Called and spoke to a gentlemen about an 2008 Acura RL engine advertised online and was told it had 121k miles (still in the car). I told him Id call back while I do my own research. I ran the vin on carfax the miles showed to be at 186k on 10/3/20. I called a second time to inquire about the same engine and was told it has 146k. I asked if the miles were verified and the lady that answered said they usually look at oil change stickers.. I bought an a/c compressor from them and was bad, but didnt even bother to call them back on it. Decided to give them a second chance and Im lied twice about the miles.

I only wish I could leave a 10 star review! I ordered an overhead console from HPC through eBay for my 06 Acura. I made an offer and Wade accepted it at a fair price for both of us. He then kindly agreed to send it by UPS instead of USPS because I needed it quickly. It arrived on time and it was in great condition, but unfortunately, the HFL chip wasnt working. I contacted Wade again to see if he had another one available. He responded that not only did he have the part, but he would send it to me without cost to replace the first one! I was blown away by that level of customer service. Thats how you earn a great reputation and loyal customers. Im so happy I found HPC Import Salvage and they are my new go to store for parts. Do not go here. They told me they have a jdm b16a starter, i drive all the way there and dude tries to give me a ls integra starter(different part number aswell). Armature is way shorter then the one i have, then he tries to tell me he has owned 10 Japanese imported delsols and i dont know what im talking about...

I called Friday and placed and order by phone for a cylinder head for my car. I was told it would ship out as soon as it was pulled and be arriving the following Wednesday (which is today) by UPS 2 day shipping. I happened to check my ups account this morning and noticed no shipment was showing up from them. So I called to see if it was just late or what. Spoke with the salesman who tells me that he is gonna have to issue me a refund because they discovered my head was sold or missing from the car. So after you have already taken my money and told me my part was on the way dont you think it would be fair to call me and let me know this. Instead I lost 6 more days waiting for a part that was to never come. Then after giving my card number and info again for a refund and told it would be refunded immediately to my card Im still sitting here tonight with no refund and no part for my car. Most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. The only reason Im this pissed about the situation is my daughter just started kindergarten and I have a newborn son and depended on this part to have my car running again this weekend. Im now stuck for another week or possibly 2 waiting on another head to come from elsewhere once I finally get my refund to order another one.

Been a customer of HPC for years, my father bought parts for my mothers totaled 88 Accord 10 years ago, I had a motor replaced in my 97 Accord 6 years ago, and just picked up my 08 Civic Si and still to this day I am amazed at the level of professionalism and service they provide.Dustin was my advisor and he made sure that I was making the right decisions for the budget I wanted to spend without cutting quality. He took the stress of finding the motor & transmission and looking for someone to put in it the moment I called and requested it. I was well updated during the entire process. My car runs like it did when I first bought it with the motor that was replaced. The only that I would change that I honestly cant change is the distance from the shop. Its a grip to drive up from where I live, but when I tell you its worth every penny. My friend that dropped me off also was impressed by the business and he will be bringing his 07 Accord in for future repairs.If youre looking for a good repair/parts warehouse thats honest, cost efficient, and courteous of the customers time to complete the repairs or ship parts, this is the place to go.

Did an engine replacement for a cherished family heirloom (my 02 Accord). A full thousand under anyone elses estimate, days early, and they clearly stand by their work. The car runs great, and if I have any other issues in the future, Im going straight back there. Lee is a gem.

I highly recommend Honda Parts Connection. They were very helpful in repairing the tear on my Ford Expedition drivers seat. I initially went to the Ford Service department and they told me they would not be able to repair it and recommended having the entire seat replaced. This would have been very costly. I was referred to Lee Dumont at HPC and his team was able to repair the seat and now it looks brand new!

Had a connecting rod break in my 03 Toyota Tacoma. Had HPC perform an engine swap to get it going again on advice from a friend whod had a good experience with them. Getting the truck towed from Jonesboro was easy, the price seemed fair, and I was given an estimate of about 2 weeks to get it back on the road.After 2 weeks of radio silence I called and was told they didnt know my truck had made it to their yard yet, and they hadnt gotten an engine for it, but that they would get one within a few days and get it made top-priority for an engine swap.Several days later I called and was told it wasnt in the shop yet, but that it would be soon. Called again about a week later and was told the same.Called again a few days later and was told it was in the shop and would be ready in a few more days. Great.Called after about another week and was told it was ready. Why wasnt I called?Went to pick it up, paid in full, and started it up. Engine sounded different than my old one, like a loud vacuum leak. Old lotto tickets in my seat and an almost empty tank of gas when Id just filled it up before the motor blew up. Whatever.Got gas, hit the road. Check engine light within 6 miles of leaving the shop. Went back, the mechanic looked it over, swore it wasnt making a weird noise, cleare the CEL, and I went home. Check Engine Light again with in another 60 mile.This went on and on with me checking their work more thoroughly with every visit and screwup I found. My new motor was mounted such that the oil filter was pinched against a motor mount and couldnt be removed. I found a screwdriver and a baseball cap wedged in the engine bay, my brush plate under the motor has a crossthreaded bolt sticking out about 1/4 from tight, my washer fluid tank was smashed, ive recently found a power steering leak, and the issue with the check engine light was never fully resolved.Despite plenty of assurance from the staff at HPC that they were on it and would make it right Im now about 7 months out from my engine swap unsure if I can trust a truck Ive kept in great shape for more than a decade to pass an emissions check.I could have probably lined up a used motor and done the swap myself in less time than this was in the shop before my initial pickup and damaged fewer things in the process, I just wanted to have it done by someone who does it for a living and not deal with the hassle.I will say that the motor they put in runs well, they put in a fresh timing belt and water pump, obviously swapped out the fluids, and all that, and I dont have any strong reason to thing this engine will blow up on me soon, but thats the only reason Im giving this 2 stars. Also I was told originally Id get an engine with under 100,000 miles on it and the one I got had 120,xxx miles, but what are you gonna do when your cars supposedly ready to go, the bill is due, and its time to pay up?

