From the moment I got a call saying my phone was ready to going and picking it up was a great experience. Everyone was very nice. Cheyenne was wonderful in helping me get everything I wanted and putting my screen protector on! She was a joy to talk with and I would recommend her to everyone I know!

The service is horrible. Ive been there multiple times and Ive never been helped properly, or they say they cant do it. I go to the other Verizon store down the street and they fix all my problems, that these people say they could not fix. The workers are rude as well.

DO NOT be fooled if Verizon tells you that a phone ordered online can be picked up on the same day at this location.I placed an order on a Wednesday for same-day pick up instead of waiting for a Monday morning mail delivery. The email stated that I would receive a call when the phone was ready for pick up. When I didn’t get a call by 2:30 on Thursday, I called the location. They claimed they didn’t have an order for me. I jumped through all of the hoops to call Verizon. They confirmed the order and gave an order number. I called back to Russell’s and when I spoke with frustration in my voice, he stated that he didn’t care for my attitude and hung up on me. I didn’t curse. I didn’t yell. I merely voiced frustration that I had already been without a phone for 2 days and I didn’t understand why he wasn’t seeing an order that Verizon says is there.I again called Verizon and told them to cancel the phone order for this location and that I would need an alternate location for pick up but if they couldn’t get me a phone by Friday, I would switch service. I had a lot going on over the weekend and I needed my phone. I was assured that a Verizon manager would call back on Friday morning. That didn’t happen so I signed with a new carrier on Friday afternoon, but finally received an email late Sunday stating that my order was ready for pick up at the location I specifically told Verizon to cancel.All around FAIL.

As I grow older I feel more and more like FRED FLINSTONE when it comes to electronics.Not only do I use RUSSELL CELLULAR for my phone payment but from time to time I have issues with my phone and or internet issues. I bought a Verizon Motorola phone Monday went back Tuesday cause some text messages were not get through, the black hair girl seemed as if I was bothering her by being there. Go back today on Wednesday phone still does not work, she told me to buy new phone. The manger said go try customer service. Been with Verizon 8 years. Phone still not working. Bad attitude

Super expencive and they nickel and dime you to death with undisclosed fees and taxes. They may tell you the price is $55 a month, but you add in all the B.S. and you end up paying nearly $100-$150 per month.
