The technician who took care of everything was very polite and an efficient worker. My garage door springs were busted and he was able to fix it in a short time period. The service price was really fair and he made sure that my garage door was working in an excellent condition. Highly recommended.

This company is a total rip off. The registered address is an apartment, and has another drainage service registration. The tech they sent, had 3 different phone numbers, asked for $575 to fix wheel track of my garage door, and then asked for $300 for just closing my garage door without repair (its dangerous, complicated, blah, blah). After I said if over 200 I would rather leave the door hanging there, he took 200+tax to lower my garage door, in 3 minutes. This shop seems a network faking neighborhood local services. They need to be investigated by the state attorney general.Added: I was surprised at the first two 5 star reviews, after carefully reading through, they were obviously fake reviews, using vague and general terms, praising all aspects of service.

I should have stop when the office quoted me a $25 service charge and the next day the technician quoted $49. The service was completed in one hour. The spring and cables were replaced. Having an ideal of what these parts should cost, I was shocked when I was charged $450 for a spring replacement when the part cost at most $100. It wasnt complicated to replace. Total bill $752. I suggest before you use this company GET YOUR PRICE UP FRONT.

Danial is great technician and he finished work less than hour. My only complaint is this company is charging too much money on parts which is not acceptable.They charged me $269 for parts which only cost less than $60. They are charging god money for labor and still I don’t understand that why charging too much money for parts.One Vertical Track charged me $120 original price $25-352 cables charged me $99 original price $9 each2 hinges for garage doors charged $50 original price $3-5 piece.The receipt they gave is under another company and there is no physical address on the bill. All parts are under 3 year warranty and there is no address to contact them.
