Got everything we needed. Used self check out so cant really comment on customer service. I did notice the store was dark. I would shop here again if I was in the area.

I come here to grab a few things when I’m passing by. It’s easy to find things in the store because it’s very organized. I like the beauty products and cute clothing finds. There is usually always an register available to pay at with the self checkout.

I have to repeatedly go back to the store because items are left off my order every single time there is something refrigerated, as tonight they didnt fail me! Forgot not one but two milks. Now get to go back tomorrow to do what I was trying to get done today.

The bathroom is always filthy. But the store is clean they need to do better

Drive up experience at this location is consistently poor. Never got item before waiting for 15 min. All other target locations are doing so good! Don’t understand issue here. Inside store service is still good.

I freaking love this target! They are always welcome and on point with so much, they have awesome clearance sections at this location and for some reason I am able to find Noosa Cherry Vanilla yogurts which is a huge deal actually! Great selection in the grocery section!

I love to go to Super Target. Its always clean and way better than going to the other crazy place that has a name that rhymes with mart. Good job Target.

I love coming here. Its close to home, theres good deals, they price match, and its clean. Theres a Starbucks inside like the other ones, theres usually a line and only 1 person making drinks but theyre always nice and go as fast as they can. Its a large store so youll most likely find what youre looking for and theres always cute stuff in the dollar section. Keep in mind the parking lot is large with a lot of stop signs, that means a lot of cars and pedestrians.

Ive never had a problem with Target and its customer service. The store is clean and well organized. Every target employee Ive ever encountered has been professional and helpful. Target app works wonders especially with the Drive Up option.

Jackie, who works in self check out is amazing at her job! She kept the line moving by directing us to available registers. She offered us a large bag ( I had bought a lot of craft supplies) she offered me another large bag for the lamp I purchased. She was upbeat, friendly, and overall just really good at her job.

During high school, I was once on a date with my partner and one of the older lady employees here saw us dressing up and acting cute in front of the mirror and said we were so darling. Definitely my favorite Target to go to!

I can not believe that Target still requires paper receipts for returns when I have a picture on my phone ! I literally had just bought the item I needed to return . My card did not register that I had just bought the item so on top of it all their system is slow just like their owner! The girl attending the desk said well go back to your car and get it ! How annoying is that ? I said I will just go to another target and she kept saying yea we’ll have a good day like purposely raising her voice to become more annoying than her face . Target needs to step their game up with technology !

Great target! Is always stocked up and surprisingly very clean. If you need literally anything they have it. I usually go there for quick shopping but end up leaving with way more than originally planned. Overall great experience!

My favorite place to shop. They always have someone cleaning the baskets in the front and everything is well organized and stocked. I do most of my grocery shopping here. Only thing I dont care for is the wine section being at the front by checkout so I always forget to get my wine until Im getting ready to walk out the door. But it is a beautiful wine area so I cant complain too much. They usually dont have that many checkout aisles open but I never have to wait too long in line so thats good. Its an overall excellent experience when I visit.

Always a good experience. Staff if very helpful and friendly. The gentleman that was working in the video game department was very nice and was able to answer a couple of questions I had about the games and offered some suggestions on games to try. Great interaction customers. 👍

Drive-up service at this location has suffered recently, though that is understandable with the current COVID conditions. However, I waited at least 12 minutes for my order to be brought to my car from the time I checked in on the app and said I had arrived for my drive-up order. Thats a little much! This location is always clean and well-stocked. I like their deli section and prepared foods. The employees are very nice in that section. It stands out because all of the other employees dont interact with customers very much and no one seems happy.

Oh, Target! What happened to the Target I fell in love with as a college freshman in Cali?This store is nothing like the ones back home. None of the Dysons have information cards. I mean, none are in stock either, so I guess it doesn’t matter?What’s going on here?

This store is clean, the staff is helpful & friendly, but what I love most is the customer service in the pharmacy. I had an issue with my prescription and the pharmacy staff called my doc and got it all sorted within an hour. Amazing team!

Thank you, Target for being open 2/17, and having water! Your store always does a great job. Even the cashier could commiserate with me because we both hadnt had power for a few days. But please, fire the idiot standing behind the register in electronics who wouldnt stop texting to tell me he was an employee, but didnt work in electronics.

