Service was extremely slow sat at the drive thru speaker for almost 10 mins without an answer waited 30+ mins for my food & our order wasnt correct

OMG..Thank God PAM IS BACK.. Food was hot. When I heard her voice over the speaker I was elated. Things are going to be good for our Stuttgart Sonic. Thank you for coming back you have been missed.

I did online ordering and it took 26 minutes to get three drinks. I had to stop a server to ask about the order. First, they didnt see the order. Next they forgot the drink carrier, which had been requested. Then they only brought two drinks and a cup of ice (which I had not ordered). They had to go back and get the third drink. It would have been much quicker to order at the window. The first two people I spoke to, and I was polite, acted like they could not have cared less.

Everytime we go to sonic we have problems tonite we went there took 15 minutes for her to answer us. My bf had to repeat our order 3 times we werent even at drive thru and she asked him to pull up to window

This place used to be great now the service is slow half the time you dont get where your order its just going downhill

Tots always cold. Shakes never made the same. Food and service need improvement

I ordered 2 milkshakes that took 20 minutes to get to me and they were both spoiled rotten i asked for a refund and that also took 10 minutes. the other times ive ordered ive gotten raw chicken, bad ocean water, cold tater tots and fries, and much more but theres been a few times they have been good

I ordered 2 drinks and cheese sticks. When I got my Ocean Water it did not taste good at all, as it was just carbonated water and blue coconut flavoring. I asked for a replacement drink and after 15 minutes it had still not come out. We buzzed in again and it seemed like they had forgotten about us. They then brought me out another drink, but this was one was still as equally gross. Not a great experience.

Was very disappointed when I received both and part of the was missing. And when said anything about it to the female became rude and hung up then a man took over and neither wanted to tell us the union ring was missing the part of our meals and try accommodate/with something else. All both the man and woman could say is that they were out of union ring, ok first it should have been told and then asked we wanted something to replace the union ring...😤the only part of the deal was the young female that brought our food out to us was extremely nice and courteous..

This place has fell off & died. No organization, employees all over the place, hanging out in the parking lot etc. Took 15 min to get a cherry limeade. I Wont be back for a while

Ordered with the app at 7:15pm. I arrived and checked in at 7:20. Order was for 7:25. I asked where my order was at 7:48. It arrived at 7:51. Both sundaes were liquid and the shake was also melted. The slushes were water. I like ordering on the app because of the discounts but this is not acceptable.

In Stuttgarts drive through I am in line for 15-20 minutes with only a few cars in front of me and in the stalls. I went through take out on a Sat. for breakfast &was in line for 30 min. Three people were working, the drive thru guy taking orders for t/o &the stalls. If an order is lg or needs to cook, park them in the parking area close to the window after they pay & take it out to them when its ready

The 4th stall we went to worked. The others screens were broken or they just never answered when button pushed. Finally ordered and the lady was really nice. Order looked right on screen. The first chicken sandwiches we got had mayo on them. Ok, sent them back and waited forever for correction to be made. Whatever. Were all human. Next sandwiches that came out were FROZEN in the middle! What do you do!? Send them back AGAIN?! I mean I have places to go! And do I REALLY want them remaking them again?! No. We will not be back. Ridiculous.

Went Sunday5/23 around 7pm. No one working the stalls had a order ahead had to wait over 30 minutes in drive thru. Got to the window and they attempted to charge me for my order again. I explained to them it was an app order they seemed confused. Finally after having to repeat my order multiple times I received my food. Horrible experience

Not up to most sonics. Think the chicken strips were left over and reheated. Could not eat them. Also those strips seem to be getting smaller at all sonics.

Stuttgart Sonic is the worst. Twice now Ive gotten a burger with no meat. Just bread and lettuce and mayo. Today me and 1 other car was in a stall. Took them 6 minutes to get a reply and 14 mins later a car hop comes to my window and says they are out of Dr. Pepper. This place is a joke.

