Trindco employees are always professional and polite. The job from showroom or showlot to installation is a pleasant experience. To be able to see their inventory is a great help. We are very pleased with their most recent job in our house (a jack and jill bath upstairs) ...just like the other 3 jobs.You would do well to avail yourself of a company like Trindco.

We were very pleased all the way through this project. This includes the professional people and the quality products and the completed counter project. As a home improvement contractor myself I can truly appreciate a professional job!

Kitchen countertop installation went smoothly, professionally, and in less than three hours we had a brand new look in our kitchen.Crew was mask-wearing, socially distancing friendly, fast and efficient. Arrived at 2:45pm and left a beautiful finished product at 5:20.

We upgraded the master bath. the countertop install went fine. we also purchased a slab to go on the ledge below the window. the first slab that came did not fit. they tried to force it in and scarred the walls, wall trim and window trim. there were marks all over the walls. it looked awful. the second slab came and did not fit. the third slab came and finally fit. we are doing the kitchen next and will not be using trindco. too bad because they have quality merchandise. the problem is the install.

I didnt like the quality of work (dents) left by Trindco.... if I had a million dollar home would your technicians leave several dents in my wall? Incidental dents/scrapes is not quality work (for a Professional Licensed Company). I expected my kitchen to be in the same/better condition once Trindco completed installation. Do to the lack of attention that I recieved to my concerns, I will not refer Trindco to others. Nor will I utilize them for future projects that I have. I expected a professional job and experience. The technicians were respectful and did their best to install the countertops, but the coordinator did not address my concerns after installation. I felt that Trindco should have repaired the dents and color matched all repairs.V/r

They did not properly secure the electrical boxes. Didn’t caulk between the countertop and bar. Missing a support piece

We never saw a template for our counters, so details like the corners were not discussed with us and the sink cutouts were wrong. Counters are a huge investment and nothing can be done once the slab is cut; you would think that they would make sure everything was how the customer wanted it before cutting.

My two installers were Scott and Q. They were on time and had great personalities. They ran into issues because my walls were so uneven. They never complained and came up with solutions to make them fit. Same thing with my sink…the builder cut so many corners and used pieces of wood to make things fit but Scott and Q made adjustments to make my undermount sink fit as well. We requested them to come back for our backsplash install but they are not available 😢. These guys are professional and that was unexpected because they look to be in their early 20s. Don’t judge a book by its cover. If you order from this company and have the pleasure of getting these two men you are lucky. Thanks Trindico for my awesome countertops and sending these young men for the install!!

We recently did an entire house renovation. Trindco installed our Quartz kitchen counters. Along with 4 bathrooms counters and sinks. Couldn’t say enough about the process from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them. Knowledgeable, professional, and incredible customer service.

We visited Trindco showroom at the recommendation of Dan Butcher, our neighbor here in OBX NC. Krista was professional and informative showing us the kitchen counter top samples and helping with our selection, Cambria Kelvingrove. Over the next couple of weeks, the designer visit was effectively done, with Krista supporting our decisions. Jason and team arrived on schedule and effectively did the base installations, following up two days later with the backsplashes. Trindco made a price adjustment based on the owner work supporting the installation. We highly recommend Trindco and their product.

Trindco installed a beautiful quartz countertop in my kitchen yesterday. Kathie Garrett, Key Accounts Manager, was professional, personable, and very responsive. The counter is so large, three sections were required (as was a crane). Installers Corey Renn and Ryan Schmack were incredible, hauling the large slabs of very heavy granite through the house and setting them perfectly in place. The seams are barely noticeable and blend beautifully. I couldnt be happier with the results! Kudos to Kathie, Corey & Ryan!

I was ambiguous about the pattern I chose, but the counter tops look better than I ever expected. Not only was the work and the gentlemen doing the work meticulous, but they arrived and finished early! How can anyone be anything except delighted with that?

Trevor and Glen were very helpful. They did a great job with the install. I am very happy with the whole process. Even with a broken piece they were able to cut a new one and get it in place the same day. Did a great job on cleanup. And the counters look beautiful.