I placed on online order that was supposed to be ready for pickup in 2 hours. 2 days later i still have not gotten an email. I confirmed my payment had processed and called them. They said if i dont have the email i can not have my order. She said there is no way for them to look for my order. How many orders of 2 bags of PrettyKitty Litter do you think they have waiting for pickup? How many customets named LaLainya do you think they have trying to pick up those 2 paid for bags of litter? . She didnt even ask for my name or what the order was. She had NO desire to help me at all. Just oh well, you paid but because we failed to send an email or there was some sort of glitch so we will just keep your money and your items.

I ordered a microwave online, at my arrival to the store for pick up the lady that was helping me notice the box was broken. She went and got a replacement. That is true customer service. At all time, she kept me informed with the situation.

Apparently the bakery likes to sell old cupcakes. Went to order cupcakes for a custom order, was told by the people the lady would make them on a wed for a fri pickup...gross!!

Today I went to Target to try to find some Christmas lights. I ended up finding a very small Christmas tree that interest me. I didnt see a price on it so I asked what appeared to be either Hispanic or Mediterranean or Indian descent manager at Target. She looked so so frustrated and not interested and appeared to be short on time to answer my question. She immediately grabbed a young African American Girl to assist me with pricing and immediately walked off. I just thought to myself how rude that was and had I been another race would she have done the same thing. Little did she know that I was a blogger and I blog every experience. Target needs to get it together.

They products are faulty. The products here are the same as dollar store. Horrible customer service. Electronics back dated. Old products expired

Staff does not wear masks that cover their nose and mouth. When I pointed it out to the manager, nothing changed. Your business is not down due to the pandemic, it is down because your store is not practicing its own guidelines.

It was a smooth process in getting the item picked up.

Target is one of my favorite places to shop. I like going there for everyday things and if I want to maybe try something new I can go there and just walk around loading my cart with fun stuff. Customer service is always great and I enjoy myself there. Probably a little too much. Oh and the drive up feature thru the app!!! BANGER! MAJOR WIN!!!

Mask policy is clearly not being enforced. Saw multiple people with masks below nose/on chin not covering nose or mouth. At least 1 adult and several older children had no mask whatsoever. Staff was doing absolutely nothing. I even saw several employees wearing masks improperly.

Target carries items that you cannot find anywhere else. I love their Universal Thread denim jeans and Hearth and Hand. Also, dont miss the dollar section. Target carries the cutest items at great prices.

Always clean and stocked in the kids department. Always great customer service. Misunderstood a sale and the cashier edited the price with no hesitation.

It is clean redone store like macys. I like to go to this store instead of other targets in area but not happy that they are not limit cleaning things too much and other things that people try to buy for virus. They should be more strict with all sorts of things like toilet paper and paper towel. Otherwise, its a good target.

The customer service team that works the desk and phones at the Sugar Land, TX Target are worthless mindless sheep. I’m referring up to 3 incidents and/or encounters with that team. However the most recent one has prompted to me write this. The Sugar Land, TX service desk team are unable to assist you if your not there for a simple return. If you ask them for anything else it’s clear they are making it up as they go, mindless sheep that are unable to think and problem solve. Store manager was no where to be found and the staff either doesn’t know his name or was informed to make up his name. I recommend going down the freeway to the Rosenberg location where I’ve been able to resolve issues the Sugar Land location staff seemed confused over. Or get on Target’s website and do a chat with their reps.- the two stars is for the cleanliness, presentation selection of what the store has. Aka stocking and cleaning.

Staff is very helpful and the store is fairly clean. However, the past few months have been disappointing with the lack of stock for baby items. Ive had issues with everything from baby tubs to just today I couldnt find any lactation cookies. Wish they would restock more often.The pick up order has been a life saver and the returns are easy.Please have more inventory so I dont have to constantly drive to Missouri City to get items!

Rude staff and slow lines. During the busy Christmas season on a Sunday night, there were only two people working customer service with a line of about 7 people. One of the assistants was answering the phones while helping a customer. The other one was walking away from the long line of six people with no sense of urgency talking to other coworkers. When I asked him a question, about whether or not I could get money back, he just barely interacted with me. Not very pleasant or welcoming!

I have never been in a target so nice before. It was so well-kept and had so many options to choose from in every category. They have an impressive backyard/outdoor section and the makeup area resembled that of a high-end department store at the mall.

Stores are usually clean and well lit. But when it comes to food, you are limited and your prices are higher than market in our neighborhood. The self check counters were all nasty, so much so that I managed to keep my items from touching. That was the all the self scan counters. The young lady that was monitoring the are appeared to care less and made no attempt to either call someone to clean it or the store manager.