Wasted my entire lunch break just trying to get (1) R44 Powerade. Before I explain let me clarify there was NO rush @ this time, and maybe 3 customers. No answer on stalls for 10 mins, no answer in drive thru for another 5 mins. After they finally took my order it felt like I was held hostage at the window as 2 employees just stood there holding my card & talking about something completely random. To top it off they gave me a straw big enough for maybe a small drink, for my R44, and it wasnt even a sonic straw!! Just a clear plastic tiny pos.👎👎👎

This sonic i believe is the absolute worst sonic in Arkansas. Literally took 36 minutes for 2 med drinks. The food is about like their attitudes, straight nasty...

Every time we order here there is something wrong with the order either it’s not correct or they don’t have half the ingredients.My husband just ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito and all it had in it was bacon and sauce .I ordered a sausage burrito and the eggs were all old and hard.

I was the 2 car at drive thru set there for 30 minutes...and left

Tea tasted like lemon water

I have been waiting 20 plus mins for a 2 drink order. No other customers here. To anyone reading this, spend your money elsewhere. This Sonic store doesnt care about its customers.

I ordered a small Oreo blast and asked for whip cream. I pulled up to the window and was handed a melted cup of ice cream with ice cream leaking out the lid, with no whip cream. The lady said sorry and expected me to leave I pulled up to the trash can to discard receipts and found my card that I payed with covered in melted ice cream. I returned to the window and asked for whip and tried to be polite, but the employees working seemed like they lacked any responsibility for their jobs’... This is not the first time I’ve received a blast with no whip cream and it seems some training is needed at the Stuttgart sonic.

Worst experience at a sonic yet. Rude staff. And I ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and got one marinara sauce. Will not return and I suggest you do not either

They were pretty fast and the car hop was very sweet

So we come here at least two times a week for lunch. and about 75% of the time the order is incorrect. We get the same order every single time, two number ones plain with tots and a large sprite. Now most of the time we get some kind of variation of that like one plain cheeseburger and a fully loaded cheeseburger, or one with tomato, etc. But let’s not leave out the horrible attitudes of majority of the employees AND managers in this place. and you know we normally don’t say much but just take the food and keep going because we only have so long for lunch. But this time was a the real kicker. We ordered what we normally get for us to get instead one plain cheeseburger and then just bread....... in the other wrapper. And then when we went back the young girl didn’t say much, didn’t apologize or anything, just rolled her eyes like it was out of her way to come out there and fix it and then said i’ll be right back.

This is a complaint about store 2860 Stuttgart Arkansas. I ordered ahead for two large drinks. A few minutes after ordering we arrived and I checked in. Although we ordered ahead it took several minutes to receive our drinks. When they finally arrived one was wrong. We paged the kitchen. After several several minutes of no answer I finally had to get out of my vehicle to find a car hop and let them know our order was wrong. When the car hop finally arrived with our corrected order we had still not been answered on the pager. This was a terrible experience.

They put whip cream on the shake even though we asked for no whip cream and when I mentioned it she just walked away from the window. They didnt provide a receipt either nor did they offer one.

Have NOT had their signature onion rings the last four times I ordered them. Today, I called before I went. Yes, we have onion rings. Got there, ordered, waited in line and got to to the check out and was told No, we are out of onion rings! Headquarters need to evaluate who orders the stock, because this is ridiculous.

We just drove off line a mile long! Looked like the place was empty no one working inside!! Has been bad the last couple of months .we use to eat there a lot but terrible now.sorry!!!!

I ordered onion rings they had none the only thing on my burger was lettuce and onions with mustard. I had to wait because no one let me know they had no onion rings. I ordered 1 unsweet tea and 1 sweet, we got 2 sweets. Was not impressed

It was a lot better food in Stuttgart than in England,the order was out as soon as she scanned the ticket,unlike some people here scan way before so it looks better to the owners.

