To Michaels CEOs, Managers, and Purchasing Department,I am writing this review because there is nothing wrong with this store location. This is more for the higher ups, and for those that make the decision upon who purchases what is sold in the store. I came into the store looking for a planner. I went to the planner section, and fell in love with a planner then became very disappointed when I found out it was a vertical planner. I prefer horizontal planners. I asked a sales representative, who was VERY helpful, and they informed me that majority of the planners that are bought are all vertical. Can you please order/purchase more horizontal planners because I know a lot of people like horizontal planners.

Im not much of a crafty person so I dont visit frequently. I was looking for storage baskets and remembered they used to have a good selection. There is no longer even a section for baskets!! The only ones I saw were unfinished ones in the paint section and a couple of seasonally decorated ones. Bummer.

First of all i like the place name Micheals lol it’s also reminds me micheal kors as well 🤣🤣Anyway, Perfect supplies for sublimation and craft things lol

Not enough selections and the price points are not comparable to Joanns Fabric. The service was sub par. There is barely any selection for bridal.

I wasnt there to buy something but I found out that environment of this store is clean and elegant. Staffs are friendly and NICE. Good first impression.

If you’re getting a custom frame done at this location, I’d say run. There was nothing wrong with my final product. The older gentleman was super nice. They also didn’t have it ready by the date they gave me. No one emailed or called to tell me it was ready. When I went to pick up, the younger gentleman was rude and blatantly ignored me for 15 minutes. The older gentleman finally came and helped me.

Its Michaels 😆.... Great place n prices for crafts and randoms... Not by diversity but quality of product here over hobby lobby imo

Always love browsing Michaels. They dont seem to have as much holiday crafts to buy as other Michaels.

They have good sales on frames, particularly if you check online for sales before going to pickup. The framing section and team that works there are helpful and knowledgable. Would recommend.

I dont know what it is with the younger generation, but I had to get on here to make this review. I ask the cashier if theres a wifi for the store location and she looks at me then continues to ring up my items. I continue to say Did you hear me? She responds oh its Michaels Guest. Then when I ask her about if theres coupons available right now, every response from her is very short The coupons are online...obviously I know that if I asked for your stores wifi. Never coming to this location again.

Had what I needed. Plenty of people working to help you find what you need. No complaints.

Store for sure is clean. Just not everything in stock. And lesser options to choose.

This morning I walked in and asked a man for some help and he was courteous and helpful. The fake blonde at the register was rude when I’d mentioned that I was in line waiting to turn something in for UPS as she was proceeding to check out a customer that came after me. I wasn’t just there for UPS, I need to shop as well but instead I went to Joann’s. The staff there was friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional.

Needed new frames for my photos. Stopped in at Michaels and they were having a big sale. Great prices and loved the frames so I purchased more of them than I needed and will ship some to my sister in Virginia. I love a good sale.

They did a nice job framing a picture for me; they do need more help (employees) in this area though, as they would stop helping me briefly to assist another customer even though I was there first.

I work for an art center and order thousands of dollars in supplies. This Michaels could have cared less. They would not call me back and when I went in they were very rude. Their manager needs to take a workshop on helping people and teach her staff.I ended up at the Michaels in Rosenberg Richmond and they cannot do enough to help.Jennifer is the manager there and since it is only a few miles further, it is well worth it.

And, framing for my kiddos sentimental photos.Michaels is just another one of my FUN stores to hang out through the week.Where you will find cute quality items for much of nothing on some things. Otherwise, this store does not disappoint, if youre a heavy crafter guru like myself. ❤🧶❤

I am am Art Instructor and am always looking for deals. Michaels Bulk Buys are a great way to save save money - 40 (8x10) canvases for $40 what a steal! Customer service is always great, they are quick to call for backup on the registers to get you checked out faster. I love the new location on University, its clean and organized well. Everything is easy to find.

Michaels is a great place to get lots of things to craft with . They have a great selection and it kind of makes you want to try different crafts that you have never tried! That is the store that I used to stock up on all things crafting :) you dont see it ton of helpers around, but when you find somebody theyre always nice and helpful! They have fun birthday parties for kids, n classes for both kids and adults! You never have to be bored...

There was a sale in yarn whoppie!! fabulous prices, many items on clearance. Pleasant staff, clearly labeled items and fast moving lines.

Relatively new store. Typical merchandise. Since they are new its obviously well stocked up. Seems like selection may be more limited than other stores. Plenty of free parking. Other than more limited inventory, I dont see any difference between this store and the other Michaels.

I havent been to Michaels since they moved. This location is amazing and the employees are great. They have everything you need and it is clean and organized.

Has most of what we need for our family crafts. Would be great if they had more trained cashiers. There will be a long line and store reps on the floor but only 1 cashier.

Michaels had tons of craft ideas. Very seasonal. They also carry wedding accessories ie, cake making, flowers, lace,picture frames and more. Its fun to shop here. I would recommend it.

I made a special trip to use a coupon that said 60% off ANY regular priced item. The the coupon would not work because my item was a food item. The coupon had no exclusions and I have used a coupon on the same item before. They would not give me the discount. I also dislike this location because its nearly impossible to find a worker on the floor and their cake decorating aisle is often not stocked at all. So I often cant find what I came for anyway. Back to Hobby Lobby.

Prepare to stand in line no matter when you go. I dont think Ive ever spent more time picking out what Im buying than waiting to pay for it. Other than that no issues.

This store is nice and neatly stocked. We love attending the craft classes and try to attend a few times a month.

Well of course Michaels is a really cool store for your art supplies. It runs a bit pricey and some of the big brands are not there. Thhey do carry some of the big brands though. I go and shop there whenever I need something more urgent or dont feel like waiting. Id rather go to hobby lobby though. Online us much cheaper and more offordable so I can wait then online is the way to go for a better deal.

This location seemed smaller than others. Was clean and organized. Cashier was nice.

A very good store with great deals. But online buying and store pick up is not good. Orders change automatically and there is no receipt with merchandise. Any complaint on chat or phone does not go along. It gets disconnected. I tried twice.

Love this place especially during the holidays. From every thng you need to decorate a stocking. Craft ideas.

Very easy to locate with the use of, cardinal directions. No problems here.Friendly staff that wants to be there, enviroment wasnt defensive (Im sure it will be in the coming months for this stores first major decorative holiday), got in and out for my crafting needs.Haley was a thorough cashier and genuine. Not robotic.Enjoyed my visit and will be return to this location, soon.
