽♂️
Great, fast customer service
