Mr Juan saved my life!!! I tried to YouTube my problem and almost severely injured myself trying to reload my drum. He came and shared with me valuable information about my garage door with his expertise and fixed my garage to where it works as if it was still brand new. More valuable than that, Mr Juan struck up a conversation with me about life as he was working and it made it a very memorable experience! Great installation. When demonstrating the door at the end of the installation, the door closed and it formed a perfect seal on all four sides. Now when the door is closed there is no weather seepage into the garage and with the insulated door my garage is nice and quiet now. And with the new door opener it glides very quietly as it goes up and down. Love the app feature also. The professionalism and the installation were outstanding.

This Local Family Owned business lives up to their mission statement. Starting from the initial call with Karen, she explains the charges, ETA, who’s doing service call, parts availability & Emergency Service options. I fell into the after hours category ( Extra charge) but after few hours Karen called me that the Technician finished up early and got one customer who cancelled out and can come in at 4 instead of 6:30-8 PM( Regular Charge). Robert came, gave quick assessment, explained to me what he’s going to do. He installed the Torsion Springs, Strut and Vertical guide track. He did the necessary adjustments, Lubed the Lube points. He shared Tips and suggestions on how to do basic maintenance on our Door opener. Exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend to anyone for their garage door needs.

From start to finish this was a 5-star experience with this company, the guys who installed it did an awesome job and took their time to show us all the features and walk through them with us step by step. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door.

When I went to write this review, I was not at all surprised to see a perfect 5 star average. Here goes.. the service I received today was impeccable in every respect. Every issue I had was seamlessly resolved, on the first try. It was quite evident that JC Garage Door Center has absolute mastery of their craft and I honestly enjoyed getting to work with someone who is so good at what they do and cares enough to opt to dial things in so perfectly. The reason for my appointment was to program remotes and codes, however at the end JC opted to do some maintenance on the doors after commenting they could see the spring needed to be adjusted based on how the door visually went up and down (I was impressed they could visually detect that). It had never occurred to me that garage doors require maintenance. While my garage doors are quite old, they now open and close perfectly smooth which I wasnt expecting. I didnt realize how nice it is to not have garage doors that shake with a bunch of drama when opening and closing, come to think of it Ive never seen doors that dont do that until now. Its nice to see my garage doors open and close so smoothly and nice, its the first experience I have arriving home and the last experience I have leaving. Its just one of those things you never think about but you notice and enjoy when its just right.

We had our Carriage House garage doors installed by Juan and his 3 helpers a few days ago. They arrived on time (early) and did not leave until both garage doors were installed and fully operational. They also programmed all of our cars with the openers as well as the keypad. Instructions were provided on service and warranty. We had selected and hired JC Garage Door Center to replace our entire garage door and motor last Saturday 3/7/20. We Love our new door and glad we purchased the motor with the belt drive! It truly is very quiet but BEST of all it has Wi-fi access and a back up battery in the event of a power outage. I tell you the process was great from the estimate to the installation of the new door and motor. Im glad I was talked into getting the belt drive motor so quiet. The team arrived a little late but that was not a problem they got to work right away and I didnt time them but maybe 3.5 hrs maybe 4 hours to complete the project. Im thinking it took longer because I had an old wood garage dokr had to be taken out. When the lroject was throne they had gone through everything on the remotes and the safety features set up my truck and my phone for extra remotes so I can use my phone to co tool the garage door. I recommend these guys family owned business is always.

Great customer service, had a spring break and a failed garage door opener, springs were in stock in their truck but no garage door opener. Karen made a call to her father to check their shop inventory which they had, her father then drove to drop off the motor which enabled Rob and Karen to finish the repairs all in the same day!
