The best parts of whole foods are the partial foods: the first fresh yucca fries rattling around a hot bar container, the partial ends of memorable cheeses, the ingredients waiting to be combined.
Great tourist shop. All sorts of interesting things. Unlike most tourist shops the prices are affordable and I was able to get so many gifts for my family
It’s Whole Foods. Great selection, though prices are a bit steep as is with all locations, however the Sudbury location always feels a bit more pricey… clean throughout the store, produce looked great, shelves were stocked, bakery was loaded with goodies. If there, make sure to try the chocolate chip cookies, while a bit pricey, they are some of the best I’ve had from any grocery chain.
I love this Whole Foods! The selection is great, the store is huge, and the produce is extremely good. The prepared food options are fantastic as well. And hey, theyve got an espresso bar with great coffee too!
Love the fresh made sour dough bread. Best produce around
Great Whole Foods with easy parking, friendly staff, and the bonus of having a Clover Food Lab (takeout restaurant) inside.
Just as expected, great place, very clean, los of nice organic food, very respectful staff and customers. Everything just right.
So, its a better than average Whole Paycheck, which I will allow is some competition for Wegmans (the standard of awesomeness in supermarkets, but relatively far for me for a grocery run); this location is definitely closer to my house. Bonus: Amazon delivery boxen, for those gifts you just dont want delivered to the house for some reason. I will note, however, that their gluten free section could be buffed up; I was specifically looking for gf lasagna noodles. Alas, no joy, hence one star off.
This store is always well stocked and the staff is helpful and friendly. There is never a line to get inside. One thing I buy here I cant find anywhere else is Iggys Bread. They have a pretty good selection of bulk grains & things like lentils too. It is on the smaller side but being renovated in 2021 so I am guessing it will have even more offerings. The prepared foods are great, there is even a counter where they make sandwiches.
Maybe if they actually sold food and payed their Team Members properly they could be fully staffed and make more sales.
This place gives me the rage. I am constantly thinking about how to make smart choices for my physical health, my monetary ($$) health, and my mental health. This place is batting 1-2.Im gluten free so I trend more towards the prep food at home method and less with the eating out method. This is by far the most egregious upcharge for gluten free anything I have ever seen while grocery shopping. The selection isnt even the same as literally every other grocer in the area. Ive never seen a grocer this size that FAILS to offer all my usual suspects: a $2 gluten free frozen waffle option, a good whole bean coffee option for less than $8/normal size, a half gallon of milk for $2, effing basic barilla gluten free pasta which happens to be literally the only convincing gluten free pasta in the world no, you cant get any of those things here. You do get to pay $6 for 12oz of quinoa pasta that has this neat trick of disintegrating to flecks if you try to pick it up with a fork BUT HEY, ITS GOOD FOR YOU 🙃This is what privilege looks like.Thank you for validating my 40 something years of avoiding whole foods; I will happily go back to avoiding it.
Lousy trip. They put the wrong food in my car then yelled at me that I should have been paying attention when they loaded it.
Dazzling architecture, sleek/ultra modern & makes use of natural light.
More people were shopping for others than shopping for themselves. It took us over forty minutes to check out and the very nice young man at register didn’t even know what a lemon was. On a busy day with lines backed up everywhere you need to have people running the registers that know the codes much less can identify common produce. The checkout line for personal shoppers should also not run through bread and pre made food aisles as it made it impossible to get through. This was a pure management failure throughout the store.
Very clean when I went. A bit pricey but excellent stuff and some things that are hard to find elsewhere.
Great whole foods, and Ive been to quite a few
We enjoyed the most exquisite prime rib roast for Christmas! The Sudbury Whole Foods meat department is top-notch. What I love most about this store are the employees who are always friendly, helpful and professional. Did I mention the delicious iced vanilla lattes at the coffee bar?!!
2 registers open one express lane which lines ended at bakery.Staff too robotic in greeting at registers They dont ask if you found everything they were looking for.
