My experience was so great, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Luckily there was a canceled appointment around that time so I was able to try on dresses. I showed the stylist pictures of dresses I liked and she picked a few out she thought I would like. Surprisingly, after visiting a few other bridal stores with no luck. I FOUND MY DRESS there. I was super excited the dress wasnt exactly what Ive been looking for but that was perfect. I fell in love with it and I got a discount for making same day purchase. The ladies were helpful from the time I walked in until I walked out. Thank you guys so much for helping me find my dream dress! This bridal shop is a must visit.

La Reve was recommended to me by my sister-in-law and friend, who both found their wedding dresses here. This was the first and only bridal shop I visited. While we were there, it felt like our group had the whole store to ourselves. They were also respectful of my budget. Janet exceeded all expectations; she was so kind, patient, and knowledgable. This was my third bridal salon that I went to, and I had an appointment with Marcella who was absolutely fabulous. She was incredibly patient and was incredibly kind in helping me get in and out of probably close to 20 dresses. I change fast, so I also was able to go back in the racks and look through lots of other stuff. She also gave me lots of ideas on how I could customize several dresses, and gave me her personal recommendations for a third party tailor, as they dont do in house tailoring. I never felt pressured to get a dress THAT DAY despite the fact that I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! I am so excited for my wedding day, and am so grateful to the women here.

I was in town for the weekend, and had an amazing time at the bridal boutique courtesy of Janet and Aisha. They were extremely kind and patient. Before I arrived, they looked through my questionnaire profile and had already pulled some dresses for me to try on. Full disclosure: I unfortunately did not purchase a gown from La Reve Bridal due to some unexpected budget constraints, but the service was so awesome that I still feel compelled to write a review.I was nervous about my first dress shopping appointment. Im the type of girl who goes about my day in a pair of jeans, a t-shirt, and a ratty pair of Converses, so anything frilly is out of my comfort zone. What if nothing looks good on me? What if I feel like a lacy frilly burrito in all those layers?? I was determined not to feel a burrito.When I walked in for my appointment, Aisha greeted me and asked me what I liked...being a clueless dress shopper, all I could tell her was that I didnt want anything poofy or anything too gaudy, but Id be open to trying on just about anything else since I wasnt sure what I wanted. She grabbed some dresses for me to try on and we got rolling. The first dress was a no-go, so she asked me for feedback on why it wasnt working for me. The second dress was better, but still not a wow moment yet. But by dress #3 she was ON A FREAKING ROLL. Dress after dress, style after style...its like she tapped into an unknown lace-loving, sparkly side of my brain and by the end of the appointment I had several dresses that were in the running. And more importantly, she had a good feel on what I was COMFORTABLE in too. It only took two dresses before Aisha was able to pinpoint what looked good on me and what was still within my comfort zone. She made this frumpy jeans n t-shirt girl feel like a bride! I didnt feel like a lacy frilly burrito! Aishas amazing.Oh, and did I mention that she was working ALONE? Someone called in that day and the poor girl was running the place by herself. Shed be clipping me into a dress while she was answering calls, attending to other customers who walked in, taking appointments and god knows what else. Ive had to work alone at my job before and I know how overwhelming it can be, and she handled it like a boss.Long story short: Find Aisha. Shes got an impeccable eye for finding the right dress for you and she can multitask like crazy. Oh, and the dresses are pretty too. ;)

La Reve is a bridal boutique that really stood out to me for their outstanding service and quality of dresses. I worked with Janet as well as the owner, who is a complete sweetheart! The moment I walked in someone was ready to greet me. But in just plain ole regular street clothes!! This is the place. The quality of dresses is superb! The floor samples are not busted and photograph very nicely by the way!! Baiyan was absolutely ammmmmazing!!!! She was so patient, so personable, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. I could not have begged for a better experience. I wish I would have come here much sooner I really did start to feel like a bride! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out her customer service was simply unparalleled!! She was so accommodating and open to helping us with whatever we needed. I didnt feel rushed or hurried in the least. I felt that I had her undivided attention at all times. She really represents what great customer service should look like all the time!! Being curvier in the bridal world can almost feel sinful at times and you can start to feel like your options are limited. I was starting to get discouraged because I really liked BHLDN dresses but I had to cancel my appointment because they told me they only had dresses that went to a sz 14. Everything runs extremely small in bridal. Though they still encouraged me to come in..I didnt see the point because I would not be able to try anything on. So coming here I was really blown away at the fact that I walked up to several dresses..and they were big enough for me to try on. The selection of gowns was really impressive!! I was rather surprised to see plus size (us curvier girls) gowns on the rack!! Not in the back but actually on the rack out front in your reach!! I felt that I had options and I was not going to be boxed in or forced to conform to the usual styles offered. I did not have to just go with an A line or empire waist dress but I could actually go for a column or sheath style gown. To give the store and Baiyan five stars is just not enough!! I was very pleased. Last but not least the restroom was CLEAN and smelled great! I begggggg you to go!! Especially if you are a curvier woman and you want options like all women do!! I am a size 14/16 in street clothes by the way!

