My iPhone 11 is getting very hot and at times it doesn’t respond to the touch while texting so decided to take it to the store.I went to the AT&T store in Sugar Hill on Hwy 20.I was warmly greeted by Eli.He was professional, informative and delightful.He took his time to so diagnose the problem. He made me feel happy to be an AT&T customer.Such a breath of fresh air.Thank you Eli for being the epitome of Excellent Customer Care.Thank you.

Eli was the first competent person Ive encountered after weeks of trying to switch service providers. Ive had a paid off phone that was constantly locked for unknown reasons. After going to the previous service provider and calling customer support multiple times I was ready to trade in my phone, but Eli spent time with me and tried to solve the issue, which ultimately saved me money at the end! Highly recommend going to him for your phone needs!

One of the worst phone services I’ve ever had. Only had for a month and quickly got out. Trash trash trash trash! Can’t say that enough! Completely distasteful. Charged me 6 times while accumulating $144 of NSF fees due to the 6 times they tried to take it out of my bank account. Called customer service there was not able to do anything for me. So I decided to cancel both services. GARBAGE!
