Ive had a great experience every time Ive stopped by. I purchased my first violin from Alice about a month ago and stopped by today with a question and not only did she address me by name but the next 3 people who entered as well. Service like whats provided at this business is hard to come by

I totally forgot the young lady who helped us upon entering, but we greeted will and they had all the supplies my son needed for his violin in stock. I also love the precaution the store took during Covid-19. I almost forgot to mention this location is beautiful. Very scenic! They have a tennis court among other sports activities on their site.

Personal favorite Ronald Sachs location, employees are kind and friendly. The Manager Anthony Hong, does an exception job at taking and fixing instruments. Also, very high quality instruments, no doubt about it.

I needed bows for kids instruments at the last minute. David was very courteous in guiding me through the purchase and was in and out fast during busy hours. I would recommend this place for high quality products and service! It also helps that its near home so its convenient.