Its new, big and clean. It wasn’t crowded on a Tuesday morning. Typically expensive, but it’s the only supermarket thats serious about sustainable fish. Everything is top quality and they take Covid-19 seriously. Only they really should have put out more of the little bags for produce. There were only 3 non-empty dispensers for the entire store!
I like the store, generally. Today, however I experienced poor customer service. I waited near a counter for about 5 minutes waiting to be noticed and was basically ignored. She actually walked away from me. I walked out of the store without buying anything.
The best ice cream Ive ever had so far. Wow!
I have always been a fan of Wholefoods, but I must say that on recent visits to the store, the produce department has gone downhill since its store opening. Lettuce was rotting and several other produce items not fresh. Makes me wonder about the quality in other departments. Bummed as I love Wholefoods. Have ended up going to Sudbury Farms down the street. :(
Excellent quality.
They have Bakery and Oven to Bake. But most of the time No Bread!!?? Beside, very expensive too .
Amazing produce and staff! Always enjoy shopping at the Sudbury store
Unless youve got a lot of currency to spare, this place isnt going to give you much of a deal. Great products and lots to choose from. A big, wide open store with many isles to travel through. Alas, your money will be travelling too. Out of your pockets, and into the cashiers grasp. Not for the faint of heart and the penny pinchers.
This location if amazing. Gorgeous, huge and love the addition of Clover in here. The layout can be a little confusing but the more I shop here im getting used to it.
Fantastic selection of organic and fresh foods. Featuring locally grown produce. The Amazon Prime discounts are excellent. A number of basic goods are competitively priced, so not everything is expensive. Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. For instance, we asked for assistance from an associate and he walked us over to the selection. Then later, when we saw him again, he asked if we had found what we were looking for. And then, he asked if we needed help finding anything else. Super job!
Love the massive space
Good as always!
We were looking for zinc lozenges and I was impressed that an employee offered to help us find them!
Its pretty much business as usual, but with masks.
Nice store good selections. Some things a little pricey . Nice seafood selection.
Store is good, open food bar not so much. Wouldnt eat my lunch from there (tried many times and always through away most stuff). Clover sandwich shop inside serves decent sandwiches, other option is bar/pub across.
Love the Sudbury store!¡ Its roomy, clean, and staff is amazing ♡ The produce, meat, and bakery all seem above the rest.
This is a great Whole Foods to shop at during the pandemic. The aisles are wide and it is rarely crowded.
Its a Whole Foods. Not much to say. Staff are nice and helpful. Its clean inside. Would recommend.
The best produce department in Massachusetts hands down. Excellent customer service, quality and selection. Really love the in store made juice selection. Fresh squeezed, orange, blood orange, lime, and lemon juice... wow!!! They also have the best guacamole and salsa!
The prepared food bar is consistently amazing. And the people are always friendly and helpful. We’ve moved out of state and still come here when we visit. Love this place!
Seems to have seriously deteriorated since the Amazon acquisition. You used to go to Whole Foods to pay 15% more for better quality. Consistently. Now you go to Whole Food to pay 10% more for half the quality. Assuming they have it in stock and and its not expired.
When first entering there is an amazing food court with dozens of items. Subs, pizza, burritos as well as a buffet! Just in case you dont want to shop hungry. As for shopping.... great variety and selection. My new favorite place to shop.
Can do amazon returns here.
Fantastic produce section. Love the sushi! Whole Foods carries Ben and Jerrys as well as Halo Top. Awesome selection of products. Absolutely love Whole Foods in Framingham and in Sudbury!
Theyre a smaller market, doesnt seem to have everything all the time.
Expensive, but some delicious stuff for sure. I usually go there for the prepared foods. The staff is hit or miss. The pizza bar needs some more of the good staff... they rarely are helpful. The vegan bar is great.
Has everything a person could need to buy. There are many different sections that address any sort of different cuisine that a person could want to make. Good staff and an always friendly atmosphere. Definitely a top shopping spot! Every time I get a burrito from here it is top quality and with their new partnership with Amazon Prime there are a lot of things to like about Whole Foods!