During the holiday season, Target should hire more cashiers!!! Lines too long, ran out of regular goods (feminine products, fresh mint, etc.) staff is overworked and customers are frustrated. I am in the store on 12/18 from 6:00 to 7:15pm. Target you make too much money to not do a better job. Worst Target shopping experience I ever had!!!

So this is a Super Target, and it truly is. They have everything but the kitchen sink; Im surprised I didnt find a graveyard in there. But they have every department under the sun, with a really wide selection for the most part. Yet its still not a complete labyrinth or too exhausting to walk around. And the whole store is very attractive - some higher-end display options in many places, and a quiet noise-absorbing floor in the grocery section are just two examples. Definitely very impressive.

Store is good and clean.. organised well in all areas . BUT some staff are very very rude and not good in customer service . once I ask some help to a lady staff she just ignore me and speak with her coworker .. I believe customer is the big priority ...

The service is excellent. Today in produce, Chris took time to find a Caesar Salad bag that he hadnt had time to stock yet. Tina at checkout is a pleasure to use for getting my purchases bought and bagged.

The person who checked me out went out of her way to make sure I got the best value of the things I bought. She took the time to help me understand the target app to pull up the coupons I needed. She did an awesome job!

I think my only gripe is that touchscreen gloves and styluses dont seem to work on the self checkout screens.

Love the remodel at this location! Clean organized and staff have very good customer service. I feel the selection of products in any department are greater than other locations . UPDATE: picked up items from app purchase and received excellent customer service. store was still organized and employees were every where to help with holiday needs! holiday section was fully stocked my pick up was fast and convenient - no hectic lines or long waits.

I have tried calling this location several times. Ive had my call answered once and immediately was put on hold for 15 minutes with guest service. I can never reach a team member on any other line either. This needs to be fixed.

Lets just say...if their website says they have an item in stock, you better call first before you drive all the way over here. Other than that....its the typical Target.

My husband and I were adopting some families for this Christmas and we needed to buy 4 bicycles for 4 kids. We went to Target at 16300 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77479. We were struggling to find the best price/size/style, until LATANYA showed up. She took her time to get us the best product for these kids. We got 2 bicycles and she told us which Target to go, to get the other 2 that we needed. She helped us to make the right decision, which ended up blessing those kids that received the bicycles. Thank you Target for having employees like LATANYA who has a genuine love and works so hard and beyond helping people like us to bless others.

This Target is great! Its close to the freeway and to such high quality stores like Whole Foods and many restaurants. This Target has a grocery section, its not as big as a regular grocery store but it has the basics and a little more. Its very convenient to go grocery shopping, get the kids school supplies, toiletries, and furniture. The convenience of this Target makes us keep coming back.

Love this location. I came here the other day for a few things and found everything I was looking for. The inside of the store is very clean and well organized. The cashier was very friendly and asked if I found everything ok. The checkout lines were a little long, but moved pretty quickly. This a great place to shop.

Ok so this review is really for the Starbucks inside this Target. THE WORST! The two baristas that were there ignored me and one other customer for what like felt like eternity. They were having side conversations about an order but never once stop to say “we’ll be right with you.” It was painful to watch. Whatever happened to manners and customer service? 🤷‍♀️

Great super target. One problem, I came here to grab a pizza from the cafe only to find that the pictures are all old and the store is under renovation. The cafe had been removed and replaced with a wine and beer area. It looks like they may add a new cafe on the opposite side of the store near clothing. Picture for anyone else like me looking for the cafe

My wife bought yogurt via the buy online pick up in store option and we realized when we got home that 3 of them had an expiration date of a month ago.

This Target is great. It is one of my favorites. They have a great selection. One of the great things about this store is that they always have great clearance items. Most everything is always in stock. There is a great variety and selection of food.

There many empty shelves! Lack of product.....it’s very clean and self checkout is good....but it need to be better restocked....

They need to have more checkouts available and open. Employees are helpful and friendly in the store. They do offer self checkout but they have limits of the types of items you can purchase in the lanes.

The In-Store Manager was very rude and refused to give me the TargetRED 5% discount when issues arose with checking out with my Red card. I tried to explain it politely and was willing to pay cash, but I was met with a flat out refusal. The manager at this particular location needs to learn to accommodate customers and help them when theyre having problems by offering solutions. This was a very poor experience.
