Great closing sale out with quality products. Purchased bath rugs, towels and tub mats. Several odd and ends like artificial flowers and a sample carpet runner heavily discounted at check out ( see picture below). It is plush and a timeless piece.

This store is in closing mode. There was very little merchandise left. Some sheets still expensive. Mostly if you find and need it get situation. Sorry to see it leave the area it was a great place for gifts.

I want to thank all the customers whom Ive helped over the years Ive been at this location. I will miss all my regular customers, new customer, brides and grooms. I will miss all my associates as well.

I went to Bath and Beyond for a case for my tablet and the store didnt sell them so Mrs. Phyllis was so helpful and went on line and order me one.She went beyond her job to help me. THANKS Mrs. Phyllis for being so kind and helpful!

To any and all reading this review, the BB&B Suffolk location is closing its doors for good and have huge sales on all remaining inventory. I went there today (April 13, 2021) and the store is almost completely empty!

The employees were very nice and helpful. As was the manager. What I didnt appreciate was that if you paid in cash and lose your receipt, if they have to give you store credit, they automatically take 20% off.

This store is closing down in a few days. What they did have a got a great deal on

Employees made sure we were taken care of if we needed help, but not to the extent that they were constantly asking if we did.They seem to have a varying selection of products, though a bit more expensive compared to thier competitors.Overall, not a bad experience.

I think it was wrong that I couldnt use my coupon. The store door was open, still in business saling merchandise & wouldnt accept coupon that you sent to me, that would have expired next month (May)

Cashier was not pleasant!!! brought a wine rack told cashier it was on sale Showed her the website had to take her to the sale sign.Then she called the manager to see if the wine rack was on sale. Manager was the one who help me put it in the cart .Manager was awesome.

One of my favorite places to shop ; quality products, very good customer service.

First thing is they were utterly rude to my boyfriend, he went to pick out a vanity for me the one he wanted was not on sale yet there was a sale sign under it then they called him lazy all because he was having trouble picking up a big makeup vanity box BY HIMSELF at that. When clearly it says don’t pick up with one person. Don’t call someone lazy when clearly you are and won’t even help a customer. Point proven thanks. 😁

Only come here if you have a lot of money and are willing to spend it!!!! Found too many neat and cool trinkets for my kitchen. The employees were also very helpful in finding things for me. Always come here, they always have amazing stuff, prices & staff, highly reccomend.

It is a little pricey, but there is away around that with coupons, store sales, special online offers. We had the pleasure of 3 different sales employees to help us with products. Not only were they willing to help but they were also very knowledgeable. Of course plenty of parking, goid surrounding stores, high quality items, as seen on TV items and of course everything you need for your bath and body

Very helpful staff!!! I was in a rush to get a gift from a registry and they printed out the registry, helped me locate the gift in the store, and showed me the ribbon on the wrapping station!! These guys are phenomenal!!!

Good place to shop for your home or a gift for someone. Prices are good and if they dont have it in stock they will order it for you.

The store on College Drive reeks of perfumes. Do all the locations smell like this? I believe theres gonna be serious lung problems for the employees working in there.

I love shopping at BB&B. Sometimes, I even come across an unique find. A lot more expensive here but My addiction to all things shiny doesn’t care. However, I do try to limit myself to only a few items each trip vs an entire basket. Reduce some of the costs by getting on the mailing list and save 20% on an item. You can use multiple coupons and even use them if they’re expired.

Store was very warm and I almost passed out. The person helping me had problem with a 20% off coupon and then wanted to charge me for shipping. Needless to say service not so great.

My wife & I shop there quite often. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always a good sale or at least really good coupons. The only drawback, to me, is the way the store is set up. A ton of products stuffed into a smallish store. It just seems so hectic sometimes. Dont get me wrong, Im still going to shop here.

Excellent service and supplies

I ordered an item to be reserved at the store for pick up. The item was one price online but literally twice the price in the store. They would not honor the online price even though I printed out the reservation form with the online price on it and showed the website to the cashier on my phone with the online price. I will not be wasting my time here again.

Lots of beautiful fall decorations displayed. The associated were very helpful in assisting with my shopping needs.

Typical bed bath and beyond store. Clean and busy. The problem? It stinks. Like a whole bottle of some highly scented cleaner. Its been so bad the last few times I went in that I just avoid the store now. Ill find the products they have somewhere else. My allergies will thank me.

A plus for having almost everything you would want for a kitchen or bathroom but a big minus for not being able to find stuff including finding someone to help. Every time I go it to get something I either leave because I could find nobody to help me or I spend too much time looking for it.

Had a problem at the Newport News location and my family and I were constantly discriminated against racially. But this store was absolutely the best. One of the employees named Amanda definitely made it worth the drive. Appreciate her doing business with us as customers and gave us the upmost respect.

The customer service was great. The cashier received you with a smile and asked did you find everything ok. It was totally different from what I received a week prior in the Newport News store. The manager on duty in N. N. was short in speaking to his workers and customers with no eye contact at all.
