Delicious and convenient

Second time, in a ROW, I come here and they don’t have what I’m ordering... you come to a donut place only to find out they don’t have donuts. And the latest one, I ordered a banana split and guess what??? They don’t have bananas. I think today was my last day visiting this location.

Great place very relaxed atmosphere.. on our side of the counter.. on their side the workers seem a bit stressed out and grumpy but its New York right

Excellent chocolate milkshake. I tried a flavor of ice cream called chocolate del fuego. It had chili powder in it, and really disagreed with me. Other flavors of ice cream were enjoyable and service was prompt and accurate.

I asked where to find an application on online to work here and a employee lead me to this very suspicious website where I could not understand the language at all, I just wanted to apply man that was so uncalled for👎🏾

When you pay over $5.00 dollars for a drink you think the workers would take time and make it they way you want it., but no they were rude when I asked them to remake and it still was wrong! In a cappuccino blast you dont put soft served ice cream! I asked for oreos in it and I got plain with soft served ice cream that isnt a cappuccino blast! Huge disappointment especially for paying over $5.00 for a drink and treating myself to something thats suppose to be good but it was gross! Very rude employes! Dont take your rudeness on customers! Never going back here again! Huge waste of them!!!!!