I took my ‘04 Honda Civic to HPC for an engine replacement because I knew someone that had the same repair performed on their car—their repairs didn’t prove faulty, so I gave them a try when I learned I needed the same repair. To make a long story short, I paid $1600 for this repair—2 days after receiving my car back I found a major oil leak. I returned my car to them to fix(under the 90 day warranty). I guess they fixed the issue. Maybe a month after receiving the car back I found another oil leak! Took it back to them and a few days later an oil leak still persist after receiving my car back!This is extremely frustrating! I am livid—it seems as if they fiddle under your car and pretend to fix the problem when it’s really not fixed. My car is still leaking oil, but I will NOT return it to these guys!Update: I had an oil leak diagnosis from someplace else and turns out my car’s timing belt is old, which is why my car is leaking and the camshaft plug is leaking. I was told it appears like someone tried to plug it up to prevent it from leaking! These guys are scammers—the prices are low for a reason! Do NOT GO HERE!

Imagine how relieved I was to find a $75 alternative to a new $900 OEM part. It was on a Saturday afternoon, 5 min before closing and the gentleman behind the counter was very capable and deligent at selling me the right part. by using OEM part numbers and VIN to determine the right part and right fitment. Ive learned over the years of my diy car projects that those numbers are key to acquiring the right part. This was no exception - HPC sold me the right part and my project was a success .

BEST PLACE FOR USED PARTS!!! these guys are up front, honest, and quick. i have been looking for the rear seats on my CRV for a couple months. and all the ones i had found were either $200+ or beat up to much where i would want to use them. i went to HPC and found a set of great seats and only charged me $100 and had it pulled in 15 minutes while i waited. couldnt ask for better service

I talked for about 15 seconds--mainly because I was cut off when explaining I am looking for a specific wheel/rim. When the gentleman stated they didnt have it (after I gave him the specific specs) he went on to say how he would look for something miscellaneous (and if I would send Him a picture of my rim) to match it up. I wasnt comfortable with that and asked a clarifying question, Do you have the rim he somewhat snapped and cut me off with, Well thats why I am trying to get a picture to figure out... Heres my thing: You either have the rim or you dont. Anytime someone puts the words miscellaneous and match up together, it implies that theyre going to find a wheel comparable to the one you own and match it up to the existing three rims. Thats not what I want. So when he finished, it seems you guys dont have the wheel and he replies sarcastically with an abruption to me, Yeah, ok, lets just leave it at that. We dont have it. Look. I get it. People call and ask all day long and dont have two clues about what theyre looking for. I presented information and was treated horribly. Wont be getting my business. At all. Normally, not giving a company your business is enough...but based on the experience, I felt it was necessary to leave a review. Horrible.

HPC is the worst place to go to I took my Acura TL there Dave the sales guy told me it would take 3 days to do the job well 3 days took 2 weeks each time I call them I would get a different person every time telling me something different abt my car not being ready Matt would tell me something then put me on hold then someone else would pick up the phone & tell me something totally different from what Matt said so I went up there my car hasnt even be touched so L told them if u cant do the job just to put a remainufacter transmission in then Ill take it to someone​ else they told me oh we will get to it right now well that took another 3 days just to take out my old transmission & put in a remainufacter transmission in so I told them dont touch anything on my car & that I was going to pick it up tomorrow well the next day I went to get it now the car is fixed only bc I told them I was taking the car somewhere else so when I got my bill they charge me for towing when David told me it was free if they worked on it I had to pay full price /no discount even though they had my car for 17 days with not a care in the world needless to say I will never return my car bck to HPC Import for my 3 month wanarrty to me they all are a bunch of scammers​ that will tell you anything just to get your car & then lie to you about their fast and easy work remember you have been worned take your car some place else !

Well, I have delt with Honda Conection for a number of years now and they are good for the most part. They were not willing to do everything I wanted or needed, but for some reason i keep coming back. The person Ive delt with mostly is Lee.

I had my 98 Accord 4-cylinder automatic replaced and HPC recommended I replace the rear-motor-mount while the subframe is down. Right then, I knew I brought it to the right spot. My car was there for like 2 days and total cost was right around $1700. Yes, thats a nice bit of $$$$, but it beats paying car payments... Im taking my 2000 Accord to HPC to add a tranny cooler; parts and labor right around $300; Im fine with that.Markus
