Very professional, patient sales staff. We made multiple visits to the Sudbury store and one to the Marlboro store to compare inventory. Because of the number of interactions with various salespeople, particularly Barbara, the multiple modifications to our initial order that were made without any fuss, the overall value of our purchase and the Sudbury location, our experience was extremely positive. None of the salespeople pressured us to make a decision which allowed us to consider options without feeling as though someone was breathing down our neck in anticipation of a commission. Would recommend the store to others. A week after the delivery of our mattresses and base, we are very satisfied with our decision.

My husband and I went to Mattress Firm just to look but we were offered such a great deal we couldnt pass it up. Ian, our sales rep was helpful and put no pressure on us. Only disappointment was we didnt get it on time, we had to wait a few extra days. Wed recommend Mattress Firm and ask for Ian.

I really liked the friendliness and the helpfulness I received from both Dianne and Nicole. I had a tough time making up my mind about which mattress would be right for me, and they made it so easy to choose the right one. I even visited their store on 3 different occasions while deciding, and they were great on each visit. Id definitely go back the next time I need a mattress and box spring.Richard

I dont normally write reviews, but I think our experience buying a mattress from Gregory was exceptional. There was no pressure, he was very informative and the process was completely painless. I guess I am used to the high pressure sales of furniture stores. I highly recommend if you just want to buy a mattress at a great price.

I was looking for a new mattress for some time... in stores and on line... talked to Customer service as well... I wanted to go with a good mattress but didnt want to pay a full price (and who would, right?). Stopped at Sudbury store, just to look/feel what is offered, and ended up buying a great mattress (Tempur Pedic) for a great price! The salesperson -Ian - was great: helped me all my questions and concerns, offered very useful suggestions, didnt hustle me into buying anything I didnt express an interest in. So - all in all great service! and great choice of merchandise!

Bad experience. Twice the delivery date has been backordered. We finally cancelled since both times no one bothered to contact us, we both times had to contact the store. Shouldnt be this hard to spend over $4,000 with a business. I do not hold the store associates responsible, I blame the company for failing to run a better business. We will now be heading to Bernie & Phyls to spend our 4k on a new bed. Just plain inexcusable to not communicate with customers that are excited to receive a new bed.
