Trixie, was an absolute gem, she was super friendly & helpful. She truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. My transaction wasn’t an easy one but she handled it with complete professionalism & made me smile in the mean time. I went in today to buy a drinker for our chicks and got so much more. One of our 3 week old chicks is unwell and I asked if anyone was working who had chicken knowledge. Brad and Jamie went above and beyond. Brad even went to the trouble of researching an area vet who might be able to help. Superior customer service. I so appreciated their efforts and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Ive lived in this area for 6 months now and maybe 1 time this store has had the correct layer pellets stocked. Its always only organic feed which is really expensive. I purposely go to Smithfield or the Franklin store for feed now.

This used to be a great location. Now it’s run by a bunch of high school kids. I stood in line for 20 minutes today while one girl rang things up and a guy checked his social media accounts over and over instead of helping. Buddy, you look like a failed extra from a beach movie. No ones trying to contact you. Get to work.

This place was very rude to a lady shopping in store she was told to hurry up and wrap up her visit to the store because a young lady was at register said to watch the lady that she may steal.....the women spent over 700 in the store, very humiliated to witness that. Then My experience was bad went to ship for shorts in July and every tractor supply is sold out of shorts and have 5 million pairs of long pants.......Bad experience here at all of the locations

April 5, 2021I called the store on Pruden Blvd, in Suffolk VA at 2:22 PM. Put on hold for six minutes. I hung up.My Daughter spent five hundred dollar plus another $30 for an anchor kit on an Arrow EZEE Shed.I was going to ask for two people to put it together for her. I believe that will make Tractor Supply even more money.I have been an Assistant Manger at Northern Tool and would have been fired for this kind of service.The store I worked in was always in the TOP 10% in sales Nationwide!Can anyone fix this?Lee

I only give two stars for the simple fact that the ladies restroom was very unsanitary it was the worse restroom i had ever seen. The toilet had dried up feces on it the wall under hand dryer was dirty the soap dispenser was broken. There was toilet paper in the floor.

What an absolute mess stopped in to get propane Saturday at the one in Smithfield they said that the propane nosel was broken and had been for weeks even though I had gotten my tank filled just a few days before. Came to the one in Suffolk Sunday morning was told I had to wait in line at the register to tell them instead of the employee just getting it or finding someone who could do it. So wait in line for 20 minutes to tell them I need propane just to go get it filled then wait back in line for 20 minutes to pay for it I spent hundreds at these stores weekly and I think Ive just spent my last. With this horrible customer service.

Stopped by to get some pet supplies for a new puppy and will definitely be coming back. Extremely knowledgeable staff regarding vaccinations and schedules (even had a recommended schedule posted for ease of seeing what we need to get at what time) for pets from dogs and cats to livestock and poultry. Great prices and incredibly friendly staff made it an awesome experience.

April provided outstanding customer service and satisfaction. She really went above and beyond to make things right after we encountered a hiccup with our black Friday order. I really appreciate her going out of her way to follow up with me and even putting a hand written sign on my item to make sure the staff knew what to do with it. Jake was also amazing as well. We had never shopped at TSC before but we are fans now and plan to return! Thank you April, Jake and the staff at TSC for making my sons Christmas special!!

Gray was able to square me away with the tools I needed in order to tow their trailer. He was also nice enough to help me set it up. Shannon & Abby were also able to square me away with the brackets for the extra panels I purchased; Thanks guys, will definitely patronize this place again.

The staff was wonderful!!! I could not remember the name of the product I need so all I could do was describe it. He took straight to what I wanted without hesitation. He waited to make sure it was right and then walked with me to the register and checked me out.

The people at TSC were helpful in finding what I needed and helped me load up also. Some of their prices are a touch higher but the convenience and customer service are well worth it to me. I am definitely be a long term customer.

Manager named April is extremely unprofessional and rude. Got told to “go the f “ somewhere else if I’m not happy with this location. 20 minutes prior to this situation I called to see if they had propane. Was told yes and I even asked twice to double check bc they always say yes and then when we get there they say no. One time before going in this location we called while sitting in the parking lot and asked about propane. Was told they didn’t have any. I asked if they could check bc again .... this happens often. She said yes. Sat the phone down then got back on and said she went and checked and there was none. Whole time I was looking at the propane and NOBODY went out there. Confronted the situation and was told they only had enough for what I needed. Completely ridiculous. When I called for customer number I was hung up on.

Get customer service new asst manager. If new. Never seen her before. Friendly and helpful. Better than others in store. I have been going to this store since it open. .

Not many people working, but guess that can be expected. The ones who were there were very helpful and courteous. Would have been a four star, but shelves were a little empty, which I guess can also be expected. All in all, a helpful and pleasant experience.

This place has every farming product a small farm or large yard could need. There are also clothes and pet supplies. Service is excellent, their staff has tons of farm and retail knowledge. They have pet vaccine clinics at a low cost each month.

Very pleasant store and people. Our cashier, Pamela, needed change because it was about closing time, and I was able to provide her with enough change. She was so very grateful, which in turn, made me feel good. ☺️

My goat love the menu here. I find cool stuff on sale. Some great folks work here always treated with a smile

They are so helpful to everyone but take the extra step to help customers who are mobility impaired. I am so thankful for their help

Love this store. Always have what I need. My only issue is their rewards program. It is kinda behind the times. Generic discounts that everyone gets instead of being more personalized.

Well if its the one in Smithfield Id say a 2. The one in Suffolk 4. Smithfield no one knows anything. Waited outside 30 minutes for curbside, employees are overworked and untrained and I ended up having to load my own stuff which was tposts that caused me many days of pain.

Surprised at just how extensive their product offerings are! Great customer service! Very happy with the items we bought because of availability and price!

Would give them a 0 if I could. Had the sweetest guy that was going on lunch break help us, but will never go in here again, very rude people, but the guy that helped us even though he had clocked out for lunch break deserves a raise. He was a wonderful and very respectful man.

I saved over $100 off the competitors price of an awesome Grill! Newer store very well stocked. Great the customer service the manager even helped me carry a box out to my truck

This is by far my second choice store!!! I live in Chesapeake and use the Centerville store. This store is on my route for work sometimes, so I stop by when im in a hurry & out of feed....The workers are always friendly and very helpful. But I dont always find the exact item Im looking for that my tractor supply carries.

I ordered online for in-store pick up. I like TSC. I like to walk around and look at the toys (farm related) and the clothes and shoes, but most of all the chicken supplies. The associated are friendly and helpful and other shoppers converse politely also.

This was once a great store. They must be hurting. Can not count on them to carry the same items anymore. I always got my flannel lined jeans from theme. They dont carry any any more. Selling what they have and not restocking them.

Good friendly customer service for your farm, critter and lawn needs. Poultry Swaps are held in the parking lot the fourth Saturday of each month. Children love checking out the farm critters!

Call the store spoke to a representative about a part I needed was told they had the part when I got there the representative that I spoke with had gone home for the day and they did not have the part and then they say what a $20 gift certificate help for your inconvenience no I dont want a $20 gift certificate I want to pick up the part that I was told you had an inventory
