I usually stop in here for the great cigarette prices and they usually have my Favorite candy(Runts) for a really good deal too. The employees are always so nice, and unlike a lot of places, when you need help finding something they take you right to it.

Writing a review about the big bodied blonde woman who would not accept that I was scheduled for a tetanus shot, and I had to call my family member and doctor to confirm that Yes, I did have it scheduled here. I was not wrong, and it took me an hour, 60+ whole minutes wasted that day for a 2 minute shot.Fire your apathetic clerk, shes not suited for this job.
It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Tried several times waited over 15 minutes each time before giving up.
I remind them to order my medicine before I get my prescription refilled. They still wont have it filled. Its the same prescription for the same amount and they cant seem to figure it out. I am extremely dissapointed in this store. Seems like Im not the only one. I hope walgreens takes the time to listen to their customers and do something about this location. Even if that only entails of shutting this store down to make room for a pharmacy that can actually function.Its been 5 days since I picked up my 5 day partial prescription yall better have the rest of it now I cant skip days with this medicine.
This pharmacy discriminates against Medicaid recipients. I had a horrible experience with them when I went to go pick up my prescriptions. I was informed by the answer machine that my prescriptions refills were ready so I went as I got there I turned in a paper prescription I was told that they could not fill it because it was not signed properly by the doctor basically they were trying to say I was forging one then I was told one of the other prescriptions I get every single month was not covered by Medicaid. It was I end up having to get out of line call my doctors office get back in line cuz they told her they would go ahead and fill them when I got in line they turn around and told me again one of them was not filled.I had the head nurse on the phone on speaker.This is wrong I spent every bit of 2 hours dealing with this.Whats the purpose of this they just dont treat people right, that have Medicaid who are poor and need medical coverage fairly They rather save all their drugs for those who have other kind of coverage such as Edna or Blue Cross they dont want to give them to you.They want to make you wait they, give you half a prescription, then they charge the whole entire price to Medicaid One of my prescriptions came to $163 they only gave me a 30-day supply of it, but they sent Medicaid the whole entire bill. stay away from this place. I am also going to make a public and formal complaint about this Walgreens to the necessary people

I have been going to this pharmacy for years with no issues, but for the past couple of months the customer service has been terrible. On multiple occasions, my prescription was submitted incorrectly to insurance and I had to make them aware of their error, though no one contacted me to inform me of an issue. When I call to check my prescription status, I often wait on hold for up to 30 mins, only for someone to hang up on me. Waiting an entire day to get my prescription filled and then waiting in line for another hour only to leave without my prescription is unacceptable. As others have said, it seems as if employees dont understand the system, they are understaffed and very few seem to care about the inconvenience to customers their incompetence causes.
Wow, Im amazed at some of the reviews on this Walgreens on Sudderth Rd. We have had nothing but the BEST experience each and every time we go to the pharmacy or the store. The folks have gone above and beyond to help us with medications, discounts and explaining so much. I think this store is incredible and always has been so very helpful. Weve been using this specific store since 2009 and its now the end of 2020. Great experience for us, all the time.
This store has the RUDEST night time manager not only the rude but down right nasty treatment of an elderly customer who came in to spend her money at this store and in this visit she suffered a mild medical emergency he was so rude he even began to tap on the door of the restroom telling her it was closing time and he was going home.he spoke to her in such a way she was crying and the girl who took her to the store was as well.he was disrespectful not well suited for customer service job.this us not the only incident like this as another older lady was there to pick up medicine at pharmacy and was actually made fun of by pharmacy employees and they were rude with her too.i think maybe there should be a storewide sweep but its veryclear youd be very shorthanded! Its not good for a store like this to have people working there who cannot handle customer service in the strictest sense of the word,because that is the biggest part of your industry .if I owned this store is have some serious issues to deal with.i hope the upper management takes a good hard look at whats going on here.definately not right
I ordered online 2 items for curbside pickup. Got confirmation email. Arrived at the store checked in and waited 15-20 no one came out. I called the store and finally somebody came out to tell me the order didnt show up on their system. I showed them the email confirmation and suddenly the order showed up. They told me to wait another 10 min for them to go get the items. Came back later to tell me one of the 2 items was out of stock and he cancelled my order in front of me. And complained and he told me to go inside and he would ring it up for me. If I wanted to go in the store I wouldnt have ordered for online curbside pickup! If youre not going to honor your online order and curbside dont work then dont offer to your customers. You wasted my time and I hope you dont do this to other people during this time when people need to social distance!

Called to get the status of a script and was told to come in after I explained I had a coupon and I knew my insurance didn’t cover it. I offered to share the bin, group, and ID number and the Asian female asked if I could be put on hold. I was then hung up on. So I go in and find out it could have been all sorted out over the phone. The least she could have done was apologize but she decided to hide behind the counter. If you’re understaffed and too busy don’t take it out on your customers please.
Terrible pharmacy. Sat waiting on a shingles shot for 45 minutes while the pharmacist filled walk up prescriptions. It literally would take 2-3 minutes to give the shot. Always seem to be in disarray when I go there.

