We used elite before and had good results but recently the quality is not what I expect it to be for the well above average price. I talked to a representative I guess but he gave me vague details like he wasnt sure. He was sure proud of his Truck though! Priorities! All in all unsatisfactory. I did like some stitching but not sure if they did it. Thanks anyway.

We searched for weeks trying to find someone local that could replace our old torn awnings on the front of our building in Marion, SC. Then I found Elite Awnings. Yes, they sent people to SC for the job. Steven was very responsive in getting us a fair price quote. Upon accepting the quote we then began to work with Nino Cruz. Nino was great to work with and communicated all along the process. The installers were onsite exactly when they said they would be here, ready to work. Great guys and they did a great job! Very professional and left a clean site when they were finished. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this company to anyone.

Have been trying to deal with this company for two weeks. Had been passed around from one person to another. Finally talked to someone who says that they are booked all the way until January of next year and that they are not taking on any new jobs right now. Not a very organized business if the people who work there dont know what is going on.

Elite awnings was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. “Steven” was very informative and knowledgeable about product. He also answered my many questions promptly and responded within 24 hours. It was such a nice change to finally have a company get back with you in a timely manner.

I called after hours just to leave a message and by my surprise they still answered the phone. They where excited to help me and wanted to understand my problems at my home. They had the best price out of the 4 companies I called. They kept me updated on my awning status for my home and did a great job. I would recommend Elite Awnings.

Called, talked to them on 4 different times to come inspect and give me an estimate... They promised all 4 times to come out and never showed up! Then had me to send pictures of where I needed the awning installed and confirmed they received the pictures and they would have someone call me back but never did! Not sure how they keep their doors open with custom service like that!Go somewhere else and spend your money, plenty of companies across the State of GA that are more professional with better prices!

Called elite for some coverage over my back deck. I am very happy with them now I can finally sit on my deck and have barbecues anytime I want! Great service and great people.

The main issue, lack of communication. Spoke to Steven twice out of more than a dozen attempts to contact him. After elite agreed to build and install an awning at my house I continually called for updates and to pay the deposit. Only received one callback. This company, as I was told by the owner, Steven Strube, only takes payments through PayPal (although he wasnt quite sure which I find interesting coming from the owner). I explained that I didnt use PayPal but would be more than happy to pay another way. He said he would check into it and get back to me. Never happened. I even gave the person that came out to do the measurement my credit card number. Finally, after 4 weeks of no callbacks, I decided to terminate our agreement. Sent an email explaining why we were moving on. Steven replied using the excuse of my not paying the deposit as the issue. COMPLETE LIE. If a business wants to do business in this manner I really dont care, theyre not the only awning company in the city. What I will not stand for is the owner trying to deflect from his incompetence by trying to blame me.

Steven and Company have always been very thorough and precise in the work they perform. I would recommend Elite Awnings to anyone looking or needing their services.
