Do not do business with this company!Gerardo is anything but professional, he does not return your calls, he will schedule appointments and does not show; nor does he reach out to give you a heads up.He lacks honor, commitment and has zero communication skills.I hired him to lay sod, grade yard, and fix an area in my front yard that was pooling with water and not properly flowing towards the street. He told me that the grading would match the other side and flow straight to the street. It didn’t, just caused more of a problem.Once contacted that there was an issue he said he would correct it. He stopped communicating and never called again.He also scheduled and appointment to swap valves; never showed and never called!

Install was ok…..but several rotors quit turning. I have tried to get him to honor the 1 year warranty for the first past 2 months. He has missed 3 appointments. I recommend using someone else. I will update the review if he contacts me to make things correct.

Fantastic job done by Gerardo and his team. Installed new bermuda grass and worked really hard from around 8 am to after 5 pm. Took the time to test out the sprinkler system after installation to make sure all the sprinklers were functioning properly and correctly position. Even fixed a couple sprinkler heads that were broken free of charge. Gerardo then helped program the sprinkler system. The price was more than fair and I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism, work ethic and quality of work. Will be reaching out to them for all future landscaping projects and recommend them without reservation.

J&J did an amazing job!! I had a complete 8 zone front and back irrigation system installed and my front landscaping done. On his initial visit to send out the first quote he said I may need 9 zones, but was able to get it down to 8 zones adequately. He has the customers best interest at heart, he uses premium equipment that will last much longer than some other products. I let him have full reign on arranging my front flower bed and he did a fantastic job. His staff was on time and very courteous, he also answered all my texts in a timely manner. My experience with Gerardo and his crew at J&J Landscaping and Irrigation was nothing short of seamless. I fully recommend him and his crew to anyone.

I had a severe leak in my system which I could not repair myself due to my bad back. I called Gerardo and he told me he would be out the next day to take a look. He arrived and took a look at the excavation I had started and informed me that he could complete the excavation and repair immediately. While his team went to work digging he went to get the required materials and the entire job was completed in two hours. He called the following day to make sure that there were no additional problems and that I was satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend him to my neighbors.

I had already called 3 other sprinkler companies to come and fix my system with no successful contact or even a quote. When Home Advisor sent a notification to J and J to contact me they did so immediately. Ruth sent out Raul and David to my location wishing 30 minutes. They evaluated the problem and gave me a quote right away. It was reasonable but was not sure how long it would be before they could fix it. The told me NOW and would take All of an hour. Fast and the job was done right. Call anyone you like but you probably end up calling these people to get the job done right and quick.

On Tuesday, April 7th, 2010, I looked online for a Sprinkler Repairs Company. I found several of them. However, I decided to call J&J Landscape and Irrigation Company in Sugar Land.I spoke to Gerardo, the owner. Explained to him what I need done at my house in Richmond, TX. He gave me an appointment for today Thursday the 9th of April at 4:00 pm. He showed up at 3:58 pm . He checked my Electric Sprinkler System in the garage and immediately showed me what the problem was and fixed it in 2 minutes. He also explained to me how to do it myself. In addition, he programmed the system for me where it will run automatically from now on.Gerardo didnt charge me for what he fixed. This young man is knowledgeable, professional and polite. I have discussed with him putting flowerbeds and flagstone route in the backyard.I recommend him 100% . In fact, I have already mentioned him and his company to my relatives who have houses in the area and will refer him to my friends as well.Thank you Gerardo.
