Dont rent here!!! Had reservations. I got there early and the truck wasnt there. The owner said it should be here within an hour. An HOUR!!!??? Finally got truck and drove to my house. Started to use lift and fluid was shooting out of the pump. Called the owner, he said oh there are service stations if you want to take it to get it serviced. SERIOUSLY!!! I am moving, I dont have time to get YOUR truck that should have been serviced to a service station. The entire two loads we moved, the truck was leaking fluid all over the driveways. Went to return the truck, no discount or anything. Now I need a bigger truck to move all my things from 3 storage units to my newly built house, I will not go back to this place!!! Lost all my business. No common courtesy and no compensation for wait times or failures.

Went in to pick up a truck that had already been reserved, when i get there Im ready to pick up truck hes like Oh i dont think that truck has enough diesel to get you to where you need to go. So im like Seriously!? This guy has a business Im guessing every truck has to be fueld up and redy to go noexceptions.... So hes like wait here let me go put some diesel ill be back. Seriosly man!?I mean this guy literally had us waiting for over 40 minutes....unbelievable horrible experience.

On two separate occasions I was overcharged $45 for fuel. I did fill the trucks and have proof which I forwarded to the regional office to receive a full refund on these scam charges. STAY AWAY, Unless you want to put more fuel back into the truck than you used, just to avoid extra charges, rent elsewhere!
