Lovely store for holiday, birthday, or gifts of some sort for a special occasion. Im impressed with their customer service. Back in the Spring when quarantine began, I ordered a few puzzles online and they hand wrote a card that delivered with the puzzles. So thoughtful! Its always a pleasure shopping in the store.

I love love this store!! My absolute favorite in the Sugar Hill and Suwanee area. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and go the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with my purchases. I love that the owner takes pride in a very clean store and that during these unprecedented times she is looking out for the best interest of those in her community. This is such an added bonus for me! I am a dedicated Mint Juleps shopper and love everything about what this company stands for.... Way to go MJ!!!

This shop never fails to delight me with its ability to have everything Im looking for in gifts! And they will do the cutest, most festive gift wrapping all year long not just during the holidays.

Would not recommend supporting this business at all. My family and I had passed this store and thought how cute it looked on the outside, so wanted to check it out. When walking in they told us we had to use hand sanitizer, and due to dry hand issues we did not. As we began walking around the store, we noticed the employee was following us around the store rudely watching everything we touched and wiping things down as if we had a disease. It was the most uncomfortable situation I have ever been in. Would have never thought we would have been treated like that in a small business, especially when people aren’t even out shopping and so many business are having to close. Will NEVER support this company.

I was in Mint Juleps on Saturday. The manager of the store KINDLY asked you to sanitize. You chose not to.Given I am compromised and that we just buried a family member due to COVID-19- I APPLAUD and THANK HER for taking this global pandemic serious. I am aghast that you would take the time to post a negative comment about her and the store for being responsible.Yes, she was wiping down things you touched in an effort to keep things as clean as possible and to protect herself, her family, other staff members and customers.YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF- PERIOD.

Amazing customer service!! I ordered a puzzle an hour ago that I have been waiting to come back in stock - and next thing you know I see someone from Mint Juleps dropping It off at my doorstep - in the rain!! Now that’s what you call customer service! I love this store and the staff! Lifetime customer!!!

Mint Juleps is a one of a kind, city boutique shopping experience but in a suburban setting. This store is everyones taste. I just happened to stumble upon it while running errands on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by not only what they had on display but also by their staff, Kris and Claire, who were both friendly and knowledgeable.I hope you get a chance to stumble to this store like I did, I promise you wont be disappointed. :)

Absolutely favorite shop to find personalize and local gifts!

I love the customer service and variety of gifts. I wanted to purchase something that wasnt in the store yet. Michelle and the Ladies were more than helpful letting me pre-order the item. They then wrapped and called the recipient of the gift letting her know there was a surprise waiting for her at the store. You just dont get this kind of service at the big box stores or online. Always a pleasure to shop there.
