Nancy and her team are amazing!! I had a great experience with Nancy from the very first phone call I had with her about installing a runner on our stairs. She was friendly, personable, answered all my questions and was extremely detailed in the next steps. She was able to send me a few design samples while we were on the phone, based on what I was describing I was looking for. She nailed it. Nancy came over to our house later that day, measured, and we started the process. She kept us informed with the status updates on the rug being delivered, bound, etc. which I appreciated. The installer who came, Bruce, was friendly and professional and was able to install in under an hour. I would highly recommend Sudbury Rug - their service and selection is much better than any of the big guys!

Sudbury Rug is awesome! My wife and I went in there looking for a runner for our stairs. We have a young son and we wanted a carpet that would soften the steps for him (crawling up and down), but also something that looked elegant. Nancy was super nice and helped us look through all the options she had that fit what my wife described. She also came out to our house with samples and helped us determine the best size for our steps based on our preferences. Bruce, the installer, came out and did the whole job in under a few hours. We had been looking for a new carpet for our living room and wanted something unique and different. After almost 3 years of hunting off and on for just the right area rug we found a fabulous carpet at Sudbury Rug and Home. We heard about the place from an acquaintance and decided to give it a try. The place is small and a little off the beaten path in Sudbury, but they house some nice selections. Absolutely LOVE our new carpet. It took a while to get it because it had to be special ordered, but it was so worth the wait. Ken and Nancy, the owners, are extremely accommodating and easy to work with. No hard sales pitches, no stress, just regular down to earth people. I highly recommend Sudbury Rug and Home.

My wife and I hired Sudbury Rug to replace a stairway runner and wall to wall carpeting in an upstairs hallway, bedrooms, and some odd-shaped closets. We also purchased the carpeting from them - beautiful medium gray pile carpeting with a small, unobtrusive design that we believe will not look worn when walked upon (unlike our previous hall carpeting) and so far has not shown pet fur. Nancy Salvin, Natalya, and the installation team were helpful, courteous, and prompt with everything from our selection of carpeting to the installation. Nancy was also good at managing supply chain related expectations - she predicted when our carpeting would likely be shipped from overseas with great accuracy! We also felt the prices were quite reasonable given the quality of the product and service and would happily recommend this great local company to anyone!
