Total tech support subscriber here.Aparently, their geek squad doesnt communicate with the call center/ customer service.I called for a resolution of error 6000 for my printer, which requires to open and undo any jam.When i called the customer service, they tried to fix my printer remotely and when they cant they had me made an appointment with the store.Suprisingly, the store could not entertain me.Staff is unaccomodating, seriously a tech support that doesnt have equipment to fix errors?So i had a home visit tech appointment, he didnt even have 1 single item with him to fix. He have to do a quick youtube tutorial that i already did.His solution, buy a new printer. Didnt even attempt to fix the error.
