L was the very first customer on August 9th my 13th Anniversary to get doughnuts for my wife and coworkers.They love the hot and fresh and tasty flavorful doughnuts. All different kinds of flavors. It only took the young lady about 10 minutes to for fill my dozen of different flavorful doughnuts. My wife loves the Maplewood bacon. I didnt get a chance to get to taste one but thats okay Ill get another chance to very soon.Thanks Duck Doughnuts for making our anniversary awesome.

I would order ahead because they are painfully, excruciatingly slow, but the 🍩donuts are worth it. Theyre also extremely expensive; easily the most expensive place you can buy donuts and coffee around here, but I still think Ill be going back. I think these might be the best donuts Ive ever had.

Why are you still sitting there??? Download their app and even order to go. OMG, the homemade aspect of their warm, beautifully decorated and made to order donuts is merciless. I am in love with the maple and bacon bits and quite a few more. Dont believe me? I swear on my weave you will love it too 😍

This was my first time there and the donuts were great

First time ever going to one of these and the only way to explain it is its the subway of doughnuts. The have one plain doughnut they cook right there. Then right in front on you they create whatever you ordered. It was amazing an actually fun to watch. The employees were very helpful and friendly and the quality was fantastic.

Horrible hours! They are always closed. They close at 5 pm, and even at 3 pm on Mondays! Donuts are delicious but they have to change their business hours. The other Duck Donuts in this area are open until 8 pm.

Tried this place out. It was good. Had a donut milkshake. A decent combination.

Id recommend not doing the order online. Ordered, arrived early, waited until the ready time as specified online. They didnt start making the order until I waited to say something to an employee about an online order. Definitely faster to just go in and order in person as about 10 other customers came and went before my order was completed.

I will say that the donuts are delicious. Great quality and variety of flavors. The customer service on the other hand was not as great. Janiya was extremely rude and Im not sure why. She was working the register, the store was empty and I asked one question and received and eye roll and rude behavior throughout the entire experience. I am discouraged from returning to this location honestly.

I went in for my first time about 3 days ago and the girl with shorter hair greeted me but the girl at the register did not. She just stared at me until I asked if I could order to which she just shook her head like I was some inconvenience. All I ordered was one donut. Once I ordered, and she said nothing and just handed me my receipt and walked off to the back and did nothing while the other, short haired girl did the work. Note the short haired girl also had a donut tattoo and told me to have a nice day when I left. Would have been a 5 out of 5 but the girl who took my order was just so rude. Tbh she could use an attitude adjustment because she made me feel like I did something wrong.

Pick up only for purchase. You can call in your order, place order online or use their Duck Donut App. I used the App and it was user friendly. Just as a note when putting in date used for example 2920 versus 20 or youll get an error. Donuts were as expected delicious, hot, and to our liking. Order came out in a timely manner and the staff bringing out wore mask and gloves. Prefer this method than standing in line.Keep up the great work and service guys.

Had the privilege of visiting this location on my visit to my son’s house over the weekend and I must say that THESE ARE THE BEST DONUTS I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK when I’m visiting again!!! If I could give 50 ⭐️ would!!!!

I thought I knew what a good donut was...but then I sunk my teeth into that bacon topped, maple drizzled circle of perfection and experienced true donut bliss. All other chain-location donuts will never taste the same. This place is amazing!

1st visit and out of all the ones we tried my favorite was the lemon with raspberry drizzle.

Donuts are great but wasnt what we asked for. Asked for 6 chocolate and 6 vanilla variety dozen, it got 12 vanilla.

3 words.. maple bacon donuts. Not only that but these donuts are as fresh as you can get because they make them in front of you. The box is even warm on the bottom when you walk out of the shop.

I went in about 9 am on 2/16/2020. Line was to the door but it was a great atmosphere, very welcoming, everything was moving at a great pace. A teenager next to me collapsed, not sure if cause of low blood sugar since she hadn’t eaten or what but 2 employees (I’m thinking managers) came over to check on her and offer any assistance they could which was nice. I would definitely return, great donuts and employees and well priced.

I appreciated that the number to call in an order was clearly posted on the door. However, after 20 minutes my donuts were not brought out. I called to check on their status and 5 minutes later they were delivered to my car - not warm, so I dont know why there was a 25 minute wait with only three other customers that I saw in that time. I was not given a reason for the wait, or a thank you for waiting, which would have been appreciated.

Customer service has been poor the 3 times I visited the College drive location. But the biggest disappointment is the wait time regardless of day of week, calling ahead or placing order on the App. Most recently I placed an order on the app which gave me a pick-up time 40 minutes later. Arrived at pick-up time and was told there were still 7 people in front of me and would be another 20 minutes! Well 30 minutes later I finally got my donuts. No apology. Might as well plan to have the donuts for lunch instead of breakfast. The donuts are good, but not worth over an hour wait. There are other local donut shops much more efficient.

Went the Duck Donut location at the Outlet at 7:30pm and the staff has the doors locked. I knocked on the door and one staff had the nerve to look at her wrist then back to me to say we are closed.... the store closing hours is 8 pm on the weekday wth??? Let alone there were 3 customers inside the store.

Ist time there. Got a half dozen, 3 different flavors. Ate one so far, Maple Bacon. Was very good.

Great experience here with my kids. The setup they have here allows you to see your donuts made from beginning to end, almost like subway but for donuts. Quality service and great donuts.

Outstanding local donut chain but inconsistent in regards to operating hours compared to its sister locations. Maybe because it just recently opened and is under a different management. For starters this store opens later than their sister locations and competitors, on the same note, closes earlier too.Today I went to visit the shop after having experienced the first winter storm of 2020, which surprisingly enough caused most places to be on a 2 hour delay to include this one. As I approached the door, it had a sign stating a late opening due to the inclement weather. Yet even though the fluorescent open light was on, the door was locked and the staff continued to work inside. Clearly visible outside the door, no one bothered to approach or address the situation at all. This was at 1:30pm, few hours before their early closing time. Maybe they were preparing tomorrow’s batch of donuts, obviously not since they’re made that day, who knows if they even opened at all today...

I went here today, and I am mindblown! The young lady that took our order was very friendly and helpful, and the donuts that we ordered were made fresh to order, and promptly. So soft, so good, takes you out if this world! I recommend this place over Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Donuts! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

The young man taking our order didnt know much about the menu items. He was wearing baggy sweatpants that had wholes in them, not very professional at all. The Caramel Macchiato wasnt good at all. Its a layered drink and they said they dont stir their drinks before giving them to their customers. Odd 🤷🏻‍♀️. Was not impressed at all with their service.

Dont get donuts often but its nice to have warm and fresh-made donuts when I do. Plus the power is out at home at the moment.
