Very very slow my appointment 7h30 I was late just 25 minutes I’m just get the paperwork now 11:35 take me 4 hours to unload a load of pallets. Lady in the office is very very very rude. I will never back again

I didnt have any issues. Appointment at 0700 I arrived about 0615, signed in and placed in a door. I was out by 0700.

Shipping lady needs a aditude adjustment she is so hateful she needs a new job tried to call corporate and everyone there was hateful too

Twice I called today, once about an appointment, once about overnight parking. Both times the woman was hateful as all could be.My advice, dont worry about trying to deliver early, they dont want it, dont ask about appointments, they dont want to hear it, dont ask to spend the night, they dont let you.And if they do answer, dont expect respect. Expect to be asked a question in response to a question from someone who hates her job and could care less about you.Just remember drivers, the people that work here make 1/5 th what we make, so of course they could care less, I mean God forbid they try to do anything with their life, I guess its our fault they fail to aspire to anything.
