Love this place for their Hams and condiments. Place on-line order, and walked in to pickup. Was fast easy and no hassles. Great customer service.

Not very helpful, I asked for something and all he said back was “so what are you going to order? “

One couple got to the door at the same time so I moved to the side, they thanked me but they didnt need to, I also got in right away, no real crowd. I told the counter man what I needed and he brought one ham to show me, just right and Im happily on my way home! Thanks to H B Ham Co...

Purchased ham without a reservation for Thanksgiving. Although there was a line to get in... plenty of staff, friendly, and quick. A pleasant experience...

Quality was great. Got honey baked turkey.

There products have always been consistent good taste and great service. Had to stand in line for a few minutes, but there were four registers operational inside. So the traffic continued moving.

I went to the location in Sugarland Texas. Stood in line for about 45 minutes got to the counter and was told they werent going to honor my gift card that I had gotten from my employer for Christmas. Only credit or debit cards were accepted. They should honor the cards that have already been paid for. I will never go there except to redeem my gift card. I will go to HEB, or Walmart instead.

You get what you pay for. It was great, the line was really long but people social distanced and the line went quick.

Great food. Tried the smoked turkey breast for the first time, which was as good as the boneless Honeybaked half hams. We like the cleanliness practices of the store and staff and the placement of the credit card terminal. I guess their business has been slow lately, understandably so, so they have been running some great specials. Its time to try them again or for the first time since there is not a long line even to get in.

My last 2 hams have been so disappointing. I paid $80 for my Easter ham, but the bone was so big that the amount of ham was minimal. I bought another one for July 4th and the ham was really dry that I ended up throwing some away😳

Good ham, and turkey. Ordered ham online, but availability changed when I arrived.

Have you tried their signature cranberry chicken salad, if not you are missing a treat.

No gloves, no masks, and no sandwiches, but they will have signs everywhere reminding you that YOU should not be touching anything, maintaining social distancing, and otherwise being a good and loyal subject.

I ordered a turkey for a large dinner with my out of town family. The turkey was great, but the service was stellar. My family came with me to pick it up and they were literally blown away with how friendly and helpful the woman at the store was. Thanks for the cooking tips and great service.... oh and the yummy turkey too!

HBH Company has Holiday pick up down to a science, eady in a fast moving line and out. Their ham is awesome my family just loves them.

I bought honey baked ham every year for 20 plus years for thanksgiving, this is the first time the ham is not up to par. This is a half ham bought from Town Square at sugarland. It tasted very salty, and did not have the sweet taste that makes the honey bake ham stands out from regular store bought ham. Finally I realized that this ham did not have the signature sugar glaze. This is a very disappointing ham for my thanksgiving

Great ham and great service! The manager goes above and beyond everytime! I wont go anywhere else.PS - try the honey baked turkey. DELICIOUS!! And the bacon of course. Cant go wrong.

The ham was good but the turkey was overcooked and dry. They now offer other things aside from just the main meats. Its worth a trip to check it out.

This place is amazing there was a line but it moves so quickly.The employees are all very polite and nice. A very good experience