They showed up ahead of schedule and were able to get everything done timely. I will say that Trevor worked the entire time and had little pause in his work, his partner really liked his phone and was on it a whole lot. I felt bad because it seemed most of the work fell onto one person. Other than that, the tops look great and everyone is happy!

Large selection, courteous staff. I actually went to Lowe’s first...then heard from a friend about Trindco. The order/install time was a few weeks. Lowe’s told me it would take a few months! I was super happy with my quartz counter tops. They have material for all budgets!!!

I highly recommend Trindco for your solid surface counter top needs!! Lisa and Jen were helpful on the front end to help pick materials (granite in my case), along with sinks. Their communication was always factual and punctual. The templating process to determine the final sizing and shaping of the granite was done extremely well, the teams were punctual, and professional. And lastly, the installers did a great job installing the granite tops, sinks and back splashes, and all were done promptly, professionally, and on budget! I did have one issue with a small section of granite, and it was repaired well, and quickly as soon as I informed Trindco. I honestly cannot recommend them any stronger!! All around great experience!!!

We recently had our counter tops replaced in our kitchen. We had used Trindco years before in our other house and they did an excellent job. We had also gotten multiple quotes and they were competitive. For this installation we did have some issues that occurred with the original installation and a problem with initial measurements for one of the counters. While installation didnt go as smoothly as we would have liked on the first day, Trindco did everything necessary to ensure all issues were corrected and quickly took care of getting another counter top out to the house. Their quick response to addressing the problems showed the great customer service they care about. I also had concern with my back splash possibly ending up damaged as it went all the way down to the counter but Trindco was very careful and able to ensure nothing was damaged. We just love the end result of our installation and I would recommend them.

Good communication and scheduling.My only issue was the cut-out location for the sink did not leave an edge of counter top in front of the sink for the sink clasps to secure the front of the sink to the new counter top. In addition the remaining counter top that is revealed from the edge of the sink the edge of the counter top is not the same reveal across the front of the sink.

Worst experience with this Company! We ordered our counter tops through Home Depot.Called after custom cabinets were installed to have our pre paid contertops measured for installment. Took two weeks before they could even come to measure.It took another two weeks before they would be coming out for the countertop install, 4 weeks total so far!Three days before the scheduled countertop installation they told us they would not be able to install due to material issues. We were told they could now be installed on the first week of December, which would be 6 weeks out from the first phone call for countertop measurement.We paid for these countertops in September and here it is the middle of November and you are telling us material is not in for the installation. NOT GOOD MANAGEMENT AT ALL!We asked for our money back through Home Depot which they did give us a refund.The next day we went to a wonderful reputable countertop company. They came out measured the same day and we now have beautiful granite countertops installed within 1.5 weeks time.

My initial selection wasn’t the color I thought I wanted and she immediately assisted us in selecting another color.The installers were fantastic and noticed an extensive leak that would have caused us an enormous amount of money if they had installed the counters.What they provided was a level of professionalism and concern for a customer that I’ve never experienced. They stopped what they were doing and told me to call them whenever we were ready to have our counters installed because they didn’t want to move forward out of concern for us and what they thought was water damage that may not support the heavy granite.Turns out we had a major water damage and had to have new floors. If they had installed the counters we would have had them removed and reinstalled at our expense.I had to make several changes with appointments and not ever did anyone complain or make me feel as if I was a bother.When they say “You get what you pay for” it’s the truth, because Trindco is worth every penny!Thank you for the exceptional customer service!!P.S. I’ve waited two weeks to write my review. I had a double corian sink and corian countertops and one of the sinks developed a rather large crack. I had heard all of the horror stories of cutting corian and was terrified it was going to be an astronomical repair/replacement of the sink. I opted to have the sinks cut out and a cast iron/enamel sink installed. I was sure this would not work, but Kathy, Danny and Phil assured me they knew what they were doing. They really did!!! My sink is beautiful and they made it work and I am so very thankful. Truly great workmanship!!!

