Wow. What a great company! David was fantastic. He came on 7/15/21 and solved a problem but we didnt realize that there was a secondary issue. He came back on 7/16/21 and fixed that issue as well. A real professional who cares about his job and about making the company look good.Six months ago I called another appliance company TWELVE times and that other company never called me back. I will call Suffolk Appliance again for sure!

This place was awesome! I know the outside picture looks a little scary its really not. The people were super nice and helpful. Even though they didnt have the part I needed they searched online and call part suppliers and other store untill they found what I was looking for. Hands down the best place to go when you have no idea what your looking for. Would highly recommend.

Scheduling to completion was fast and efficient. Magic Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

Mike fixed my refrigerator and gave me some advice on how to keep it from happening again and what the best brand appliances are.Ill definitely call them again when needed.

Suffolk Appliance is such a great company. They have been out several times to fix a few different appliances. Always very courteous, from the front desk to the repair people. Cody has been the technician to come out the last few times and he is fantastic! He remembers his previous visits, asks how the appliances are working from the last repair, explains what happened and what he is doing to fix it. I appreciate how informed he is and how willing he is to share his knowledge. Of the folks who have been out to do work, Cody is by far our favorite technician. Amazing customer service!

I highly recommend this company for your appliance needs. The office staff and tech that came out were responsive to my needs and were able to fit me in the same day. The tech called me to keep me posted on his ETA, walked me thru everything he was doing and gave me pointers on what I could do on my own if the issue happened again with my rfg. He also took a few minutes to give me pointers on a front-loading washing machine that was giving us issues.

A big shout out for Will who fixed our dryer yesterday. What a great technician and terrific person. He was super helpful with additional questions we had about our other appliances. I highly recommend this service and, in particular, Will!

Good people, good business practices, Cody was awesome, very knowledgeable and gave great advice and suggestions. The office personnel was very professional. Would definitely use them again for any other appliance problems. Would definitely recommend to others.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they chart arm & leg to fix it 3-4 later it broke again same problems right after Warrenty is over $95 to come out & $90 first hrs what a ripoff I was being chart almost 400 and it last 4 month

My dishwasher died. I called my home warranty agent and I was set with Suffolk Appliance. Michael called me to set a time and told me my service technician would call when he was on the way. Cody called and arrived. Cody immediately accessed the problem and showed me. He ordered the part and told me when it might arrive and I would receive a call for installation. I was called and Cody returned to complete the installation. Cody was very professional and had his mask on and was careful to meet Virus protocol. I recommend Suffolk Appliance!

Suffolk Appliance Parts is my GO TO appliance repair business. We are new to Virginia Beach. Will, our technician, was amazing. He fixed our leaking GE washer fill valve the day he arrived. Two days later, he fixed our GE Profile fridge water filter housing.Will arrived on time and called 30 minutes ahead of his arrival. He was efficient, friendly, and didnt mind educating me on why the parts had failed. Now thats real customer service!