I live in Columbia, SC and have been searching for the perfect dress. I have looked at places in Columbia, Charlotte, and Charleston and nothing caught my eye so I started looking online and found a preowned wedding dress site that had a dress from la Reve for a great price and looked to be everything I wanted. I emailed Aisha from the salon about the dress and she asked for my measurements and assured me the dress would fit and what great condition it was in. I asked Aisha tons of questions sent tons of emails and she always responded back quickly and with such professionalism. I decided to purchase the dress, had a tracking number sent to me and it updated me every move until the dress was delivered yesterday. Initial customer service is great. As soon as they have your money, I sure hope you dont need anything extra from them. The only way to get anything done with them is to actually go in the store. If you call, youll get a lot of I dont knows and Ill have to get back to yous and then youll never hear back.

Easy to become overwhelmed with so many choices, but my consultant, Bayan, was extremely helpful and listened to what I envisioned myself wearing on my special day. With her help, I found my dream dress! I would definitely recommend La Reve to every bride to be!

This place was so beautiful and full of a large selection of dresses from different designers! The people were so fun to work with! It made it very easy to find my wedding dress here !

The store is great, they have all kind of dresses, mainly the one that I was looking for.Aisha was so helpful and we had too much fun choosing my wedding dress. She was great.

I saw such great reviews so I decided to check it out. Terrible experience. I arrived and the lady there was no help at all. She would not show me anything and whenever I asked about some dresses she had no interest in talking to me through the process. I will definitely not be going back at all and will not recommended it. Very disappointed.

This is a small shop, and at first I did not think it were possible they would have my dress...what do you know? They sure did! The staff was excellent!

Definitely come visit this bridal boutique! As a native Houstonian I visited tons of bridal shops before stumbling across this gem. The owner and staff are SUPER helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Although smaller than the other shops, it has the BEST selection. I found my dream wedding dress here, along with an amazing veil and fascinator that everyone loved! Ive never received so many compliments in my life. The alterations on the dress was perfect, it fit like a glove!! So happy that I found this store, I had such a fantastic experience :)

La Reve Bridal Couture was made for brides. I know that’s a weird thing to say – aren’t all Bridal shops made for brides? Well…I don’t think so. La Reve is truly made for brides. The layout of the store, the service, even the fitting room was all around the bride. Never did I feel like I was not the priority. My consultant, Bayan, was amazing! With the little information she had from me, she was able to pick out some incredible choices for me to try on. She was also incredibly patient (I tried on many dresses, many styles – sorry Bayan!), but not once did she seem flustered or tired. She also asked the right questions to help guide me through the dress-decision process. I always felt like it was what I wanted and what I felt was best for me – not what she or the store wanted or what was best for them. Thank you, Bayan and La Reve for working with me and for my stunning wedding dress!

We didnt get a dress here but sales associate listen and worked with bride in dress n undress n showing different ways the dresses can make appearance different.

Everyone was nice from the moment I went in, I told them how much I was willing to spend and they found everything they could inside the budget I gave them. I recommend this place to anyone!

I went to this place to look for my dress, there was like one person on staff. Did not attend me because had a bride trying on her dress for alterations. Did not help me, and asked me to make an appointment. I took a look around either way, wasnt expecting to try on either way, but at least i think they should have two people working.But i callled and asked for a dress that I wanted, and the lady that helped me did do a great job, called me back in a rapid manner, emailed me, and even gave me a list of alteration place even when she knew they didnt have the dress that i wanted.Although i did not but my dress here, i do think you can have a great experience.Oh, and i dont think they do alterations here.

I just want to say that going to La Reve was the best experience possible. When I first walked into the store, I felt so comfortable. They were so warm and welcoming. The store is decorated so beautifully and laid out so well. I had three appointments the day that I went to La Reve with my sister, two Aunts, my daughter in law and my granddaughter. They were so accommodating to all of us. The other two appointments that I had that day were not so accommodating and not near as helpful. The associate that helped us that day was Bayan. I cannot express how wonderful she was. She pulled dress after dress for me since I had no idea of what I wanted, and was very honest on how each style looked. It turns out that my top two choices were one from a different store, and one from La Reve. When I went back to La Reve for my second fitting to try and decide, Bayan found a dress that was very close to the one from the other store. In searching the internet for the dress that was not from La Reve, it turns out that they used to sell that dress and were able to order it for me. Bayan was so very helpful with ideas on how I could embellish the dress. I also had found a veil that I liked from a different store, which Bayan found one very close and I truly liked the one she found better. I ordered the dress and the veil. We put a rush on them just to make sure that they would be back in time for me to get alterations done for a June wedding. I was so surprised when I got the email that my dress was already in. I went back for my final fitting and was so amazed with the dress. Bayan was so accommodating, so sweet, helpful and kind throughout this whole process. When I was paying for the remaining balance on the dress and veil, I asked what else I may need in which she showed me the Bride and Bridesmaid robes. If I bought the Bride’s robe, I received 4 free Bridesmaid robes. So I ended up needing one more extra bridesmaid robe that was very reasonable. When we had finished all of the paperwork, I asked if it would be ok if I took her and her associate’s picture for my scrapbook. They both looked amazed that I wanted to do that. I told them that they were a huge part of my wedding and I wanted to document and have pictures to remember them. When we were through, Bayan even carried the wedding gown out to my car for me. I just want to thank Bayan from the bottom of my heart for being so wonderful during this whole process, and also want to thank La Reve Bridal Couture for being so welcoming and warm.