Initial delivery of countertop had a chip (why not caught before the trip to my house is unknown) and the install team (James) immediately stopped work upon finding it like that in the truck and informed me instead of trying to hide it. Delayed our remodel for 3 days (it was the sink top, so could not plumb the next day as planned), but the new product came unblemished and Jay and Shae’s team installed quickly and efficiently. Seam “grout” could have been filled in more, but overall, am happy with the look, professionalism of the team, and the product.

Trindco installed our beautiful kitchen and bath countertops in our newly built house. A year and a half after that one of the bathroom sinks began to to sag below the the countertop. Beyond my ability to repair so I made one call to Trindco, expecting that perhaps they would not be very responsive since so much time had passed by. Not so. In 24 hours they had a service tech at my house who fixed the issue at no charge. Excellent customer service. Lots of places have good granite. Not every place has superb customer service. Everyone I dealt with at Trindco went above and beyond to get the job done. Kathie was so helpful in scheduling and sent me great pics of my granite so I didnt have to make a long drive to give approval in person. The guy who came to take measurements worked with me to get another small piece to cover a half-wall on the fly. Installers did a professional job, cleaned up, and gave care tips. They even left some adhesive for me so I get the small piece in place later. Countertop pattern is beautiful and fits perfectly - great job from start to finish!

Trindco did our original kitchen 12 years ago. We were putting in a small addition and looked everywhere to match the granite. Lisa Adams at Trindco was the only supplier that managed to find us something close. Lisa dug through her slab remnants and found us the perfect piece that was a close match. Trindco completed the job and we are more than satisfied. Great company to work with. Just call Lisa.

Customer service from Jay our installer was a 5 star review. He was great. He was professional and took pride and care in the installation of our bathroom vanity top. However, the 4 star placement is for the company as this install was a second attempt from the company because of the product initially being delivered in a less than premium state - having scratches that needed to be polished out, which, in turn, caused another week delay in getting the vanity installed. I wish I could recall the installers names for the first visit as they were very upfront about the product needing to be resurfaced. I wondered about quality control before the product left the company to be delivered. Very happy with the product and the people that came to install the vanity both times. Mostly very pleased with this company as this is our second time using them. We were just disappointed in the turn around time for the company to get the product fixed and back to us.

From our first visit to the showroom through installation of the countertops, we had an excellent experience with Trindco. Jen was very patient as we changed our minds a few times and helped us to navigate our way through the numerous available products until we ultimately found a choice that was perfect for us. As we progressed to the measurement and install phases, Trindco staff were always punctual and very professional in completing their pieces of the process. James was very thorough with the measurements and doubled checked everything. Our installers, Quan and RJ, took pride in their work and craftsmanship. This company does not care about your time. Or care to call when they are going to be late. If I knew Home Depot used this company I would have went elsewhere. It took three tries to come out and correctly install one piece of countertop for a bakers rack. Then didn’t show up until 645 pm on a Friday night.

The entire process was simple and they were extremely professional. My countertops and my sink are absolutely beautiful. The job they did it was amazing and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. They were friendly and efficient and they did a great job And my countertops are seamless. I will use them again.

HORRIBLE company! They do not care about the detail of their workmanship. Sloppy installation. Install guys seemed lost. They cracked a very large section then broke another piece and came back with a piece that was cut too short. Piece doesnt match the rest of the granite. Looks horrible! The piece work they did around our column looks like something I could have done. The granite looks completely different than whats on the counter. Its glued together as if an amateur had done it. Grout and seam lines are sloppy. They missed several places when they put the silicone in. Wish I could have it all removed and start over with a reputable company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A GOOD JOB FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

Jason and Shae came by to show us what our backsplash would look like on our countertop. They did a great job trimming it and installing it. The seams are unnoticeable. They were friendly, professional and did quality work. I would recommend them for any job.

