I own a Tree Care business. This guys are just great all around, from the moment I walked in the establishment I got a good welcoming and happy faces, customer service was awesome 👌. From now on Imperial is my go to shop. I needed my saws repaired ASAP and they got them done in just a few hrs. Now thats what I call great service 👏.

I went to this newly discovered (by me) business Saturday 6/13/20 needing to get my Stihl chainsaw services and my Stihl weed-eater working. Since I needed the weed-eater on Saturday if possible, the next thing I know I was promised both items to be completely serviced by noon on Saturday. I picked up both items at noon and both were in very good working condition. I used the weed-eater for over 2 hour Saturday afternoon and it worked great. I enjoyed dealing with the family owned business atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and the service providers were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

I went to this family business a few months back with an older Echo blower that would not stay running. Long story short, not only did they go above and beyond to repair the blower they saved me $$ on getting some of the repair covered under warranty. Doing so, I returned a few weeks later to buy an Exmark 30 mower with the Kohler engine that I just cant say enough good things about. Andrew and his brother Javier even loaded the machine and delivered it to my home the same day. I will now be going to Imperial Outdoor Power Equipment and referring them to friends and family.

Just had a pretty great experience here. Came in to get a string trimmer. Friendly full service no pressure sales experience. Great place for quality outdoor power equipment. Came in for a stihl will go back for the service.
