HORRIBLE SERVICE, SUB-STANDARD WORKMANSHIP & WON’T STAND BEHIND THE JOBS THEY PERFORM.Had a custom exhaust system installed and the welds are just horrible and the overall quality of work was WAY BELOW any suitable standard. I had to take my truck somewhere else to get the entire system replaced because 4 Corners wouldn’t stand behind their work. 1st off, 4 Corners charged my 800 dollars for a cheap system not installed correctly. There were NINE (9) different exhaust leaks found throughout the system on the welds that 4 Corners performed.Exhaust Pros Plus from Katy installed a much higher quality product with a Million Mile Warranty on the muffler for only 625 bucks and did it right. Their welds are perfect and sealed completely around the pipe! Really wish I would have went to Exhaust Pros of Katy first.Check out these NASTY looking welds from 4 Corners Car Care and Exhaust. If this is the best they can do, WOW, wouldnt want them touching any other part of any of my vehicles.

I have taking several different vehicles (1991 Ford F250, 2017 Lexus 570) in for service and have had great fast service on both. Friendly and fair with excellent work every time. No surprises and just good old honest work at a fair rate.

***DO NOT RECOMMEND*** Save your time and money by going elsewhere to get a job done right the first time and avoid the headache of having to go back and repay to fix their mistakes.***WHAT HAPPENED***An agreement was made to add a custom dual exhaust to my 2017 Ram 2500 Power Wagon which has the 6.4 Hemi motor. My specific criteria were dual pipes, a moderate / aggressive exhaust tone and little to no drone inside the cab and black 4” exhaust tips. After discussing various types of mufflers, they recommended, and I agreed that a Magnaflow muffler would deliver the desired results. The tip size and name brand of the muffler were the only two specifics discussed and agreed upon. The specific muffler model number and piping size used was decided by 4 Corners. Now, the sound is good and the drone level is acceptable; however, my truck is now sluggish during take off and my miles per gallon dropped to an average of 9. I consulted the service technicians at a Ram Dealership and called the exhaust manufacture to inquire about the MPGs drop and performance issue. I received the same answer from both organizations.Due to the fact that 4 Corners decided to use dual 3” pipes exiting the magnaflow muffler, the required “back pressure” needed for the engine to function properly has been eliminated. This is causing the sluggish performance and the truck’s computer feels it is starving for gas…thus over fueling and causing my MPGs to suffer significantly. Both the Ram Dealership and exhaust manufacture informed me that a muffler with 2” or 2.25” dual outlets and same size exhaust pipes should have been used instead of the oversized 3” piping to maintain an accurate level of back pressure. When I returned to 4 corners to speak about the needed modifications to regain performance and MPGs, I was informed they would fix the exhaust but charge me an extra 350 dollars if I purchased separately and supplied my own muffler….or an additional 300 dollars to just keep the same muffler and they would connect the smaller pipes to the larger outlets (which was not recommended by either the Ram Dealership or exhaust manufacture). Now every time I start my truck, it is costing me more money for fuel and unnecessary and excessive wear on the motor. My ask was simple, replace the wrong style muffler and over sized piping with the correct material…and all would have been OK. However, I was met with significant resistance to fix their mistake and unfair ask to pay more. In addition, I was informed he doesn’t even have the proper equipment to perform the work correctly and that would need to take my truck to the North Side of Houston to a different company for the repair…. UNACCEPTABLE