My sink literally fell! Trindco installed my granite counters 5 months ago and because of the poor quality of workmanship, we’ve been doing dishes in our bathroom for the last 3 days. When Trindco came and reattached the sink we were told that plumbers would come by the following day, and they never did. Their customer service is awful too. I called to get an update on whether a plumber was going to come reattach our pipes and was treated like a nuisance. I was rudely interrupted by the receptionist when I asked if she could leave a message for me, and directed me to leave a voicemail instead. When I received a call back from Trindco, I was told they don’t do plumbing. All I could think of was, ‘It’s your fault that our sink was on the floor and you can’t get a plumber out here?’ I am baffled by their indifference and disregard for customer satisfaction. I would never use this company EVER again!

Trindco was to install my countertop last Tuesday. They showed up and one piece was not cut to the proper size and the installers broke the largest piece before they got it off the truck. So Trindco cut new pieces in a couple of days and I had an install appointment between 12-3 pm today. No one showed up by 3 pm. I called and Trindco they could not tell me what happened. About 20 minutes later I got a call from the installer named Justin. He told me his schedule was changed and he had no idea when he would get to my job today. I am disappointed in not getting any communication from Trindco about the schedule change. I only found out because I called. I called them at 430 pm to see if they had an update. They did not and insisted that the job be done tonight. I stated I wasn’t interested in an install by folks who have working all day and still had a 2 plus hour drive back to Trindco. I was worried about the quality and care of tired installers. Trindco response we’ll get back with you tomorrow on a new date. Run from this company communications and customer service is non existent

We ordered these through Home Depot, cabinets installed and service man comes to house to measure and leaves saying that the cabinets were not nailed to wall which was complete untruth, they come back and charge us 250.00 dollars for a trip fee. Customer service (Kathy and service man) pretty much tells us we can cancel but will owe them a cut charge and trip fees now. So, what do we do? Beyond frustrated with this company. Ive asked around also, locals, etc and they state the same issues with this company. Home Depot (Kitty Hawk) isnt much help either, they pass the buck to them and now act helpless in regards to helping us. After looking up all these negative reviews, I am so upset we went to Home Depot and they even have Trindco as a contractor.

It took this company 4 weeks to complete my countertop installation. The counter ended up looking good, but the process was quite the hassle. At first, they did not install my sink the same day they installed the counter, they did not communicate as to why. I had to call and find out. Turns out it was out of stock although they had my template done for 1 week and had my order for about 2. They then came installed the sink and did a poor caulk job that needed redone and did not drill a faucet hole. I then realized that I had rough edges in one spot and a chipped back splash. My back splash still has a chip, but they smoothed the edges on their 4th trip to my house. A job that should have been done in a few hours took over 4 weeks. Not acceptable, I wouldnt recommend this company. The shining light was the polite sales staff & receptionist.

One of the worst companies to deal with. If I would have known have done business elsewhere. On install day I could not be here. They set everything and left. I returned home to find that the stove would not fit in its opening. Their solution was to come out cut the sheetrock and shove the countertop over to give the necessary clearance. while removing the backspace to do that, the paint peeled on the freshly done wall requiring patch repair work. No apology was made nor compensation offered. Very poor customer service and professionalism. I would not advise using them period.

Trindco was fine when I purchase the granite countertop. Here it is 2 yrs later the front portion of the sink and granite countertop have separated about 3/8 0f an inch. I call Trindco and was told by receptionist installation for sink only require 1 strap. Well back portion of sink is intact which leads me to believe it required a rear strap and also a front strap to support both front and rear. A warranty should not be required for doing the job correctly in the first place. I am a retired senior Soldier I believe in doing whats right the first time. The manager wont even call me back, good service is very hard to come by now days. Warranty should be required to cover consumer, not the business failure to do what is right.

