Tom was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Took the guessing game out of it. If you are interested in building your outdoor space I highly suggest going to the showroom rather than building from the website. We will be back when we are ready!

I am loving my grill and outdoor kitchen and am so glad I ended up purchasing from here!!! My new grill and outdoor kitchen is stunning and so easy to maintain. All of my friends and neighbors have been asking who installed my new set. Tom was extremely helpful and cut out any BS. He ended up working out an incredible deal and helped me save a bunch of money. I cant thank Tom enough for his help and knowledge!!

I bought Paradise Grill and very same day tried to cancel, but its impossible to cancel and get your refund. I spoke to 20-30 people, but absolutely no use. Though I shouldnt have signed up in the first place, but I went through enormous pain, but finally had to accept the product a few months ago, but never used so far. It was an impulsive buy from me.

We purchase a grill set today and Zach and Tom was awesome. They were very informative and knowledgeable about the products. I truly recommend them if you are looking for a quality outdoor grill set.

Updated: 7/26/2021: 1 star! ⭐️ I am updating my review based on my recent experiences with trying to get assistance from Paradise on a broken refrigerator door that was damaged upon delivery and an item that was promised (blender) with our purchase. Ive wasted several hours of my time trying to get this resolved without any follow up from the company. This is completely unacceptable! You contact the showroom and yes yes we will take care of it and then I contact customer service and yes yes we will take care of it. Still six weeks later nothing! If you are looking for an outdoor grill and kitchen, please go elsewhere. They say why use a local contractor in their promotions? But I wish I had because I have a good relationship with them and this whole process would have been a hell of a lot better!We went to Paradise Grills in Sugarland on 5/29/21 and met with Zach to review different options for an outdoor kitchen. Zach was very knowledgeable about their products and showed us all of the options available. We eventually settled on a GSX-8 kitchen package with a side burner. Unfortunately we had to cancel our purchase as an emergency occurred at our house on Sunday. We look forward to eventually getting our outdoor kitchen. Thanks Zach.

SEE NEW ADDITION BELOW!!We recently purchased a outdoor bar/ kitchen from Paradise Grills - Sugarland after months of shopping around and debating. We couldnt be happier with our purchase! The purchasing and delivery were flawless! Zach and his team made the entire process effortless. We told them what we were looking for and they took care of the rest. We went back on July 2nd and purchased additional items and cant wait for delivery in a couple of weeks. Their products blend in perfectly with our pool area and our friends really enjoy coming over and hanging out even more now and we love it! We will continue to check back and see what new items may be available to add to our backyard paradise made even better by the addition of their products! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!I am forced to change this review due to recent events. As I said previously we would go back to purchase more items and we did. We purchased the small grill island and had the cocktail station installed into it instead of the grill which we already had from a previous purchase. We also purchased the smoke box, searing burner, griddle insert for the gas grill and a bar mat for the floor. I already felt as if I were taken on the price but my fault. When the delivery came about 3 weeks later they installed the cocktail station, delivered 4 extra bar stools we had also ordered and delivered the smoke box and sear burner but the griddle insert and bar mat were on backorder. I checked back about 3 weeks ago and the items have arrived but still dont have mine and they have been paid for. The big problem I have besides their lack of customer service care is that when we originally purchased the St.Croix bar and kitchen, about 4 days after the delivery I was cleaning the bar top with a wet cloth getting ready for a party we were having with some friends, I noticed about a 6 inch crack in the top. I immediately called the store where I purchased it and talked to the manager and he said he would get this off to the home office asap and would get it handled. I waited for about 2 weeks and then called him back to find out any news. He said he had not heard anything from their service department and I said I would call them. After talking to Jennifer with customer service (whom I later found out was the C.S.Mgr.) and sending her an email with a picture of the crack in the top of the bar top, I never had gotten a response. When the delivery people showed up to deliver the cocktail station and other things I talked to a man named Alex on the phone and he told me to resend the email and picture and that he would get me taken care of. Needlesss to say no response still. What it boils down to is that 3 months, multiple phone calls I still do not have the pieces I paid for and the bar top is still cracked. PLEASE CHECK THE BBB WEBSITE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THEM, I WISH I HAD AT FIRST. By the way, Zach, the store manager at the time is no longer there, he quit. He is the second one Ive dealt with and there will not be a third! They have a fire pit and outdoor furniture we like but will make do buying from a competitor that will provide the service one expects when spending many thousands of hard earned dollars to have a nice back yard for themselves, family and friends.

We just bought our outdoor kitchen grill at Paradise Grill Sugar Land!! We really enjoyed our purchasing experience and highly recommend this store! The store manager Atef went above and beyond in recommending the appropriate product, gave us great discount and customization for our grill set, personally made phone calls to ensure the set was delivered on time before our party (right before hurricane Laura) and stayed available on a cell phone basis when we had any (and I mean any!) questions about our grill set! I recommended my friends to this store given the excellent service and they also loved the experience! Anyhow we walked into the store just to do some window shopping, but ended walking out with a new grilling experience!! Cannot wait to do more grilling. I am a big griller and this has been one of the best grills I personally have grilled on. Very pleased with the way the heat is distributed, Ive been using the grill to smoke my brisket with the smoker box and indirect heat from the Briquettes awesome stuff!

Hello everybody I came in the other day With my retired grandpa and he did service in the navy and Atef really really helped us out and treated us with the most upmost respect my grandpa told me to write this review regarding that Atef helped us pick out a amazing kitchen that my grandpa is very satisfied with go sugar land!

Went in today and Chris helped me find the perfect setup for my summer kitchen. Best part was, even though it was really busy and there was a bunch of people in there, Chris took his time and sketched out my backyard and laid everything out for me and didnt pressure me at all. Purchased a GX-8 Unit and wow wow im in love with it! got it a week ago or so and its as perfect as i expected it to be! super excited to start grilling on it when the weather gets better. The customer service was great from beginning to end Thank you!

These guys sent me a grill that never worked. The ignition was never able to start. I called them and was told it would be $150 for someone to come out and fix the product that they sent me broken. Ridiculous.
