I really hate to tell you guys about this place, its a real gem. This is definitely my go-to place to find stuff that I need. The employees and owner have years of experience and knowledge, something you cant find it in a lot of these other stores. Don is my favorite employee!

These guys have always had what I needed. Were blessed to have them locally! Our refrigerator quit cooling/freezing. Repair estimate $200-$800. New fridge $1.2k. Researched YouTube. Picked up a 3 in 1 hard start for compressor ($16) and a condenser coil brush ($7). Brushed/vacuumed coil. The coils were caked with 17 yrs. of dirt. Installed hard start. 4hrs, $23 later, all is good. A couple of bucks more than Amazon but no waiting as food spoiled. I will brush the coils regularly going forward. Clean coils save energy and prolong condenser life.

This appliance parts store is a godsend. Ive been an occasional customer for probably two decades. Electric dryer parts; air conditioning systems; electric oven baking element (heating); dishwashers; etc, theyve had either the manufacturers or an equal aftermarket part every time. Their prices are always reasonable, in many cases on par or better than the internet appliance parts dealers. Their knowledgeable tips related to the specific repair job help prevent unnecessary trouble.

The folks here were knowledgeable and very helpful when I needed a part for my water heater in a pinch. Military friendly too (at the time of this post), military can get a 10% discount). Must recommend them for basic appliance needs for the DIY people out there.

With the lack of parts in Napa, I found this great business online. They answered the phone in a professional manner (hard to find nowadays), knew what I needed, had choices in stock, and great prices. They were also very easy to deal with. Well worth the drive! I will be using them again when the next appliance breaks down.
