I absolutely love this place. The trick to saving a lot of money is to add all the coupons and sales to the app before shopping.

I ordered groceries for pickup at the last minute. Every thing I ordered was available. Love the dedicated time slot. It is extended until 8pm. So if your running behind on errands you dont feel stressed. Just pull up and call in.

It has been more than three years since my last trip to a Randalls (out of country several years, then a year in a city where Randalls doesnt have a local presence). This grocery chain was our favorite place to shop, from the moment we moved to Houston, in 2013. When we left, in 2016, this was one of the pleasant shopping experiences we missed the most. Thus, imagine that just on the heels of a positive experience at Marshalls (reviewed, separately), I stumbled across a Randalls just down the street. This Randalls location did not disappoint: beautifully stocked, pristine displays, friendly staff and ...even the other patrons I saw were polite and welcoming. Hey, after living in a region of Texas where others wont even make eye contact, much less engage in polite conversation, this was a real treat! Thank you, Randalls! Great service, excellent produce and foodstuffs and fairly competitive pricing.

Surprisingly a nice store. They have lamb products and some nice looking foods in the bakery. Gonna have to start shopping here again so I can get points for gas lol

I have been going to this location for about 12 years now and have never really had any complaints. It has always been easy for me to find parking, and the parking spaces are quite roomy. Inside the store, everything is clean, well-organized, and the checkout lines always move quickly.I visited the store today, and their floral section was looking beautiful! Also, a nice associate was very helpful when I needed assistance while in the self-checkout. I have also gotten may Kroger brand products in the past and have been very pleased. In addition, the bakery has a great selection of cakes. For my friends birthday, I recently purchased a variety cake that was split up into four sections- carrot, caramel, chocolate, and red velvet. It was very tasty! I also have gotten a small Smores cake that was also delicious!Check out this location if you havent already!

Came here to shop for doordash order. Couldnt find chicken wings so i asked the two employees working there to see if they had any in stock. They both got rude, gave me an attitude and tried fighting me for asking a simple question. So I cancelled the order and proceeded to the next delivery. Just be careful of those people one of them is a skinny guy working at the meat departement and the other guy works at the grocery departement. I guess thats how they train there employees. Lesson learned. Never coming back here. Im not gonna waste my time for those two people. I have better things to do and be productive.

Don’t waste your time calling customer service. I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone for 15-20 minutes. Their customer service is garbage

I attempted to pick up a door dash request for Randall and went inside the store there is literally no one behind the customer service desk and I stood there for over five minutes and nobody came out to say anything and there were even two employees that walked from the little office behind the customer service desk outside to the checkout areas and nobody asked anything I’m standing there with a bag in my hand ready to pick up my door dash for my customer and I had to end up contacting DoorDash support to cancel it because of lack of service this is not the first time that I have picked up a Randles order for door dash and I’ve gotten great service at a whole Nother location in Richmond this location is absolutely ridiculous it is ridiculous that I have to cancel an order because I am not being promptly help when I am on a restricted timeframe of when I need to pick up my customers order. And the most ridiculous part about the whole scenario is I should not have to chase down your workers to get you guys to help me service your customer someone should be there readily available to talk to Dashers that are here to pick up or we should not have to chase you down

The prices are higher than other grocery stores in this area. Sometimes you will find a good deal within the Randalls App from the app store for Android/iPhone. The convenience factor is the only thing that keeps me coming back.The Wifi is strong and fast here.

I always love going to any of the Randalls stores their prices are great, they always have a great selection to choose from and their products are always fresh. Have never been disappointed so far.

Ive been coming to Randalls for many years for my families Birthday Cakes. Even though they were busy with their normal duties (Edgar, Nancy did their best to accommodate my order). I am very Thankful for this experience and I will always come to Randalls for this locations Bakery. The staff here is over qualified for what they do and this is why Randalls has a superior Bakery to any other grocery store. This is apparent after a visit and a look inside the bakery. They have a sign out front that states that you must wear a mask to enter. I don’t wear a mask and shopped there anyways. No one said anything to me about that. So my shopping experience was fine.

The store was clean and well stocked. I received excellent customer service when checking out. I needed help using my Randalls card and digital coupons and the front end staff was very helpful and respectful.

Store nice and clean. Talked with the guy who was stocking the fresh vegetables. He was friendly. I was letting him know the presentation of the produce was beautiful. He was thankful it was noticed.

Morning to grab the onsale items is easy access and simple. If you were try to take an advantage of their perishable onsale items, have to be in the morning, later or even night time, there is no left over. Better act quick as early as you can.

Higher end and more comfortable feel, good flower section, Starbucks in store, good wine selection, and I like that its not a huge place to navigate. Only thing I dislike is their produce area-- at times it doesnt have what I need and I have a hard time finding things.

Its a good place for a quick trip to pick up a few things, but the smell of seafood is overpowering when you first come in. You do become accustomed to it shortly and it isnt a problem after that.

The worst customer service imaginable. All but two employees here have serious attitude problems including the manager. They treat customers like they’re an annoyance, they have bad attitudes with customers, and if you try to voice your concerns with their horrible attitudes, they get even bigger attitudes. This Randall’s sucks and so do all but 3 of the employees. Absolutely pathetic.Oh, and in order to get a bad review from me- you’ve literally got to try hard for a bad review from me and the employees at this store have gone above and beyond to get one.

Of all store in Sugarland this is the best. Specially their cakes...Connie always make beautiful and yummy cake ever. All occasions I only order cake at Randalls. Thank you so much Connie!!! You did a very beautiful cake all the time and yummy as always.

Being a smaller store I can get what I need without walking my legs off. When youre tired from a long day at work the last thing you want to do is spend a long time getting a few things. Also, over the 30 years Ive been shopping there, Ive found the quality of their meats is above par. Also, at this location the floral department is excellent.

I try to not spend money in stores in Christmas because I dont think anyone should be open, but my family needed last minute things and sent me. Great deals, save more with coupons

Was confronted by a Randalls employee for merely pulling out my clippers to clip a hang nail before it snagged and bled. Stockers need to get off the isles during the day and stock shelves at night. They are a nuisance, they are rude, and they are inconsiderate to the people that are creating their paychecks. I am happy to move my shopping to HEB.

Attempted to order one of their boldly advertised made to order subs and was told by a deli staff person that they never keep toppings stocked because most people just make their own sandwiches at home. I asked to speak to the deli manager and was told that she stepped out and they didnt know when she would be back.. I know that I wont be back.
