I love going to this location they are very expedient and detail on the work that they provide I really enjoyed Miss Bree she is so polite and willing to assist... The prices are very competitive and quality given guaranteed... If you are ever in the college drive area stop in and let them service you... The location is adjacent to all major highways and surrounded by other shops and eateries I definitely recommend this location

The employee at the car service desk was really nice. He also let me know that there was going to be a wait for my oil change. I usually go to the one in Chesapeake Square, but Im glad I went to this Auto Care Center today. I just watch football while I waited. Lol

My experiences have always been great at Walmart auto care centers. My wife and I had one we trusted back home in Louisiana and have not been disappointed with our new Walmart automotive center here in Suffolk Virginia. Their turnaround time is incredible and the service is always friendly and accurate. I actually wouldnt take my car or truck anywhere else for oil changes, basic maintenance, and tires.

Everyone loves Walmart right?? Today I had a nail in my tire and the technician was able to remove it and plug the hole in a matter of 30 minutes. Another tire store wanted to charge me for a whole new tire. Everyone loves Walmart right!!

Fine if you know what tires you need. Dont expect them to be able to look up options by vehicle. Decent customer service, above average for Walmart in general. Prices range from rock bottom to rather expensive.

Poor service and poor management, this tire service was a rip off. No consideration for customers whatsoever.Came in for flat tire repair service, the flat tire was not plugged correctly....the tire was examined for determination to be able to be repaired before service and it was capable of repairing. I had drove to the corner leaving the facility and the tire immediately went flat within five minutes or so. The workers explained that the auto-tech/mechanic has to drill a hole for the plug to be pulled through the tire, but if the hole is to big then the plug doesn’t take, so in other words this man don’t know what the hell he doing and not paying attention to what he is doing...its hobos out here that can do a better job then that. They tried to tell me that I need a whole new tire when it is a new tire from the same Walmart auto center and they also stated that it cannot be replugged....and the only thing that “ manager” Curtis could do was refund the money backThe auto techs/ mechanics were laughing like it was funny...this matter caused me to be late to work this morning and it was inclement weather on this day.

They sent me a message that my order was ready, So I drove 30min. just to find out that my order was incomplete. The automotive supervisor said they have nothing to do with Walmart.com. He wouldnt let me talk to the store manager and made no effort to accommodate me. Maybe he had a problem with me being a disabled Veteran or not being the same ethnicity as him, he did treat those of the same as him better.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly! The prices were comparable to specialty shops and the service time was relatively fast! Will definitely bring my business back to them!

The service manager was excellent from start to finish. Paid a great price for two tires and an oil change. I would highly recommend this place.

Walmart @ Harbor View: Good stock but no help. Computer to find auto parts has been broken a long time. Will send pics the next time I go. Parts man had no reference book for the Mobile 1 filters. Poor management for a Walmart who is usually top of the line.

Got 4 new tires at great price

Called about pricing for TPMS stem replacement. I have called several tire places in the area and they give me a price over the phone. Guy who answered said he cant give a price without knowing the tire size. When I asked him if he could check his computer for the recommended tire size on my vehicle he told me he couldnt help and hung up on me. If youre looking for help with your tires in this area just shoot across the street. People who dont try to help bother me.

Great place to get an oil change and tire rotation. Great prices too. The people that in the tire shop has great personalities and tjey ate easy to work with.

Irritating. Thats my experience. We arrived at the tire and lube center with absolutely no wait. We walk around and did some browsing. We come back about 35 minutes later to get the car, and it hasnt even been pulled in! All of the techs were just standing around talking! Almost 2 hours later, and they arent even done with the car. On top of that, they got my car confused with another one, and gave me a wrong odometer reading. My car has just over 55,000 miles and theyre telling me not to come back until 152,000 miles?? Im not quite sure these people know what theyre doing. If I could give this center negative stars, I would. Probably one of the WORST experiences Ive ever had getting something as simple as an oil change done.

There was no wait when I got there and they took me right in. I selected the tires I wanted and then they put them on. It did not take too long and they called me when I was done. I was very satisfied with everything. I would use this place again for tires or other services.

Just bought 4 tires at Wal-Mart in another state with hazard insurance last week. Needed tire pressure checked because one tire looked low. An employee (nametag said Clyde, I think) at this tire center greeted me with a bad attitude from the start. He even told me he could tell these tires werent bought at Wal-Mart. I offered to show him my receipt & he said well they werent bought at this store so what exactly do you want us to do? I asked if it mattered what Wal-Mart they were bought at & he agreed that it didnt matter. So he did a quick air pressure check & said they were all at a pressure of 30, if thats what they should be at.Will never come here again! 1st the nasty attitude, then challenged whether I bought them at a Wal-Mart without checking the paperwork & finally he didnt know what the correct pressure should be & didnt seem to care.

The angry black woman at the counter was less than helpful and only seemed to care about getting to her next cigarette break. She didnt want to look for any other tires than what she offered me. Said she had never heard of Mickey Thompson tires and she couldnt get them. Even though they can be ordered online and shipped to the store.
