Alright!If someone did not experience an extremely bad costumers’ services experience then go here, they are completely out of mind. I went there on Thursday to check my AC Freon, they told me to come on next Monday at 11:00 am, I did the same I stopped by on Monday at 10:30am, i left my car for them. After exactly 4 hours I called them to check if my car is ready, you know what they told me? They told me that we are busy and can’t check it today. OMG, I went there to tell them why they wasted my time? They simply gave me my car key and told me to leave. Wow. I was so frustrated.

Whoever the 50 year old man of Indian descent is at the front counter has the personality of a paper clip and zero tact. No greeting, short responses, and lack of common knowledge. As a 25 year resident of my neighborhood where all the local businesses conduct themselves with pride and show that they value their customers, I believe this owner should’ve opened their shop in a neighborhood that matches the low bar that they’ve set for themselves.Nobody who takes pride in the business they own and their reputation would be that careless with their source of income and patrons.

Very bad attitude from the manager. Lied about the time to replace the breaks. Keeps on changing the time. Then became upset from me because I stood to them. 0 customer service and 0 honesty. I do not recommend this place. When you greet him he just nods his head. disrespectful.

Highly do not recommend going there. Very poor attitude. Went to get an oil change and the guy told my husband that he wouldnt change the oil because of the sound of our engine. He said I know who makes those vehicles, talking about our dodge durango. He said fiat makes them. A true mechanic would know that chrysler makes them. If you cant even get the company that makes them right then you shouldnt be working as a mechanic. The place was very messy and had a lot of bad safety issues. Were taking our business elsewhere!Updated to add: we took our business to jiffy lube. They took care of us with no problem. There is now no ticking noise from our engine because all it needed was an oil change. Thank you for not helping us. Our engine now sounds the way its supposed to. By the way, fiat is an affiliate of chrysler, they do not make durangos, chrysler does. I was raised in a family of mechanics. I dont need your links to stuff I already know. Thanks anyway for being rude. We got way better service from jiffy lube. Again I highly dont recommend your services!

Frank is so amazing, he was able to host a basic car maintenance session with the Girl Scouts troop. He was amazingly patient in showing all aspects of car ownership and maintenance. They are also incredibly efficient in servicing our cars, either for oil changes, inspections or something more involved. A great local service place, right here in New Territory!

A very reasonable and trustworthy shop to check or repair your vehicles. I have been their customer for 10 years. Store Manager Frank is my favorite person of contact. He will do a free scan code check and let you know if there is any problem before giving me a quote.

Had a transmission replaced on my Porsche 911. Was about a good $1000 cheaper then all the guys I called in the 20 miles radius. Job was done perfect and on time. I highly recommend this shop. Keep up the great work!

The sign says they open at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays but the staff does not show up until 8:45. So I wait 45 minutes. When the guy finally shows up to the shop to open the doors he tells me they dont do inspections until 9:30 (which is not posted anywhere). This is the second time they opened the doors late on me (and last time). I cant do business with a business that does not respect the time of their customers. To bad because they are in my neighborhood and it would be very convenient to use them.

I swear by them. Frank (Furqan) is honest, kind and superb at what he does. I have been to him twice as he came highly recommended to me by a family member and I have been extremely satisfied and happy with the service. I am so glad I found Discount Lube and Tune. 100 percent satisfaction!!

We had issues with our air conditioning system and brought it here to get fixed. They replaced the several parts of the AC for very slight Improvements but did not fix the problem. When we brought it back they said they would look at other issues but didn’t have time. I went to mike and Tate auto and they immediately fixed the problem with a filter replacement. This place should be good for an oil change or state inspection but I wouldn’t bring it here for anything else. We had had a similar issue with an engine replacement as well

Have rebuilt engine, replaced transmission, brakes, struts, tie rods, fuel pumps, ball joints, U bolts, AC compressor, belts, gaskets, etc. on several different types of vehicles. Work is always reliable and at a fair price. They have always stood by their work. I have moved away from this location and still drive across town when my cars need work.

To be honest I have tried dealership mechanics and other mechanics around the Houston area but no one was as good of a mechanic as discount lube.Also they were able to detect problems on my Lexus that the dealership couldnt even detect. They solved the issue of my car instantly and got it all fixed for me at a great price. If you want to go to a mechanic in sugarland/Houston area then go to discount lube and ask for Furqan.

Went here do to the other reviews. I have to say it looked like was real busy so I was afraid i was going to have to wait. But they got me in and out in 20 min or less. I brought my own oil and filter and they only charged me $20. The owner was very friendly and was a pleasure to talk to.

I have been a customer at Discount auto for about 2 years. While the repairs are always timely as well as good, one thing that impresses me about this location is the fact that the owner genuinely wants to help you and provide the best alternatives without the primary interesting of making money.Here is an incident that proves the point.We took our Lexus and after tests and diagnosis, conclusion for repair was we will have to replace the alternator. We agreed and repair was in progress. During the repair, it was found that the alternator was good but only a loose contact was the culprit.I got a call from the garage giving me the good news that the there was no real repair done and no charges/ cost involved.From my experiences with auto garages, I can believe any other auto repair would have gone ahead replacing the alternator and left me with the unnecessarey repait and cost.....!!!!

Horrible customer service. I stopped by this place to get an estimate, it took them more than an hr to understand the problem. He agreed to fix the car and return it in an hr. After couple of calls they postponed to deliver it next day. When I came to pick up the car they want to charge us more because they added additional parts which was not communicated or notified to me. Owner said we are not supposed to question him and pulled the car back and refused the delivery until we pay the full amount. Bad way to treat customers... I am never coming back. I should have checked the reviews before coming here.

Incompetent and refuse to stand by work performed. Unable to perform an alignment after they replaced front struts, ruined 2 front tires due to toe-in then argued that the wear could not have been from their lack of alignment. They can do Oil changes and safety inspections but leave serious mechanical work to real professionals.

Mr. Nizar is an honest and soft spoken man. He quoted me $450 cheaper than a national company competitor. For example, the national company competitor was marking up dealer auto parts as $100 more expensive than Mr. Nizar. I created a google plus account just to write this review.Just had to add to this review again. Mr. Nizar just called me and said that he found the same part with a longer warranty for another significant discount. He could of just kept the margin for himself but he went out of the way to call me after we agreed on the price to bring it down some more!