They have all the dairy alternatives I need
I love this store in every way, but I was really disappointed yesterday and today with the meat department. I went there yesterday to buy a piece of lamb for a lunch I am giving on Friday. I realized I had not bought enough, so I asked to have a piece cut. The person at the counter said they could cut it because somebody had put the saw back wrong and he could not fix it. He said to come back on Thursday and that I did not have to order be we had lots. I go back today and they cannot cut it because they had chemicals to disinfect and it takes 12 hours! so now I dont have the meat that I need for tomorrow. Really disappointed for a high end supermarket!
Sandwiches - make your own- fill out a slip- could be offered as in all the other Whole Foods stores. The meats to burritos / bowls could be picked out better. A huge chunck of fat was put in my bowl, so my bowl was meatless as the only meat put in it was the chuck of fat, which I couldnt eat eat. Whole foods is a healthy oriented place, so, no fat should be served in the prepared hot ready to eat meals.
Brand new, super clean Whole Foods in a new shopping plaza in Sudbury. Their made to order and already prepared food is a great feature. Quality and variety of food options is good. Just like all Whole Foods though, its definitely on the pricey side.
Im a frequent Whole Foods customer (I usually go to the Whole Foods Markets in Newton & Cambridge). I found myself in Sudbury today and needed a few things. I stopped by this location and WOW...this market is beautiful! Its huge, they have everything and the staff I engaged with (seafood counter, deli counter and register) were all very friendly. I wish I had a location like this one near where I live!
Great location.. super helpful, friendly staffMy go to whole foods. Always clean clean bathrooms.. great selection on 365 products and more .. the prices are always on point
It is a treat to get to whole foods always find unique items that I dont normally see anywhere else.
Well organized. Great supermarket. They have almost everything you may need!
Its a decent store but I saw a manager berate an employee in front of customers and I think that ruined the experience for me.
Very well organized and stocked market
As usual, when you go to Whole Foods Market, you will find friendly employees who are willing to help. I think they know that the prices are quite high, so they go the extra mile to make sure that you have good service. As far as Whole Foods Markets go this one is average.
My last order - rotten brocolli and moldy head of cauliflower. Yuck. Had to throw them out.
Cool staff.
This market was so beyond my expectations. The employees were always close by--and every one of them offered help, they were well-versed, polite, and great all around. Even their ladies room was exceptionally clean (with good lighting- ladies).
Always love Whole Foods but the staff here were so helpful and friendly!
Easily the gold standard for any Whole Foods Market. Details like Express checkout separated from normal checkout works well and is appropriately staffed. Havent had to wait using express!
Great variety and and selection, carry the unusual, hot food and salad bar excellent, organic and homemade options tend to be pricey.
Prices seem a bit better but the trashy signs telling off construction workers for parking in their lot are off putting. One, these the guys who just built your store and now building up the surrounding area. Making their lives hard is uncool. Two, if you are really concerned about space then have a conversation with the construction management. Dont put up huge signs all over the place announcing to the world you cant resolve things like an adult.
Its a great shopping experience. There are always a ton of samples and things to snack on as you shop. Easy to grab prepared food to compliment your weekly shopping needs.
Great selection of food and other products. I love coming in the morning for a fresh produce.Customer service is great!
Good prices on everything. Very fresh veggies. Accessible parking too.
I had periodically ordered Lavender Liberte yogurt from the Framing Whole Foods store. They told me that flavor has been discontinued yet I have found it at Wegmans & Market Basket! Needless to say, I now do more shopping at those 2 stores. Who likes to be lied to anyway?
Your experience truly depends on the time of day
Excellent food and good service
I usually love Wholefoods but my disappointment was about one product from chiller. I bought it and ate but it was not fresh at all.. I mean they should have a shelf lile if its not packed product right? Anyways I love macaroons but I wont buy ever again.
I just bought a Chevy Bolt EV and wanted to try charging it at a public EV charging station. This ChargePoint station was free and I was able to charge while I shopped. Hard to beat that!
