If you work here and order prescription safety glasses please dont forget to pick them up cause they dont mail them to you..I was hired back and told that they were most likely donated..So free glasses for someone other than the one that needed em.

This is the worst place EVER ! Stay away! The only thing that they will do - it’s just promise you to load for next hour! All feedbacks about 5-6-7-8 hours of loading are true ! STAY AWAY !

3 hour to load I dropped trailer 9 pm got loaded 1200 midnight. Overnight parking available

Got here exactly at 3 pm, they said give them 2 to 3 hrs to load . Read the reviews and was a little skeptical. Well what do you know out at 5:30 pm 🙌🏼

Worked here for over 9 years until I had children. Very nice place to work for. Pay is very well and work isnt too bad, as long as you know what you are doing. Very nice employees and bosses. When I was there the benefits were great. Not so sure about know. It would be a great place to work without kiddos I think. All the overtime made it hard to be with my family plus we moved to Paragould on top of that. Believe it or not I do sometimes miss working here because of all the money you make. The upper management was very easy to work with you as well if you needed time off for something. 5 stars in my book. God Bless and Make Beautiful Memories!

U were warned dont get this job. If u like being over worked everyday and yelled at with a negative comments Monday to Saturdays. And they dont even try to let u take time off. If u get hurt your boss and lead will laugh at u. This place is extremely disgustingly nasty nothing is clean. See for yourself it gets worst.

People were good they let you stay overnight but took first time 5 hours and second time 8 hours for loading very slow not 24 hours open loading

Appointment is a joke.If you can’t avoid this company then bring enough food with you because you have to wait all day.Over night parking available 24 hours, entrance from Main Street. It’s only plus point.They set up some rules here just for show off nothing else.Unprofessional

I love Lennox as a whole; it also has a lot of inexperienced leadership and too many. Personally, if you dont have warehouse experience, you shouldnt be able to make decisions about floor procedures. JS

I currently work here. We have meeting in which you are strictly forbidden to ask questions. Even if you don’t understand a new policy, which no one hardly ever does, you can not ask questions. There are complaints from the majority of the plant about overtime, mainly because it’s hard to spend time with your family on the weekends because we’re never off on weekends. We were told that they were working on getting rid of so much overtime. That was a month ago. Just now I received a memorandum about eto (earned time off). They’re bringing it back but you CANNOT use it on Saturdays or Sundays, the days that most people use to spend time with their families outside of the normal work week. So I guess basically you have to schedule to be off and plan something with your family on a Tuesday or something. During the school week. What a joke..........

Your company is the sorriest of the sorriest. Nobody in their right mind would work for your company so apparently you have a lot of employees who dont have a mind at all. Your rules are controlling and plain ignorant. People get sick or their children gets sick and you have to give points like they are slaves. Then when you fire someone you have to walk them out of the building like they are thieves or children. All you are doing is degrading employees who have situations come up beyond their control and that is not right. I hope everyone files unemployment and someone should report that company to the BBB and have yall shut down.

Went back and forth between. 3 gates no one knew what they were doing. Slow and I have seen dead people with more ambition.

Avoid this place

Do yourself a favor... find a different load... this place is horrible. 1 out of 10 loads might not take 5 hours to get load and in some cases you will get to lay over and wait a whole day just to wait the entire night!

Very bad that they do not provide bathroom for truckers..some people have bad stomac and need to go there..

Been here for over 3 hrs. Could be 8 hrs being here to get loaded. This place really sucks for loading. Ill never be back here. They just dont care if they ship or not it seems.