Pharmacy never has any medication in stock. 4th visit here where they are out of stock.Notice all the bad reviews and constant issues. The store manager is lazy and never shows up on the sales floor. Kevin is the only respectable cashier u commend.
I give them at least two stars for the store but the pharmacy is terrible. There has not been one time when our prescriptions were ready, even after the phone call confirming they were. Ive had three instances where two different doctors sent in prescriptions and they said they couldnt find them. Ive never written a bad review before and Im sad that I have to find another pharmacy.
Unfortunately this place has a pathetic manager, that discriminates against Hispanics. My YOUNGER sister was buying cigarettes and since I just happened to be standing next to her, he felt like he had to ask me for my ID. I was not purchasing anything, my sister was buying other items, but he still felt the need to ask me for my ID if not he wouldn’t sell my sister the cigarettes. He is making the store lose money, business, and doesn’t treat the customers with respect!
Every Walgreens Ive been in has been more or less the same - somewhat understaffed, decent cashiers, slow and surly pharmacy staff, hit or miss service in the photo department. This one is no different. (They did recently hire a new pharmacy tech, a young African American woman, who gives by far the best service I have ever had at this pharmacy.) I use Walgreens because its convenient (theres one near my house and one near my work), not because its any better than any other chain pharmacy. I do like the fun little cosmetics gifts they have available during the holidays, and they have a pretty good selection of brands of shampoo, skincare, and things like that. Dont expect to be wowed by your experience here, and you wont be disappointed.
Worst pharmacy. Consistently not refilling my prescriptions. I call before I go now to confirm that it is refilled and ready for pick up- I even receive text updates telling me it’s ready. Each and every time I get to the pharmacy: “can you give me 10 min to get your prescription ready?”. Never expect to spend less than 20 min here.

If I could give them zero I would. They’ve messed up my prescription SEVERAL times. CVS can handle it the same day every time Walgreens screws up and doesn’t bother to call and tell me. I’ve had staff that can’t even enter my insurance in correctly which resulted in me paying for my prescription. I’ve also encountered them unable to transfer the correct prescription and doctor information. And more recently, when I wanted them to transfer my prescription to the CVS they told me they aren’t able to do that and that they aren’t allowed to look up their number to call. Needless to say I won’t be filling my prescription here anymore.
Moved over from the wonderful experience of Rite Aide to the impersonal and chaotic walgreens at Sudderth road. There is just a lack of friendliness and empathy. Will be looking for alternatives.

Cashier appeared to have personal problem. Cashier took a ridiculously long time to attend first customer (almost 10 minutes); she needs to work on her work ethic (and her hygiene). Didnt bother to call for cashier assistance when she could, suggesting discrimination.
I love Walgreens and they are a good company to work for, however this location has some issues. I had a terrible experience with the photo dept. The person handling the dept wasnt capable enough and wasnt very helpful. Also, the camera that these guys used was below par....I would not depend on this walgreens if you have to get your picture done properly.
Terrible location the Pharmacy staff has no clue on how to do there job whatsoever. My prescriptions are always wrong or theres some sort of problem! I recommend more training or national certified technicians before this location kill someone..

The pharmacy is very slow. The prescription was submitted electronically at 2pm and when I arrived at 5pm (after waiting 10 minutes in line) I was told they were “working on it” and it would be ready in 20 minutes. That’s ridiculous and this is not the first time this has happened.
Store is OK, people are nice. Levaquin generic prescription quote from Walgreens $358.00. Walmart for the same $114.00. Small locally owned mom and pop store in downtown Buford $29.00...all for the same thing.

Pharmacy is horrible. Sat on hold for ten minutes, then another six. I dont know if its understaffed or just underqualified. Unfortunate because otherwise, this location has a great staff.
** edit soooooo I’ve been coming a lot more lately and they have a new pharmacist George who is absolutely amazing! So I’m changing my rating. He is super attentive. Always remembers me and is just all around wonderful!The drive thru is a joke but if you really cant get out of the car you dont really have a choice. The photo people are friendly and theyve never messed up my order but omg the pharmacy. I never just plan on stopping by to pick up anything. I have to make sure I set aside at least 10-15 min.
I had a coupon for $5 off 20$ and they rejected me when it clearly said 5$ off 20$ and the manager was a jerk to my daughter and I.
I arrived 30 minutes after my prescription filled confirmed time. It was not ready, it wasnt even started and I was then told they didnt have the same manufacturer so he (George) would have to find a substitute. I walked around the store for 20 minutes and went back to the counter where he was nowhere to be seen. I sat right in front of the counter waiting for him to come back as another couple stepped up to the counter. Instead of ringing me up, he spent 15 minutes complaining to them about the two girls who called in sick. He was more concerned with his rant than taking care of the person whose time he wasted. If I worked with George, Id probably call in sick too. Im switching to another Walgreens, George. Youve lost my business.
Weve had issues with this Walgreens for months. Some of the problems are they close earlier than scheduled, and open later than scheduled. Even worse the obese pharmacy tech is the rudest most non-professional person. She probably got fired because of all the customer complaints. We have given this pharmacy so many chances, but we are switching.