Besides the price, this store is wonderfully kept up and organized
The best Whole Foods around! Clean and modern, great spot for lunch. You can tell they are very dedicated to their work.
This Whole Foods location is a good place to buy certain specialty items but with two other grocery stores across the street with competitive prices and similar product it isnt a place I shop regularly. They dont have as great of a vegetarian/vegan selection as I thought they would.
Love the vegetables and food variety, cooked, prepared on site and quality .
I was expecting a lot more from this Whole Foods, but its pretty much identical to the one Framingham but with wider aisles. Their kitchen area has potential but maybe in time itll get better.
Best fresh fruit ! I dont know what it is about this whole foods but all the strawberries, mangos, blueberries etc are super sweet. Yum yum yum
Nice place to shop. One of the bigger Whole Foods, so a lot of choice. People are very good.
Good cheese selection. Very friendly employees. Good tea
Brand spanking new. Wide aisles and great prepared food section. Part of a new development
Awesome selection of meat and fresh produce. Good prices and nice customer service.
👌
Good, bright, and clean. Grease produce are usually in a very good condition.
A wonderful store, you can find everything that you are looking for here, and everything is fresh and tastes wonderful. Prices are a bit high. Then again, its like that at all of the whole foods. You do get quality for what youre paying.
Unfriendly staff. And when you come with your bag the cashiers are not welcoming.Coffee only until 4pm. Often the barista is not on the spot even during this period of time.
Nice new store in Sudbury. Not as crowded as I expected, but its a giant store. Lots of shops to visit on my trip west from Wayland. Cloud Nine Toys is my favorite.
I used to love Whole Foods but I can no longer support this company knowing how unpleasant their manger, Lindsey, treats everyone. I have witnessed her make her employees upset to the point of crying. Awful.
Does anyone know of this location has a water filling station? We moved up here from NC where you can fill jugs of water in the store - self serve. Can’t seem to find anywhere in MA that does this.
Beautiful, spacious and well stocked. But its impossible to get fresh bread after mornings, and prices are a bit out of control.Whole Paycheck indeed.
Very nice food, store parking is a whole lot of different. Crazy small parking spots and Huge Cars/SUVs makes for backing out a nightmare..
Last year, purchased more than $4000 of groceries from Whole Foods at different locations throughout the country. A few days ago, I purchased two large breasts of balsamic grilled chicken from the prepared food counter in Sudbury, MA. The chicken was to be my dinner after a long hard day at work. Midnight comes around and I sit down for some dinner in front of the television. Unfortunately, there’s a problem. Although the chicken looked appealing with a nice balsamic glaze and grill marks, it was completely raw on the inside. Needless to say, the night was ruined and I went to bed hungry. I live alone and there was no other food in the house. The following day I marched down to the store to show them the uncooked chicken. The man at customer service expressed his apologies and refunded my $11.63. He then pointed me to the direction of the supposed manager at the time, someone named Ben. Ben also said he was sorry and told me he would go talk to cooks straight away. No one seem to concerned about the fact that I was put at risk for salmonella poisoning. No reasonable explanation was proffered. No offer of any concession, not even a free salad. All I get is an apology. This would be more understandable if it were an isolated incident. Unfortunately, it happened within the last year at the same store with some uncooked chicken Parmesan. Not only does this Sudbury have a problem with customer service and appreciation, they have a tendency to serve raw chicken to unsuspecting customers at the high priced prepared food counter. Buyer beware. Apparently, it’s time to head over to Wegmans.
Love the location! Wish there was nicer workers
There is a limit to arrogance! Never shop again
The produce section is absolutely beautiful!! The fruits and vegetables get sun so they seem to ripen very well here. You also get some sun as well while being inside on a cold winter day. Had the best jackfruit here delicious young Thai coconut, dragon fruit and more. They will also be getting a Squeeze Juice bar similar to the one in Shrewsbury so fresh smoothies, juices, acai bowls and more are on the way!