I cant say enough great things about my experience at La Reve (specifically, thanks to Aisha!).First of all, I was a trouble customer in multiple ways: driving up from Austin on a heavy traffic day and being late to my appointment, dress shopping too close to my wedding date (so many designers and gowns werent options for me), having non-traditional dress requirements, and being neurotic about how I looked in every dress. Instead of being annoyed with me or running the other way, Aisha worked her magic on me and kept me calm through every gown we tried. She was genuine, funny, knowledgable, and sweet-- I cant say enough about how great she was! I have been to so many bridal stores and boutiques and even tried on gowns at bridal expos-- no one has given me better customer service than La Reve. If you are freaked out by the process of buying a dress, go to the expert Aisha and let her tell you what to do! Shes the best. And I said yes to the dress!

First, let me just say that I am usually very calm, very organized, and VERY type-A. But when it came to picking my wedding dress I was an absolute mess. I wasnt quite sure what I was looking for, what my price range was, what styles I liked, or what color I wanted. The only thing I knew for sure was that I was nervous as all get out and an anxious mess.Enter Janet and Aisha. During my first appointment, Janet was VERY patient and helped me narrow down a lot of things. In that one appointment, I learned so much about wedding gowns, how the ordering process works, what to look for, and what to expect. We tried on countless dresses without me feeling rushed or uncomfortable. I am a curvy girl and she managed to nip, tuck and slide every inch of me into a sample dress that by all rules of the universe should have split at the seams just from me looking at it. I felt like a princess but most importantly I felt like a bride.I still was unsure of what I was going for (at no fault to Janet) so I did not purchase at my first appointment. After a lot of Google searches and Pinterest themed prayer, I made another appointment a few months later and was assigned to Aisha. They were having a trunk show for a designer I thought I liked and dress that I was pretty sure I loved. Aisha started as my consultant but ended as my BFF! Just like Janet, she made me feel very comfortable, squeezed me into that poor sample dress, dolled me up, and made me feel like a million bucks. I ended up ordering THE dress that day. Aisha didnt blink an eye when I shed a tear and feigned a heart attack as she slid my credit card to cover the deposit (spending money hurts lol) -- in fact she gave me a discount which was an act of kindness I did not take lightly. Nor did she bat an eye when I told her the size she wanted to get was way too large. She treated me as a friend instead of a customer.When my dress came in, they were super flexible with my appointment times, a few of the ladies helped me try it on and came to comment on it, and everything was perfect (including the size -- lady knows what shes doing)! Aisha even remembered me and asked about my daughter (who was at the second appointment).I would recommend this salon to any and everyone and will sing their praises from the rooftops. Thank you Janet, Aisha, and the rest of you lovely ladies for a wonderful once in a lifetime opportunity!

I was really nervous about trying on wedding dresses. I had a fairly tight budget and I think all the dresses are gorgeous so I didnt have a great idea of what I wanted. I found La Reve just browsing the wedding websites and liked the look of the designers they carried so I decided to schedule an appointment. We were the first appointment of the day and had the salon to ourselves.They had a wonderful selection with lots of variety even though its a fairly small salon.Bayan, my consultant, was a doll. She instantly helped me relax and actually enjoy the experience. We talked over what I was looking for and she pulled the first dress and after that just let me and my mom and my MoH point out the dresses we were interested in trying. I ended up with a bunch of different styles and fabrics which was helpful in narrowing down what I did and didnt like. Out of the ones my entourage and I pulled, there was one I REALLY liked, but I had one more dress to try on. The last dress was actually the first dress Bayan had pulled off the rack. I put it on and it was perfect. Then Bayan accessorized it with a sparkly sash and a head piece and I was in love. It blew the other dress out of the water. I didnt want to take it off. She found exactly what I was looking for after 5 minutes of conversation and 1 dress. My mom, MoH, and I went around the corner for a celebratory mimosa and then came back about an hour later to buy the dress. I had 2 other appointments scheduled and I immediately called to cancel them.Also, Aisha did my measurements since Bayan was busy with another bride when we came back. She was wonderful too. In fact, I overheard several of the consultants mention what wonderful brides they have which just made me think that maybe they dont know how good they are at their jobs.Overall, I could not have asked for a better consultant than Bayan or a better salon than La Reve. This bride could not be happier! Cant wait until my dress comes in!