Went for breakfast took them 10 minutes for them to take my order and another 10 min for them to give me my food. And Tater tots were cold and grease logged, and they got the Breakfast burrito wrong. When I gave them the money they only gave me two dollars and said they were out of change. Went back a week later ordered a drink, gave us 75 cents and when we asked for the two dollars they owed us told us they didn’t have change and I told them it was two dollars and she said oh. Will not be back needs to be shut down

Great food

The service was not that great. almost more than half if the order drive ins didnt work and you had to wait 10-15 for them to answer you and take your order. most importantly the chili cheese fries didnt look normal but i thought it was no big deal until later on that night i threw it up!!!! im hoping i didnt get food poisoning!!!!😒

The staff was great, the food on par for Sonic, and super convenient for the area I was working in. I know its picky, but they gave me a good amount of ketchup. I love that.

I went to this sonic 2 time I ordered a lg coke. Ez ice and I sat the first time 15 min I finally ask to speak to manger. An said she was sorry for that. I went today I ordered the same thing I finley drove off it was 10 min later. And there was only 3 other cars this has got to be the worst sonic I ever been to

Standard burger and fries brought to your car by nice highschool girls. On this visit a horrible old man in another car had made an unclear order and then rudely yelled at a very pleasant young lady who calmly listened the barrage of defamatory language. High five to the her for listening politely and then having her shift manager sort out the matter. I have had special order items often and they always listen and rarely get an order wrong. Come enjoy the ice cream!

Whipped in here to grab a quick lunch to eat on the road and wasnt disappointed. My server raced out with my order just 5 minutes after I placed it, and everything was just as I requested it. Great cheeseburger, tater tots and their always wonderful diet limeade.

Not one item was correct. You never get a full order of fries or onion rings plus they were burned. Not usual. Most of the young people want and enjoy their first jobs. If you dont want to work get going let someone else work. I want good food, neat and correct.

I was just at this Sonic a few minutes ago. I ordered a coney dog and they said something garbled back at me through the microphone. I assumed that they were asking if I wanted the combo so I said no, I just want the hot dog.Then when I got home I discovered that they gave me just a plain hot dog. I really wanted the chili and onions. So I tried to call them and let them know about their mistake. The first time I called they just hung up without even saying hello. The next two times I was put through to the drive through lady and the volume was so low that I couldnt even hear her and she couldnt hear me. Then I gave up.I didnt even want money back or new food. Ill take personal responsibility for not being clear enough with my order but that was a pretty horrible experience.

They take forever regardless if one car is in the parking lot or the lot is full. The carhops are not friendly. And more often than not they will get your order wrong.

Great food. But during the day the service is very slow. If you want better service go later in the day here.

If you’re willing to sit and wait for 15-20 minutes to even place your order you’ll be just fine, but they’ll likely still get your order wrong or claim their machines are broken after all that time.

Ordered on the Sonic App 10 minutes before I arrived and I still waited 15 minutes before I got my food. Maybe 3 customers when I got here. Either it needs new management or they need to get H2B employees. I know aneducaAm are yoo good for this type of job or most jobs today.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae and m & m blast waited 20 minutes just to discover my hot fudge sundae was actually a chocolate syrup sundae. Not a pleasant discovery.

They have great shakes amd they also have specialty slushies u get to choose your own flavors !

One car station was missing half the menu. Another had a malfunctioning computer. The car hops did check on me several times which was a very pleasant suprise. Attentive staff.

Quick, accurate. Nancy, the carhop, is a dream. Pam, the manager, runs a proud business. Most misses are due to the less enthusiastic workers, but they are outnumbered here, alone in this citys list of fast food franchises.

The upgraded/digital menus are pretty awesome. Great, fast food and excellent service. Highly recommend!!!

Drive thru quick and convient

I normally like sonic, but theyre getting 1 star until they figure out their system. I dont know if its because their card scanners went out again or what, but I sat there for 15 minutes. If it WAS because the card readers were out, they could at least tell you, but no theyll just ignore you until you leave. Not a good way to keep customers coming back.