Its been twenty years or so and you would like to upgrade or replace your kitchen countertops. Where to begin. Selections, there are so many. Well I can’t help you there. You need to slog through the process, manufactures web sites and samples. But when you have decided or have an idea what you want then the place to go is Trindco!They are based in Suffolk, VA and it is worth a trip to their showroom. Calling for an appointment is probably a good idea, but I went there cold and ended up with a great experience.We spoke with Jennifer Marquis who was delightful and a very accommodating account manager for Triindco in helping us select the perfect quartz countertop and explaining all the various details based on our kitchen design. We brought kitchen pictures on our tablet and provided the square feet needed. Jen took us on a tour of the lot and found the perfect slab. She mailed us a sample a week later and we confirmed the deal via email which included a very affordable countertop quote.We then coordinated the “templating” and job scheduling with Lisa Adams, a very savvy organizer for Trindco who arranged for Erin to come to the house and do the actual measurements. Erin was superb in all respects, was on-time and at the front of the arrival window. About a week later the team arrived and removed the old countertops which required more effort and time than expected because excessive amounts of construction glue had been used during original installation. Amazingly, not one tile of our backsplash was damaged and installation/placement of the new countertops was begun.Three days later Trindco technicians Jason and Greg were impressive in executing the final “punch list”. They completely installed and expertly made final touches to the quartz countertops and like the first team who was careful in removal of the old countertops with no other damage they expertly completed the job in just a few hours with no follow-on work necessary. In total Trindco installed about 73 square feet of quartz including six countertops and two bar tops. One countertop included a four inch surround and a custom piece was installed around the stove giving it a really custom built-in look!I can say without reservation that Trindco did fabulous work. After twenty years my kitchen countertops and kitchen look better now than when we built the house. The guys that installed my countertops today did an excellent job real polite and professional but one piece of back splash was not in the delivery so as long as they come back with the peice in the next couple of days it was a professional install thanks guys.

Jay installed our vanity top - he was very polite and efficient. Didnt take long to install and it looks great!

Excellent place! Jennifer spent a lot of time helping select the countertop material for my kitchen project, a demolition and complete re-do, showing me options in several price ranges with attention to keeping within my budget. She seemed to understand what I wanted right away, and recommended the Silestone I ultimately chose. Thereafter everything was handled professionally with clear timelines set for detailing and installation and no delays. Everyone else there (office, detailer, installers) was friendly and knowledgeable, always keeping me updated on progress and willing to answer my many questions. I cant imagine a better experience.

Worst experience. I am building a house in NC. First countertops were the wrong color. Second set did not fit. Third set, being installed at 8 tonight and still don’t fit. Beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and quality service.

My wife and I purchased quartz countertops from the Lowes in Chesapeake Virginia (Portsmouth Blvd) and paid for the professional installation through Lowes.1) We added a 4 backsplash (the same size as was already on there) after the original order and when we spoke Trindco we were told it was not an issue because the measurements were taken but nothing had been cut yet.2) The day of install, the install team tells me that 4 isnt the right size and to account for the bar height, the backsplash needs to be 4 3/8 and we would have to pay for the entire new backsplash to be cut...so, we were upset but we did it (even though Trindco had done detailed measurements and should have accounted for that).3) We had to wait another week for the new backsplash to be cut and on the 2nd install day (a brand new team different from the 1st) comes out to finish the installation with the new backsplash and looks at the electrical outlet in the wall (which was already there on the previous backsplash) and decides they dont have the skill to cut a hole in the backsplash for it and we need to get an electrician out to lengthen the line...so we did, but the electrician said it would be against code to do it and the line was the perfect size to maneuver...FYI, the install team never even tried, they were only there 5 minutes before they decided they couldnt do it.4) So..we decide to do away with that electrical outlet and wait again for the 3rd install team to come out. A brand new set of installers arrive and get started on the backsplash and ask me why none of the caulking is done? And then they ask us why we ordered a 4 3/8 backsplash??? According to this team, the original 4 backsplash was the correct height...so, they had to adjust the bar top height by removing some wooden block supports and NOW because of the 4 3/8 there is a 1/4 gap.BUT...that isnt the biggest problem...the biggest issue as to why this wasnt the final install visit was that they didnt have ENOUGH backsplash...missing an entire piece on the wall next to the stove...5) So finally, on the 5th visit (and 4th install visit for a simple countertop and backsplash), they arrive (ALSO A DIFFERENT INSTALL TEAM) to put in the last piece of backsplash.
